Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric review of green consumer behavior with a specific focus on green purchasing decisions, aiming to map the intellectual structure, research evolution, and thematic trends of the field. Utilizing data from the Scopus database and visualizing networks through VOSviewer, the study analyzes keyword co-occurrence, author co-citation, and country collaboration to uncover the major contributors, conceptual clusters, and temporal dynamics within the literature. The findings highlight the centrality of core themes such as “green consumer behavior,” “sustainability,” and “green marketing,” alongside emerging interests in “green purchase intention,” “environmental knowledge,” and “social media.” Influential authors including Ajzen, Stern, and Hair reflect the field’s grounding in psychological theory and marketing analytics. Country collaboration maps underscore the increasing prominence of India, China, and Indonesia in the global research landscape. While the field shows theoretical richness and interdisciplinary integration, it continues to face challenges such as the attitude–behavior gap and over-reliance on self-reported data. This review offers a comprehensive synthesis of current knowledge and suggests future research directions for enhancing sustainable consumer practices worldwide.

Abstract

This study examines the role of climate-conscious HR initiatives, social value leadership, and humanistic work design in transforming employer branding in the manufacturing industry in East Java. Using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 170 respondents, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings reveal that all three dimensions significantly enhance employer branding, with humanistic work design showing the strongest influence. The combined effect of these variables explains 68% of the variance in employer branding, highlighting the importance of an integrated approach. This research contributes to the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory and provides actionable insights for HR managers and industry leaders seeking to build sustainable and attractive employer brands in competitive markets.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of agribusiness partnership models and microcreation schemes on market access and their implications for the welfare of coffee farmers in East Java. Using a quantitative research approach with a sample of 200 coffee farmers, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results reveal that both agribusiness partnerships and microcreation schemes have a positive and significant effect on market access. Furthermore, market access was found to significantly improve farmer welfare, acting as a mediating variable between the independent variables and welfare outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of integrated rural development strategies that combine institutional collaboration, access to finance, and market facilitation. The study contributes to the understanding of sustainable agricultural development by highlighting how structured partnerships and financial inclusion can enhance market participation and economic resilience among smallholder farmers.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of easy access and sense of security on tourist satisfaction in the Bali coastal area. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 350 domestic and international tourists who responded to a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that both easy access and sense of security significantly and positively impact tourist satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that these two variables explain of the variance in satisfaction. The model also demonstrated good reliability and predictive relevance. These findings suggest that enhancing accessibility infrastructure and ensuring visitor safety are key strategies for increasing satisfaction and encouraging return visits. Bali's tourism stakeholders should prioritize both transportation convenience and comprehensive safety measures to maintain competitiveness in the global tourism market.

Abstract

This study investigates the enforcement of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, with a specific focus on addressing the phenomenon of illegal mining and its contribution to environmental degradation in Indonesia. Through a normative juridical approach, the research analyzes legal provisions, regulatory structures, and institutional mechanisms that govern environmental law enforcement. The findings reveal that although the law provides comprehensive tools—including administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions—its enforcement is often hindered by institutional fragmentation, weak monitoring systems, limited public participation, and political interference. Illegal mining continues to thrive in various regions, causing severe environmental damage such as deforestation, water pollution, and soil erosion. The study highlights the urgent need for integrated law enforcement, inter-agency coordination, legal reform, and community empowerment. Strengthening these areas is critical to realizing environmental justice and sustainability through effective legal implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Maqashid Syariah principles in Islamic microfinance practices in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 64 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured on a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, applying descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, correlation, and regression analysis. The findings indicate that Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFIs) in Indonesia generally demonstrate a high level of alignment with Maqashid Syariah principles, particularly in the preservation of wealth (mal) and life (nafs). Regression analysis revealed that these two dimensions are the most influential in shaping microfinance practices, while intellect (‘aql) was found to be relatively less emphasized. The results highlight that IMFIs not only provide Sharia-compliant financial services but also contribute significantly to social welfare, poverty alleviation, and ethical financial inclusion. However, the study suggests that greater efforts are needed to strengthen educational and literacy initiatives to enhance clients’ long-term empowerment. Overall, the findings reinforce the role of IMFIs as vital institutions that integrate economic, social, and spiritual objectives in line with the vision of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of contextual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and green supply chain accounting on cost efficiency and credit assessment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 250 MSME respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings indicate that contextual ESG reporting and green supply chain accounting significantly enhance cost efficiency by reducing operational waste and optimizing resource use. Both variables also positively influence credit assessment, reflecting the growing recognition by financial institutions of sustainable business practices as indicators of financial credibility and resilience. These results highlight the dual benefits of sustainability practices, providing MSMEs with internal efficiency gains and external access to financing opportunities. The study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the relevance of ESG and green supply chain practices for MSMEs in emerging economies, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for policymakers, business owners, and financial institutions in supporting sustainable economic development.
