Abstract

Partisipasi aktif dalam pemilu merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam sebuah sistem demokrasi. Partisipasi ini tidak hanya sebatas pada kalangan dewasa, tetapi juga pada generasi muda khususnya siswa sekolah. Meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pemilu adalah sebuah tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk membangun kesadaran politik dan membentuk warga negara yang bertanggung jawab. Sosialiasi pemilu di sekolah menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang potensial untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Melalui sosialiasi yang tepat, siswa menjadi lebih memahami arti penting pemilu, peran mereka sebagai pemilih, dan implikasi dari partisipasi politik. Selain itu, sosialisasi juga mampu membangun kesadaran politik siswa, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang sistem politik negara, serta membantu mereka mengenali calon dan program yang diusung oleh partai politik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada zaman modern, di mana belanja offline dan online telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menggunakan metode survei berbasis kuesioner terhadap 30 mahasiswa, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan yang tinggi, mencakup dimensi tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy, serta penilaian positif terhadap nilai produk atau layanan, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini mendukung teori perilaku konsumen dan teori nilai pelanggan, sementara juga menyoroti pentingnya manajemen pengalaman pelanggan dalam mengatasi pengalaman buruk yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan strategi mereka dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan kualitas layanan dan pengelolaan nilai pelanggan secara efektif.

Abstract

Traditional markets are places for buying, selling and bargaining activities. However, currently people's interest in traditional markets is decreasing due to changes in people's lifestyles. This has a big impact on traditional market traders in urban areas, especially in the Kembangan District. Currently, people are starting to pay attention to their health through the quality of the food they consume so that the quality of the freshness of the fresh ingredients can determine consumer trust in traders. Apart from that, there has been a change in trading patterns, from initially conventional trading to now being completely digital, resulting in the loss of the role of traders who are distributors liaising between producers and consumers. This change in people's lifestyles has forced competitors such as modern markets and online traders to start selling fresh goods to attract people's interest. This sense of empathy for the problems of traditional market traders in the Kembangan area creates a desire to learn more about traditional traders and markets so that they can find solutions to these problems. In the process of empathy, an idea was discovered that could turn traders into "producers", namely by integrating vertical farming with traditional markets. By combining vertical farming with traditional markets, we can solve the problem of traders losing their function and the problem of increasing demands for the quality of fresh ingredients. The method used is to study the problems experienced by traditional market traders in the Kembangan District through literature studies and reviewing the data that has been obtained so that they can find the right strategy to respond to these problems. This research aims to enable traditional market traders in the Kembangan District to respond to changes in trading patterns which are included in changes in people's lifestyles. Key words: Empathy; Market; Sellers; Vertical farming Abstrak Pasar tradisional merupakan tempat untuk melakukan aktivitas jual beli dan tawar menawar. Namun, saat ini minat masyarakat terhadap pasar tradisional semakin berkurang akibat perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Hal tersebut sangat berdampak bagi pedagang pasar tradisional di kawasan perkotaan khususnya di Kecamatan Kembangan. Saat ini masyarakat mulai memperhatikan kesehatannya melalui kualitas makanan yang dikonsumsi sehingga kualitas bahan segar dapat menentukan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap pedagang. Selain itu, terdapat perubahan pola perdagangan yang awalnya perdagangan dilakukan secara konvensional kini menjadi serba digital sehingga terjadi hilangnya peran pedagang yang merupakan distributor penghubung antara produsen dengan konsumen. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat ini membuat para pesaing seperti pasar modern maupun pedagang online untuk mulai menjual bahan segar (fresh goods) untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Rasa empati terhadap permasalahan pedagang pasar tradisional di Kawasan Kembangan ini membuat adanya keinginan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam mengenai pedagang dan pasar tradisional sehingga dapat menemukan solusi atas masalah tersebut. Dalam proses berempati, ditemukan gagasan yang dapat menjadi pedagang menjadi “produsen” yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan pertanian vertikal dengan pasar tradisional. Dengan menggabungkan pertanian vertikal dengan pasar tradisional maka dapat memecahkan permasalahan pedagang yang kehilangan fungsinya dan permasalahan akan tuntutan kualitas bahan segar yang semakin meningkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mempelajari permasalahan yang dialami oleh pedagang pasar tradisional di Kecamatan Kembangan melalui studi literatur dan mengkaji data-data yang telah didapatkan sehingga dapat menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk menanggapi permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar pedagang pasar tradisional di Kecamatan Kembangan dapat merespons perubahan pola perdagangan yang termasuk ke dalam perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

The implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an important strategy in increasing customer satisfaction at PT Bintang Bahagia Kalindo. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of CRM in building long-term relationships with customers and increasing their loyalty to the company's products and services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interviews and observations of the implemented CRM strategy. The results show that optimal CRM implementation, such as service personalization, customer database utilization, and responsive communication, has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, the integration of technology in CRM makes it easier for companies to understand customer needs and provide more effective services. Thus, CRM acts as a key factor in improving the competitiveness and business sustainability of PT Bintang Bahagia Kalindo.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the levels of sustainable growth influenced by the global climate, the prime age composition, the intensity of biological assets, and the certification of agricultural industry in Indonesia, which will provide an overview of the sensitivity of each factor to sustainable growth in the Company that will help in the development of the Company's future performance strategies that are synergistic with sustainability. The measurement method used in this study is the experimental quantitative method. The selection of samples for this study is based on the criteria that have been determined with the number of samples as many as 11 agricultural companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the research conducted are the prime age composition, biological asset intensity, global climate change that moderates the composition of prime age and biological asset intensity, and plantation certification that moderates biological asset intensity has no significant effect on sustainable growth. Whereas certification that moderates the prime age composition has a significantly negative effect on the level of sustainable growth, this is due to the higher costs of demanding certification requirements. Other reasons that explain the variable's lack of effect are the influence of efficiency levels and management strategies, environmental development strategies of agricultural practices, and management factors which are believed to be more influential than the independent variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the variables of security, convenience, usefulness and public interest in the use of digital payment as a means of payment in Jabodetabek. This Study uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the user community of application-based digital payments such as DANA, GOPAY, OVO, SHOPEEPAY, SAKUKU, ISAKU, PAYTREN, DOKU, and LINKAJA. The number of samples is 233 respondents. The analysis method is a structural equation model. The result of this study show that security and public interest have a significant effect on the use of digital payments as a means of payment and for convenience and usefulness are not a benchmark for the community, especially at this time the impact of behavior who are used to make payments using digital payments.

Abstract

“Bisa Camping” merupakan tempat wisata camping yang menawarkan keindahan pegunungan. Dengan lingkungan yang mendukung dan fasilitas yang memadai dapat menjadikan “Bisa Camping” memiliki potensi sebagai tempat wisata yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan di Kota Singkawang. Berdasarkan hal ini, kami mengajukan usulan program kerja di Tempat Wisata “Bisa Camping”, Kelurahan Pangmilang, Kecamatan Singkawang Selatan, Kota Singkawang. Tujuan program kerja ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai Digital Marketing kepada tim “Bisa Camping”. Pelatihan ini diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan lebih kepada tim “Bisa Camping” tentang manfaat penggunaan aplikasi Capcut dan canva untuk promosi di media sosial agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak wisatawan supaya mengunjungi tempat wisata “Bisa Camping”, selain itu kami juga melakukan survey terkait kepuasan pelanggan mengenai fasilitas dan pelayanan yang ada di “Bisa Camping”. Dengan adanya survey tersebut dapat memberikan masukan supaya “Bisa Camping” lebih berkembang kedepannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, financial distress, and leverage on earnings management moderated by corporate governance. The sample used in this study was taken by purposive sampling method from companies listed on the IDX during 2018-2020. The data is secondary data and processed using SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2019. Based on the criteria, 54 companies were selected that could be used as samples. The total number of data is 162 minus 40 outlier data so that the amount of data that can be used is 122 data and then tested with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the research conducted, firm size and financial distress have a significant positive effect on earnings management, while leverage has no effect on earnings management. Corporate governance with independent commissioners as a proxy cannot moderate firm size and financial distress, but can moderate the relationship between leverage and earnings management.
