Abstract

There are important lessons after the earthquake in Cianjur, namely carrying out disaster mitigation both before and after the disaster. Communities who are at the location of the earthquake, are expected to always be vigilant. Earthquake events on the surface in densely populated areas can cause secondary disasters, such as cracks and subsidence of the ground, ground movement, and liquefaction. Therefore, it is necessary to map earthquake-prone zoning with a more detailed scale so that it can become a reference in determining the selection of settlement locations. Zoning mapping must be equipped with a good mitigation scheme. The role of local and central government is urgently needed, such as outreach and constructing earthquake-resistant buildings complete with evacuation routes and places. All elements must be involved in handling the aftermath of this earthquake. One disaster event should be able to illustrate that many efforts must be prepared. It is hoped that the penta helix collaboration will make people calm and able to adapt to disasters. In post-disaster handling, what needs to be paid more attention is related to coordination between each unit handling disaster mitigation, patterns of distribution and or storage of aid that comes from various sources, accountability of disaster mitigation social organizations, sustainability of the aid program itself, and accountability for the aid program. also related parties. Future programs after the disaster are adequate education for the community, repair of infrastructure damaged by the earthquake, and creation of evacuation routes if another disaster occurs.

Abstract

Human Rights (HAM) are fundamental rights that must be protected by both the state and society. In Islam, human rights are divine in nature, emphasizing justice and equality. Ma’had Al-Zaytun plays a vital role in instilling these values through an educational system aligned with Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights. This study is important to explore the synergy between religion and law in fulfilling human rights. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of Ma’had Al-Zaytun in promoting human rights based on Law No. 39 of 1999 and the principles of Maqasid Shariah. The study uses a descriptive approach with a literature study method. Primary data are obtained from Law No. 39 of 1999 and Jasser Auda’s book Maqasid al-Shariah as Philosophy of Islamic Law: A Systems Approach, while secondary data are collected from journals, theses, dissertations, documents, regulations, and previous research related to the topic. The findings show that Ma’had Al-Zaytun plays a significant role in fulfilling human rights from both the perspective of Law No. 39 of 1999 and Maqasid Shariah. According to the law, Ma’had Al-Zaytun integrates Islamic values and human rights principles into its educational system and daily activities. The rights to life, welfare, religious freedom, education, and respect for others are implemented in daily practice. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Maqasid Shariah, Ma’had Al-Zaytun successfully harmonizes Islamic objectives with human rights principles by ensuring religious freedom, protecting human dignity, and encouraging freedom of thought.

Abstract

This research addresses the issue of low farmer welfare in Indramayu Regency despite the enactment of Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers. Ma’had Al-Zaytun plays a significant role as an educational and social institution that integrates Islamic values through community empowerment programs in the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms of community empowerment in agriculture at Ma’had Al-Zaytun based on Articles 34 and 46 of the Regional Regulation and the principles of Maqashid Shariah. This study employs a normative juridical approach with library research as the primary method. Data are collected from primary sources such as the Regional Regulation of Indramayu Regency Number 8 of 2018, Maqashid Shariah literature, and the book Al-Zaytun Sumber Inspirasi (ASI), supported by secondary materials from books, journals, and documents. The data are analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that community empowerment in the agricultural sector based on Article 34 concerning farmer education and training has been effectively implemented through modern cultivation training, integrated pest management, managerial skills, and sustainable farming systems for members of P3KPI. Furthermore, according to Article 46 on financing and capital facilities, Ma’had Al-Zaytun provides access to modern agricultural tools, production capital, superior seeds, fertilizers, and interest-free loans. In line with the Maqashid Shariah principle of Hifdz al-Mal, Ma’had Al-Zaytun strives to protect, manage, and develop agricultural assets productively, sustainably, and fairly to achieve social and economic justice. Abstract

Schools hold a strategic role in implementing character education in accordance with applicable regulations. In Indramayu Regency, character education is regulated by Local Regulation Number 8 of 2015. Furthermore, character education values also align with the principles of Maqashid Syariah, particularly the aspect of intellect preservation (Hifdz Al-Aql). This research aims to examine the implementation of character education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Ma’had Al-Zaytun based on the Indramayu Local Regulation Number 8 of 2015 and the Maqashid Syariah principle (Hifdz Al-Aql). The research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Primary data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, while secondary data came from literature studies. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of character education at this madrasah refers to the values listed in the Local Regulation Number 8 of 2015, such as discipline, responsibility, and maintaining cleanliness of both the classroom and the environment. Moreover, the Maqashid Syariah concept (Hifdz Al-Aql) is applied through a moral approach (such as direct teaching by teachers for students facing difficulties and providing advice) and a spiritual approach (such as the routine congregational Dhuhr prayer). Thus, the character education implemented in this madrasah is not only based on Regulation but is also rooted in Islamic Sharia principles that ensure the benefit of the intellect and the moral integrity of the students. Abstract

Waste production is a serious problem that affects cities all over the world. In the future, the population continues to increase and economic development will result in waste production increasing. Meanwhile, poor waste management resulting in very large amounts of waste being thrown into landfills will certainly shorten the lifespan of landfills, which of course can cause environmental problems, public health or disasters. This study aims to analyze waste mitigation policies in South Tangerang City using library research. The research results show that waste management in Tangerang City has not been effective in reducing waste disposed of in the landfill. This occurs because waste management procedures allow waste to be disposed of directly to the landfill without a prior selection process, as well as the limited number of TPS3R as waste selection sites. Therefore, the South Tangerang City government must develop strict waste management procedures by first selecting TPS3R. so that the waste that is sent to the landfill is only residue.

Abstract

The presence of micro, small and medium enterprises plays an important role in encouraging economic growth by stimulating various economic sectors. These MSMEs are the largest contributors to the national economy and represent the community's active participation in economic activities. Over time, MSMEs have proven to be a reliable source of stability during times of crisis, because they create jobs and provide added value to the economy. The aim of this research is to determine the economic development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on law number 20 of 2008 and to determine the economic development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on siyasah fiqh. The research method uses a type of library (Library Research), namely research by examining and analyzing written sources regarding Law number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs, the Book of Management & Finance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises authored by Putu Krisna Adwitya Sanjaya and I Putu Nuratama is a CV publisher and supplemented from book and journal sources related to the economic development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study's findings demonstrate that, in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises have made good progress toward achieving the goals of a just, balanced, and developing national economy as well as expanding and strengthening their capacity to operate as strong, independent businesses that generate jobs, promote equitable income distribution, spur economic growth, and help lift people out of poverty. On the other hand, the perspective of siyasah jurisprudence on micro, small and medium enterprises is as follows: government policy regarding the growth of these businesses is included in the understanding of the supremacy of law in the siyasah of reciprocal relations between the government and citizens. as well as mandatory citizen rights

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Metode Tata Bahasa Terjemah dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis Indramayu. Pokok masalah yang pertama dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi metode tata bahasa terjemah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis, yang kedua yaitu faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung implementasi metode tata bahasa terjemah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana pembelajaran Bahasa Arab menggunakan metode tata bahasa terjemah di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis, dan mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan penerapan metode tata bahasa terjemah di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi kepada guru dan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis Indramayu yang berjumlah 1 guru dan 5 siswa informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Arab menerapkan metode tata bahasa terjemah lebih banyak memfokuskan pada Isim, Fi’il dan Huruf, hanya sebagian siswa yang memahami pembelajaran di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Adapun faktor-faktor penghambatnya yaitu (1) dominannya latar belakang siswa bukan dari pendidikan MDA, (2) masih terbatasnya kemampuan siswa dalam bahasa Arab, (3) adanya semangat dan motivasi yang rendah dari siswa dalam belajar dan tidak mau berusaha belajar, (4) lingkungan keluarga siswa dimana terdapat siswa yang tidak tinggal bersama orang tuanya selama menempuh pendidikan, atau adanya siswa yang lebih sibuk untuk membantu orang tuanya sehingga menggangu proses belajar dirumah, (5) fasilitas buku dan media belajar yang kurang memadai di sekolah. Adapun faktor-faktor pendukungnya antara lain, (1) Guru yang mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan media yang ada, (2) siswa yang rajin belajar dan bisa membaca dan menulis hijaiyah, dan (3) Dukungan orang tua sebagai pihak yang mengetahui karakter siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran metode shorof di Sekolah Islam Online dan mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pembimbing dan peserta program pembelajaran shorof di tingkat dasar. Dari hasil penelitian ini proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik, dengan waktu pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan materi yang dapat diikuti oleh semua kalangan. Namun kegiatan diskusi belum dapat berjalan secara aktif tergantung bagaimana pesertanya karena pembelajaran dalam program ini bersifat mandiri. Sedangkan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari cara ini adalah banyak latihan yang mengasah keterampilan peserta dalam memahami perubahan kata, dalam menghafal wazan peserta tidak diwajibkan menyetorkan hafalannya sehingga peserta masih terbiasa melihat buku dalam mengubah suatu kata untuk mendapatkan makna yang diinginkan.
