This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics and ethical behavior on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Probolinggo City, totaling 147 people. The determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is 96 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that better individual characteristics can encourage increased employee performance. Better individual characteristics can encourage increased organizational commitment. Better ethical behavior can encourage increased employee performance. Better ethical behavior can encourage increased organizational commitment. Higher organizational commitment can encourage increased employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating part of the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job characteristics and ethical climate on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees at the Probolinggo Regional Inspectorate, totaling 122 employees. The determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is 94 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that better job characteristics can encourage increased job satisfaction. Better job characteristics can encourage increased organizational commitment. Better ethical climate can encourage increased job satisfaction. Better ethical climate can encourage increased organizational commitment. Higher organizational commitment can encourage increased job satisfaction. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating part of the influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction. The increasingly tight business competition has made business people start competing to outperform their competitors in various ways, starting from offering the best quality products, the fastest service, a wide variety of products to conducting various promotions and providing attractive offers, some of these strategies will not be maximized if business people do not know in detail what consumers really want. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external environment and formulate a competitive strategy formulation. Data collection using interviews and questionnaires. While for the analysis method using SWOT analysis and Porter's competitive strategy analysis consisting of the industrial competitive environment and generic strategies. From the results of the study, PT. Greenfields Indonesia has determined the Focus Strategy, where PT. Greenfields Indonesia concentrates on the regional market or special buyer groups. The focus of PT. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of brand image, customer trust, e-word of mouth on customer repurchase intention of PT Jasa Kopra Sejati in Pasuruan. The primary data used in this study are data obtained directly from respondents which include data about customers of PT Jasa Kopra Sejati totaling 97 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach research approach with hypothesis testing that is causal or causal. Data collection in this study was carried out using cross section time horizon data, where data was obtained at a certain time. The results of this study explain: 1) The effect of Brand Image on Repurchase Interest; 2) The effect of Customer Trust on Repurchase Interest; 3) The effect of E-Word of Mouth on Repurchase Interest; 4) The role of E-Word of Mouth in moderating the effect of Brand Image on Repurchase Interest; 5) The role of E-Word of Mouth in moderating the effect of Customer Trust on Repurchase Interest.

Organizational commitment is an interesting phenomenon because of the importance of a person's commitment to the organization where the individual works. Employee commitment is one of the keys that determines the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals. Employees who are committed to the organization usually show a work attitude that is attentive to their duties, and they are very responsible for carrying out their duties and are very loyal to the organization. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics and employee empowerment on organizational commitment with self-efficacy as a moderating variable (Study at the Army Polytechnic Kodiklatad in East Java). Data collection using questionnaires or by providing a list of questions to respondents. While for the analysis method using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS tool. From the results of the study, individual characteristics are not able to increase organizational commitment. Employee empowerment is able to increase organizational commitment. Self-efficacy is able to increase organizational commitment. Individual characteristics are able to increase organizational commitment moderated by self-efficacy. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work-family conflict and work exhaustion on turnover intention mediated by work stress in employees of PT Firad Mandiri in Sorowako, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This research approach uses quantitative-explanatory. Data collection methods are in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation, with the types of data namely primary data from the results of filling out questionnaires distributed to all data providers from respondents and secondary data obtained from the Human Resources Development section of PT Firad Mandiri with predetermined criteria. The results of the study show that work-family conflict and work exhaustion have a significant effect on turnover intention, work-family conflict and work exhaustion have a significant effect on work stress, work stress has no significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has no effect in mediating the relationship between work-family conflict on turnover intention, and work stress have no effect in mediating the relationship between work exhaustion and turnover intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap keinginan individu untuk tetap bekerja (intention to stay), dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Studi ini dilakukan dalam konteks guru-guru di SMAN 1 Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada urgensi mempertahankan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas, mana kepemimpinan yang transformatif, budaya organisasi yang kondusif, serta tingkat kepuasan kerja dipandang sebagai determinan penting yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas guru terhadap institusi tempat mereka mengabdi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori guna menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel. Kuesioner disebarkan guna mendapat data dari responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa sampel jenuh di mana seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 44 guru di SMAN 1 Bluto dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Stay maupun Kepuasan Kerja. Demikian pula, Budaya Organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay, meskipun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap Intention to Stay. Namun demikian, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja tidak memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam menjembatani pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional maupun Budaya Organisasi terhadap Intention to Stay.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung dengan pengalaman wisata sebagai variabel mediasi pada Taman Wisata Wendit Water Park Malang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang berkesan sebagai penghubung antara persepsi awal terhadap destinasi dan perilaku kunjungan ulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang melibatkan 110 responden. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tiga konstruk utama: citra destinasi, pengalaman wisata, dan loyalitas pengunjung, yang masing-masing telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengalaman wisata dan loyalitas pengunjung. Selain itu, pengalaman wisata juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa pengalaman wisata berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara citra destinasi dan loyalitas pengunjung. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada promosi citra, tetapi juga pada manajemen pengalaman wisata yang otentik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial yang kuat bagi pengelola destinasi dan pemangku kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis pengalaman dalam pengembangan pariwisata lokal. Strategi retensi pengunjung, penguatan brand image, serta kolaborasi dengan pelaku ekonomi kreatif menjadi kunci dalam membentuk loyalitas yang berkelanjutan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support on subjective well-being mediated by work-life balance and the role of self-efficacy as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative research design and the type of research used is to explain the causal relationship between research variables through testing previously formulated hypotheses. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Widatra Bhakti, totaling 300 employees. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, which amounted to 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the technique taken, namely simple random sampling. The research design used to analyze and interpret the data was inferential statistical analysis, namely SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that there was no significant effect between social support and subjective well-being. There was a significant effect between social support and work-life balance. There was a significant effect between work-life balance and subjective well-being. There was no significant effect between self-efficacy and subjective well-being. There was a significant effect between social support and subjective well-being which was fully mediated by work-life balance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of mental health as a moderating variable on the influence of self-compassion and work environment on subjective well-being. The study was conducted on employees of the Malang Middle Type Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC TMC Malang). The population in this study were all employees totaling 102 people. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, which was 81 respondents taken based on proportionate stratified random sampling. This study uses the SEM model with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, and the statistical processing tool used is SmartPLS version 4. The results of the study indicate that higher self-compassion can increase subjective well-being. A better work environment can increase subjective well-being. Better mental health can increase subjective well-being. Mental health is able to act as a pseudo-moderation variable for the influence of self-compassion on subjective well-being. Mental health is unable to act as a predictor moderation variable for the influence of the work environment on subjective well-being.
