Mold atau cetakan adalah perkakas yang digunakan untuk mencetak produk plastik. Carakerjanya yaitu dengan memasang mold pada mesin plastic injection lalu mesin melakukan proses injeksi untukmemasukkan material plastik cair ke dalam mold. Dalam mold tersebut terdapat bentuk yang sesuai denganbentuk produk yang akan dibuat. Sebelum menjadi mold yang dapat digunakan, tentunya ada prosesperancangan dan pembuatan mold itu sendiri. Mold yang akan diproduksi di Politeknik Manufaktur Astra inimerupakan mold produk module box cover yang memanfaatkan konstruksi mold yang sudah ada. Pada saatmemasuki tahap pembuatan mold ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara desain konstruksi cetakan denganstandard mold base. Setalah dilakukan pengamatan, hal yang dapat terjadi karena ketidaksesuaian pemilihanlayout produk, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancangan konstuksi moldModule Box Cover dengan memodifikasi desain konstruksi cetakan yang sudah ada. Modifikasi ini dilakukandengan me-review dan memperbaiki beberapa rancangan/desain pada mold module box cover, seperti layoutproduk, shrinkage, parting line, kontur core dan cavity, ejector hole, cooling system, dan feed system. Setelahdesain konstruksi mold module box cover dibuat, desain tersebut dapat diterapkan pada standard mold baseyang ada dan dilanjutkan ke tahap machining.

Brakes are an important component in a vehicle unit, so it is necessary to have proper planning in the design and manufacture process. The purpose of this study is to design disc brakes on a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) car with consideration of the results of the calculation analysis based on the specifications of the reference car. The resulting design is in the form of main components which include calipers, pistons, discs, pads, rivets, pins and bolts. Based on this design, the calculation results show the braking process when a car traveling at a speed of 245 km/h can stop at a braking distance (s) of 42 m with a braking time 4 seconds. The next research is to make a mathematical model to optimize the dimensions of the brake components needed at the ideal braking distance.

Legal reasoning is basically an activity to look for the legal basis contained in a legal event, whether it is a legal act (agreement, trade transaction, etc.) or a case of legal violation (criminal, civil, or administrative) and include it in in existing legal regulations. In this case, legal reasoning in the application of politeness norms is one of the basic considerations of a judge in an effort to provide relief from criminal sanctions against the defendant. The research method used in this research is a normative method. The normative research method is a research method that focuses on library data. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Juridically, politeness norms have been regulated in the provisions of Article 8 Paragraph (2) in Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Sociologically, legal reasoning in a judge's decision relating to norms of politeness can be manifested in the form of polite behavior by the defendant during the trial process. This study examines and analyzes the Implementation of the International Arbitration Decision in the share divestment dispute between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. This needs to be studied because of the share divestment dispute between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara which is related to the Work Contract Agreement. The method used is normative research with a statutory and case approach. The results of this study are that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara also made a Work Contract Agreement in written form. However, over time PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara committed an act of default in the form of not doing what it promised to do for share divestment. Every company must be able to implement the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program (PROPER), which includes; gold rating, green rating, blue rating, red rating, and red rating. This has the main objective of environmental preservation and management. If the company does not implement the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program (PROPER), then there are sanctions that must be accepted. A criminal act is basically an act that is prohibited or recommended by law due to certain circumstances. An act is said to be a criminal act when the act has been formulated in a statutory regulation and ratified by the legislative body together with the government. The regulation of online gambling as a type of criminal act is one of the results of policy formulation in Indonesia. This is stated in Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. This journal article contains information about the development of criminal acts of gambling and analysis of policy formulation of criminal acts of online gambling. The approach method used is a normative juridical method. The research results in this paper state that basically gambling, which was previously done manually or directly, has now experienced a new mutation resulting from the expansion of electronic-based criminal acts. So that the criminal formulation policy now follows current developments, with the legal aim of eradicating crime, especially in the field of online gambling crimes. This community service activity was carried out out of concern for the social conditions among young men and women who often engage in online gambling. Then, on the way, they got an opportunity to participate in a socialization in front of the Karang Taruna Sapta Manunggal in Gedangan Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency, precisely on Sunday, February 23, 2025, around 20:00 WIB-22:00 WIB. The method in this community service was carried out using a direct socialization method which involved ITB AAS INDONESIA KKN students and was attended by members of the Karang Taruna Sapta Manunggal. The contents of this socialization included providing an understanding to the Karang Taruna Sapta Manunggal members about the general overview of online gambling, the impact of online gambling, the legal consequences of online gambling, and efforts to minimize online gambling crimes through an activity initiation in the Karang Taruna Sapta Manunggal work program. With this activity, we hope to be part of a rational effort to prevent and minimize the occurrence of online gambling crimes among teenagers. Penyandang tunanetra menghadapi kendala signifikan dalam mengenali nominal dan keaslian uang kertas yang berdampak pada kemandirian dan keamanan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji sistem otomasi pendeteksi uang berbasis sensor optik (ESP32-CAM) dan ultraviolet (UV LED) dengan pendekatan Value Engineering (VE). Metode VE digunakan untuk memastikan rancangan sistem memiliki fungsi optimal, efisien dalam penggunaan komponen, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Lima tahap utama VE meliputi tahap informasi, kreatif, evaluasi, pengembangan, dan rekomendasi yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil evaluasi terhadap tiga alternatif desain menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi ESP32-CAM + DFPlayer Mini + UV LED memiliki nilai fungsi tertinggi (rata-rata 4,55). Pengujian laboratorium terhadap 700 sampel citra uang menunjukkan tingkat akurasi pengenalan nominal 90–98% dan verifikasi keaslian 90–97%. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa metode VE efektif dalam menghasilkan sistem deteksi uang yang akurat, efisien, dan inklusif bagi penyandang tunanetra.
