Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization in the supply chain on different elements of supply chain management. Based on the presented research and analysis, it can be concluded that supply chain digitalization positively impacts supply chain agility and capability. Furthermore, supply chain agility and capability have a positive impact on supply chain integration. Supply chain integration positively impacts supply chain performance. This study demonstrates that supply chain digitalization has a positive impact on supply chain performance by utilizing supply chain integration as a mediator. The study findings indicate that supply chain digitalization does not directly or significantly impact supply chain integration. These findings offer valuable insights into the impact of supply chain digitalization on overall performance through different mediation mechanisms. They also contribute to the advancement of theory and practice in supply chain management.

Abstract

This study evaluates the fit of the tested model with the existing data through goodness of fit analysis. Although the p-value is very small and fit indicators such as RMSEA and GFI show inadequate fit, incremental fit indicators such as CFI and IFI show more positive results, indicating a good fit of the model in several aspects. NFI, TLI, and RFI show marginal fit, indicating the need for further improvement. Therefore, it is recommended that the model be adjusted to improve the overall fit. The results of the hypothesis test reveal that orientation towards supply chain disruption and supply chain quality management have no significant effect on supply chain resilience, while digital technology shows a significant positive effect on supply chain resilience. Regarding firm performance, orientation towards supply chain disruption and supply chain resilience have a significant positive effect. Still, supply chain quality management and digital technology do not consistently improve firm performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital technology and supply chain resilience in improving firm performance and indicate the need for further research to explore other factors that influence these results.

Abstract

Technology, especially in the logistics industry, has experienced rapid development and offers various benefits such as increased efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction, as well as supporting corporate sustainability. This study aims to evaluate the effect of work process automation, warehouse management systems, and experts mediated by smart warehousing on operational efficiency in e-commerce warehouses in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with data analysis through a t-test using SPSS version 27 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that work process automation has no significant effect on smart warehousing and operational efficiency. On the contrary, the warehouse management system has a significant effect on smart warehousing and operational efficiency, while experts have no significant effect on both variables. The effect of smart warehousing on operational efficiency is also significant. These findings indicate that warehouse management systems such as WMS, ERP, OMS, and inventory management systems have a significant positive impact on operational efficiency. However, the lack of readiness and understanding of employees towards technology can hinder the effectiveness of the implementation of work process automation.
