This study is a positivist study, with an explanatory or explanatory type of research. This study uses a quantitative approach because the data that will be used to analyze the relationship between variables is expressed in numbers or numerical scales. The population in this study includes all employees working at PT. Best Profit Futures Malang branch office totaling 131 employees. To measure the sample size to be studied, the researcher used the Slovin formula, which was 57 employees. The statistical data analysis technique through Path Analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that job characteristics have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Individual characteristics do not have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital experience and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchase decisions and their implications for customer satisfaction among visitors to The Grand Taman Safari Indonesia, Prigen, Pasuruan. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 99 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings indicate that digital experience has a positive but insignificant effect on both purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Similarly, E-WOM shows a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, while it significantly influences purchase decisions. Furthermore, purchase decisions have a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction. Mediation analysis reveals that purchase decisions do not significantly mediate the relationship between digital experience and customer satisfaction, but they do significantly mediate the effect of E-WOM on customer satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of optimizing E-WOM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction in the tourism sector. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on digital marketing in tourism by emphasizing the mediating role of purchase decisions and providing practical insights for managing digital customer experiences.

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, marked by increased competition among local and global brands. This study investigates the influence of brand image and after-sales service on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 220 consumers of DDBeauty skincare products by PT. Kiara BeautyMed. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that both brand image and after-sales service significantly influence customer satisfaction but do not directly impact repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction, however, has a strong and significant effect on repurchase intention and fully mediates the relationships between brand image and repurchase intention, as well as between after-sales service and repurchase intention. The coefficient of determination (R²) reveals that the model explains 93.5% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 89.2% in repurchase intention. These findings highlight the critical role of satisfaction as a psychological bridge connecting brand perception and service quality with actual buying behavior. The study contributes to marketing theory by validating the mediating effect of satisfaction and offers practical insights for skincare companies to strengthen branding and service strategies to foster consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to test the effect of placement and job characteristics on employee performance, as well as the role of performance allowances as a moderating variable. The population studied was all Civil Servants (PNS) who worked in the Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 124 people. Given the relatively large population in this study, determining the sample size was considered necessary for the efficiency of the research implementation. The sample size in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula, which was 94.66 rounded up to 95 employees. In this study, the sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS), which is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. In practice, data processing is assisted by the SmartPLS data processing application. As a result of comprehensive data analysis and structured discussions in the previous chapter, this study concludes several main points as follows: Job placement can play a role in improving employee performance. Job characteristics can play a role in improving employee performance. Although performance allowances are getting stronger, it turns out that they are not able to encourage increased employee performance. Performance allowance plays a role in moderating the influence of job placement on employee performance. Performance allowance plays a role in moderating the influence of job characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of instructional leadership on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable and Employee Additional Income (TPP) as a moderating variable. The population of this research consists of all 64 employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Malang Regency. Given a population of 64 employees, total sampling was determined as the most appropriate sampling method. In this study, inferential statistical analysis will be at the core of hypothesis testing, utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). SmartPLS version 4 was used to facilitate these hypothesis tests. The results show that instructional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Instructional leadership also has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee Additional Income (TPP) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation mediates the effect of instructional leadership on employee performance. However, Employee Additional Income (TPP) does not moderate the relationship between instructional leadership and employee performance, nor does it moderate the relationship between motivation and employee performance
