Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner secara online kepada responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan memberikan pertimbangan berupa responden UMKM di Indonesia yang sudah menjalankan usaha lebih dari 2 tahun dan memiliki keunikan dengan menawarkan produk yang bervariasi. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling sebanyak 60 responden dari pemilik UMKM di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan UMKM di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Kinerja UMKM, Keberlangsungan UMKM

Abstract

Financial education for early childhood at TK Negeri PO-5 has not been directly implemented for students because parents tend to save money for their children without involving them in the process. However, the introduction of financial education should ideally start early to be beneficial in the futer. Financial education is not just about recognizing money and its denominations, but also about managing finances and saving. Community service activities are conducted at TK Negeri PO-5 using methods such as lectures, interviews and demonstrations using money and piggy banks. Evaluations results indicate that the community service activities have been successful. Students can understand and recognize the functions of money and they can manage or save money. In addition, students also enjoy participating in these activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Buton Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, and analyzed the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted r value is 0.141, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 14.1% on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether price discounts influence purchase interest, service quality influences purchase interest and whether price discounts and service quality simultaneously influence purchase interest at PT. PLN UP3 Baubau. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this research is all customers of PT. PLN UP3 Baubau which uses the "comfortable Induction Stove" program. The sampling technique used the Slovin method with the calculation results finding a sample of 77 respondents. The results of this research show that price discounts have a significant effect on buying interest, from the results of the t test the significance value of the price discount variable is 0.005 < 0.05. Furthermore, the calculated t value > t table is 2.886 > 1.668. The service quality variable shows a significant influence on purchase interest with the t test results having a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table, namely 5.745 > 1.668. The results of the f test show that there is a significant influence of the price discount and service quality variables simultaneously on purchasing interest where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table, namely 62.849 > 3.12. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.619. This figure means that the price discount variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) simultaneously (together) have an effect on the purchase interest variable (Y) by 61.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

Pemasaran pendidikan tinggi mengalami perubahan signifikan dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, yang mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk mengadopsi strategi Hybrid Marketing, yaitu kombinasi pemasaran daring (online) dan luring (offline) guna meningkatkan efektivitas sosialisasi dan daya tarik calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi Hybrid Marketing dalam sosialisasi Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis dampak pemasaran digital melalui media sosial serta kunjungan langsung ke sekolah-sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi digital melalui media sosial, seperti Instagram dan Facebook, efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan calon mahasiswa melalui konten interaktif, tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam mengonversi minat menjadi pendaftaran. Sebaliknya, kunjungan langsung memiliki dampak lebih kuat dalam membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan keputusan pendaftaran, dengan kenaikan minat hingga 30% setelah kegiatan sosialisasi luring. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi mencakup terbatasnya cakupan audiens dalam promosi luring, kurangnya analisis metrik digital dalam kampanye daring, serta perbedaan akses informasi di kalangan calon mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, integrasi strategi pemasaran digital berbasis data dan pendekatan personal melalui interaksi langsung menjadi solusi optimal dalam menarik lebih banyak mahasiswa baru secara efektif.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of QRIS adoption, digital marketing, and entrepreneurial leadership on the income of MSMEs in Denpasar. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 200 MSMEs using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal significant positive relationships between QRIS adoption (β = 0.35), digital marketing (β = 0.42), and entrepreneurial leadership (β = 0.28) with MSME income, collectively explaining 64% of the variance in income. These findings underscore the importance of digital tools and proactive leadership in enhancing MSME performance. The study provides theoretical insights and practical recommendations to accelerate digital transformation and leadership development in MSMEs.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower housewives in Waruruma Village through training in dodol production based on local resources, such as coconut and brown sugar. The activity includes initial surveys, socialization, technical production training, marketing strategies, and business assistance. The results of the activity demonstrate an improvement in participants' skills, the formation of small business groups, and the emergence of initial social and economic impacts, such as product orders and increased self-confidence. The activity also promotes collaboration among participants and fosters an entrepreneurial spirit based on local resources. Despite some challenges, such as limited production tools and unresolved legal aspects of the products, the training has proven effective in enhancing household economic capacity. To expand the impact of the activity, sustained support from the government, higher education institutions, and business partners is needed to strengthen community economic empowerment in a self-reliant and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang peneliti peroleh melalui wawancara kepada karyawan dan pimpinan perusahaan Logsutk yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berisi 16 item pertanyaan mengenai ketiga variabel diatas yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan, Kinerja Perusahaan dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan. Data tersebut berisi pernyataan setuju, sangat setuju, normal/rata-rata, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Data dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil pada artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahaan dapat mempunyai hubungan positif dan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan karena nilai P-Values ​​bernilai positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05. yaitu 0,002. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik ukuran perusahaan maka semakin baik pula citra perusahaan, menarik perhatian investor, dan keuangan perusahaan menjadi stabil. Sebagai pembeda dari ketiga penelitian diatas maka pada baris berikutnya tabel ketiga Path Coefisien diatas menunjukkan hasil yang serupa dimana Pertumbuhan Penjualan dapat memperkuat pengaruh variabel Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan karena memiliki penjualan yang baik maka sistem pemasaran perusahaan menjadi lebih baik yang dapat meningkatkan kuantitas produksi, membuat investor mengetahui lebih banyak tentang produk, dan hal-hal lain yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu hipotesis pertama dan kedua pada artikel ini dapat diterima dan dibuktikan.
