Abstract

We hope to learn more about the impact of physical conditions on discrimination in the recruitment process at PT Grab using a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research method is employed to gain a deep understanding of individuals’ experiences with physical conditions in the recruitment process. This includes data coding, theme identification, and analysis of documents related to recruitment procedures at PT Grab, such as company diversity and inclusion policies. This research aims to identify factors influencing discrimination and measure its impact on job opportunities for individuals with physical limitations. Thus, It is anticipated to offer beneficial understandings for recruitment practitioners and human resource management in developing more inclusive recruitment policies. Through insight into the difficulties encountered by individuals with physical limitations, it is hoped that companies can implement more inclusive recruitment policies and create a more welcoming work environment for all individuals. This studies are anticipated to significantly advance the field of literature on employment inclusion and inspire other companies to adopt more inclusive recruitment practices and reduce discrimination in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze people's perceptions of Skintific skin care products on the level of consumption. The results showed that the majority of respondents in this study claimed to agree that Skintific skin care products are an important part of their daily lives and are willing to spend part of their budget to buy these products. This research includes a type of causal associative research using a qualitative descriptive approach and quantitative methods which in analyzing data using the distribution of questionnaires and questionnaires to the public. The use of skin care products is influenced by the needs of each skin type and skin problems faced by each person. Skintific products are very popular thanks to their efficacy and effective ingredients in overcoming skin problems. Public consumption of skin care products is influenced by several factors such as personal beauty needs, treatment of skin problems, and lifestyle trends. The results show that the use of Skintific skincare products can increase people's consumption of skincare products. This research provides great insight into how Skintific skincare products are accepted by the public and their impact on consumption habits towards skincare products. The implications of these findings can be used by skincare companies to improve their marketing and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penyimpangan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan lima makalah mahasiswa sebagai sampel analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 83 kesalahan berbahasa yang terkategori dalam empat aspek: 24,09% berkaitan dengan pemakaian kosakata asing dengan jumlah 20 kesalahan, 22,89% terkait penulisan huruf kapital dengan jumlah 18 kesalahan, 21,68% mengenai penggunaan kata depan dan imbuhan "di-" dengan jumlah 20 kesalahan, serta 31,32% menyangkut penggunaan kata baku dan non-baku dengan jumlah 26 kesalahan. Frekuensi kesalahan tertinggi terletak pada aspek penggunaan kata baku dan non-baku. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap aturan berbahasa Indonesia yang tepat. Seharusnya mahasiswa aktif Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) dan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) sebagai acuan penulisan, serta pemanfaatan alat bantu teknologi untuk meminimalisir kesalahan tata bahasa dan ejaan dalam proses penulisan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has opened up new opportunities in the world of education, including in additional learning activities such as tutoring. In Nagari Lubuk Besar, Asam Jujuhan District, there are still limitations in access to quality additional education. This study aims to examine the optimization of supplementary learning through the implementation of digital-based tutoring as a solution to improve educational quality. The digital tutoring program tested in this study focuses on three core subjects: Indonesian Language, English Language, English, and Mathematics, which are essential foundational competencies for elementary school students. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observations and literature reviews to explore the potential and challenges of digitalizing tutoring. The research findings indicate that the use of digital media such as interactive learning videos can enhance students' learning motivation and provide flexibility in terms of time and location for learning. Despite obstacles such as limited devices and internet networks, active participation from parents and support from the village government are key to the success of this program's implementation. In conclusion, digital-based tutoring has great potential to improve the quality of supplementary learning in Lubuk Besar Village, but a sustainable strategy is needed to address infrastructure and digital literacy challenges. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk pada kegiatan pembelajaran tambahan seperti les. Di Nagari Lubuk Besar, Kecamatan Asam Jujuhan, masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam akses pendidikan tambahan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji optimalisasi pembelajaran tambahan melalui penerapan les berbasis digital sebagai solusi peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Program les digital yang diuji dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada tiga mata pelajaran inti, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, dan Matematika, yang merupakan kompetensi dasar penting bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi dan studi literatur untuk menggali potensi dan tantangan digitalisasi les. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital seperti video pembelajaran yang interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta memberikan fleksibilitas dalam waktu dan tempat belajar. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan jaringan internet, partisipasi aktif orang tua dan dukungan dari pemerintah nagari menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi program ini. Kesimpulannya, les berbasis digital berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tambahan di Nagari Lubuk Besar, namun perlu strategi berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi tantangan infrastruktur dan literasi digital.
