Abstract

This study discusses the application of the Jigsaw learning method to improve student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at Mtsn 1 Sarolangun, this research is classroom action research (PTK). Data collection uses the methods of observation, interviews, test questions and documentation. The observation method is used to measure teacher and student activities each cycle. The interview method was used to find out opinions and descriptions of learning at Mtsn 1 Sarolangun, the test method was used to determine students' learning abilities after taking part in learning using the Jigsaw method, and documentation was used to get an idea of ​​what happened in the classroom while learning was taking place. The results of this research show that the use of the jigsaw method was able to improve the learning outcomes of class VII Mtsn 1 Sarolangun students, namely in the first cycle the average student score was 70% and increased in the second cycle to 90%. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that learning Aqidah Akhlak using the Jigsaw method can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low effectiveness of learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class VII B MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Simpang III Sipin, Jambi. This is due to the limited use of learning media, which only uses the blackboard. To overcome these problems, this study applied audio-visual media as an innovation in the learning process. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was carried out in two cycles with 15 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, pretest, posttest, and documentation. The results showed an increase in teacher and student activities and an increase in learning outcomes. Learning completeness increased from 20% in the pre-cycle to 80% in cycle I, and 86.67% in cycle II. The use of audio visual media proved effective in improving SKI learning outcomes in class VII B MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are important components in education and are one of the eight National Education Standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of educational facilities and infrastructure at Al Ishlah  Islamic Boarding School, to determine the obstacles to the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure at Al Ishlah  Islamic Boarding School and to determine solutions to improve Facilities and Infrastructure at Al-ishlah  Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative qualitative method. Research method approach Qualitative research is a descriptive and analytical research. Descriptive in qualitative research means describing and explaining events, phenomena and social situations being studied. The Head of the Boarding School and the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, are seen actively improving the learning process through several strategic steps, first by holding routine training. Second, by making periodic improvements to educational facilities and infrastructure, Third, by developing a relevant and responsive curriculum, and finally by conducting periodic evaluation and supervision of all aspects. This research is expected to achieve educational goals with supervision and evaluation in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The establishment of healthy eating habits from an early age is a strategic step in creating a strong and healthy generation. The Healthy Eating Friday (JUMASE) program at Ar Rahman Kindergarten aims to introduce and familiarize children with nutritious foods through routine activities carried out every Friday. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of activities. The research findings indicate that the JUMASE program plays a role in enhancing children's awareness and healthy eating habits, supported by the active involvement of teachers and parents. This program can serve as a reference model for promoting balanced nutrition in other early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan suatu cairan putih yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar payudara ibu melalui proses laktasi. Bagi Ibu yang dalam masa menyusui, tidak dianjurkan menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal yang mengandung estrogen karena hal ini dapat menurunkan jumlah produksi ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Desa Kesehatan Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan rumus chi-square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menggunakan jenis kontrasepsi hormonal kombinasi yaitu sebanyak 19 responden    ( 63.3%). Sebagian besar responden dengan produksi ASI tidak lancar yaitu sebanyak 17 responden ( 56.7%). Analisa didapatkan nilai  yaitu 0,000 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat hubungan penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Desa Kesehatan Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Diharapkan bagi ibu yang sedang menyusui hendaknya mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing jenis kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan, serta efek terhadap produksi ASI.

Abstract

Digitalization has brought significant changes to education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which has long been characterized by normative and traditional approaches, thus requiring adaptation to remain relevant to the learning characteristics of the digital-era generation. This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the PAI curriculum in the digital era, including curriculum transformation, teacher readiness and digital competence, access and infrastructure availability, and the integration of Islamic values with digital literacy. This research employs a qualitative method through library research by analyzing books, scholarly articles, and educational policy documents using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that digitalization offers opportunities for more varied, interactive, and flexible PAI learning through online platforms, multimedia resources, and blended learning models. However, the use of technology remains limited due to low teacher digital competence, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient digital literacy among students. Additionally, the PAI curriculum faces substantive challenges related to integrating Islamic values with critical thinking skills, media ethics, and digital literacy to prevent students from falling into religious misinformation or value degradation. Therefore, the transformation of the PAI curriculum must be carried out comprehensively by strengthening teachers’ digital competencies, providing adequate infrastructure, and reconstructing the curriculum to combine Islamic spiritual values with 21st-century digital skills, ensuring that PAI learning remains relevant, meaningful, and adaptive to technological advancements.

Abstract

Hadith learning plays a strategic role in Islamic Religious Education as a means of instilling values ​​and developing the disciplined character of high school students. This study aims to examine the hadith learning strategies recommended in the literature and their role in fostering students' disciplined character. The method used was library research, analyzing scientific journals, books, and relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that contextually and applicably designed hadith learning can foster students' disciplined character by instilling the values ​​of responsibility, punctuality, trustworthiness, and order. Strategies that have been influential in fostering student discipline include Project-Based Learning, collaborative learning, reflective learning, the use of interactive digital media, and the living hadith approach. The successful implementation of these strategies is supported by infrastructure, support from educators and parents, while obstacles include limited media, learning motivation, Quranic literacy, and teachers' technological competence
