Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of organizational culture in improving employee performance at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bentara Persada (STIE BP) Batam. A qualitative approach was employed, using triangulation techniques to validate data through interviews and direct observations. The findings reveal that the organizational culture established at STIE BP characterized by values such as honesty, responsibility, care, fairness, and consistency has been internalized by employees and serves as a guiding principle in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This culture is reflected in routine activities such as staff recollections, the use of symbols and uniforms, as well as the implementation of the institution’s motto and vision-mission. In addition, the quality assurance system and the application of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) contribute to increased productivity and work motivation. The findings also indicate that organizational culture fosters a sense of belonging, enhances self-confidence, and strengthens employee engagement with the institution. Thus, a strong organizational culture not only functions as a tool for social control but also serves as a key driver of employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari dan mengetahui hasil Kajian dan pengaruh-pengaruh lain dari Layanan Pengguna Financial Technology (Fintech) Pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang ada di kota Batam. Kajian layanan yang terdiri dari beberapa variable kunci yaitu Informasi konten, Interaksi pelanggan, adoption Fintech, Privasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu jenis kausal dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Informasi Konten terhadap Adoption FinTech. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Informasi Konten terhadap Privasi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Interaksi Pelanggan terhadap Adoption FinTech. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Interaksi Pelanggan terhadap Privasi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Privasi terhadap Adoption FinTech

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan pengaruh Conceptual Framework Human Capital, Structur Capital, Relational Capital dan Innovation Behaviour Terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha pada pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai observasi, sehingga kuesioner akan digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian yaitu Human Capital, Structure Capital, Relational Capital, dan Innovation Behavior tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha, berdasarkan hasil uji statistik. Dampak Terhadap Bisnis: Meski variabel-variabel ini umumnya dianggap penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis dalam literatur, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks penelitian Anda, peningkatan dalam keempat faktor ini mungkin tidak cukup untuk mendorong keberlanjutan usaha. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan mungkin perlu meninjau faktor lain, seperti strategi bisnis, kondisi pasar, atau modal sosial yang lebih luas, untuk meningkatkan daya tahan jangka panjang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, variasi produk, dan kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko SRC Hutasoit Batu Aji Kota Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 responden dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel promosi (X1) thitung 0,656 < ttabel 1,986 dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,513) > (0,05) maka promosi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel variasi produk (X2) thitung 4,916 > ttabel 1,986 dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000) < (0,05) maka variasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel kualitas pelayanan (X3) thitung 2,278 > ttabel 1,986 dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,025) < (0,05) maka kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung promosi, variasi produk, dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 8,911 > Ftabel 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi, variasi produk, dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko SRC Hutasoit Batu Aji Kota Batam. From the F test, it is known that the Fcount value of promotion, product variation, and service quality is 8.911> Ftable 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variables of promotion, product variation, and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the SRC Hutasoit Batu Aji Store, Batam City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of credit interest rates, promotions and service quality on member satisfaction at Lamalepa Maju Jaya Abadi cooperative in Batam City both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 66 members of the Lamalepa MJA cooperative. Data processing in this study uses SPSS version 26. The results of data processing on the credit interest rate variable found that t count was 1.698 > t table of 1.669 with a significance level of 017 < 0.05, so the credit interest rate did have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The promotion variable had a t count of 2.644 > t table of 1.669 with a significance level of 010 < 0.05, so the promotion did have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The service quality variable has a calculated t of 4,424 > ttable 1.669 with a significance level of 000 < 0.05, indicating that service quality does have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The f-test shows that the calculated f-value for loan interest rates, promotions, and service quality is 14.000 > fttable 2.79 with a significance level of 000 < 0.05. The R2 test shows that loan interest rates, promotions, and service quality contribute 40.0% to member satisfaction, while the remaining 60.0% is influenced by other independent variables not explained in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Anhong Media International Batam City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and data collection through questionnaires to 45 respondents who are all employees of PT Anhong Media International, data processing in this study uses SPSS version 26. The results of data processing of work discipline variables found that the calculated t-value was 3.017 > ttable 1.679 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05, then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, so that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work motivation variable has a calculated t-value of 0.578 < table 1.679 with a significance level of 0.567 > 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then work motivation does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The organizational culture variable has a calculated t-value of 2.268 > table 1.679 with a significance level of 0.029 < 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, then organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the f test, it was found that the thef value for work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture was 8.817 > ftable 2.81 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. From the R2 test, it is known that work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture contribute 39.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.
