Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational approach that aims to provide equal learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs. However, the implementation of inclusive education in various regions still faces major challenges, especially related to the gap in access and differences in policy trends. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia and analyze the various obstacles faced by educational institutions in creating a friendly and equal learning environment. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the gap in access to educational facilities and infrastructure, the lack of trained educators, social strata and differences in understanding related to the concept of inclusion are the main factors that hinder the implementation of inclusive education. In addition, inconsistent education policy trends in various regions worsen this situation. Therefore, collaboration between the government, schools, and the community is needed to create a more inclusive and equitable education system. This study is expected to contribute to formulating effective and sustainable inclusive education policy strategies in the future.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, mendorong guru untuk bertransformasi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Peran guru kini semakin kompleks, tidak hanya sebagai pengajar tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan inspirator yang membantu siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern. Integrasi teknologi membuka peluang besar dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif, fleksibel, dan berpusat pada siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi tetap signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan keterampilan digital, kurangnya infrastruktur, serta hambatan psikologis dan budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis profesionalisme guru di era digital serta problematika yang dihadapi dalam penerapan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkelanjutan, sertifikasi keterampilan digital, dan dukungan dari pemerintah serta lembaga pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Selain itu, pemanfaatan platform digital untuk kolaborasi dan berbagi sumber daya antar-guru terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat keterampilan mereka.Dengan strategi yang tepat dan dukungan yang memadai, guru dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Efektivitas pembelajaran merupakan tujuan utama dalam proses pendidikan yang memerlukan peran strategis kepala sekolah, utamanya di sekolah berbasis Islam terpadu seperti SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar. Kepala sekolah diharapkan mampu merespons berbagai tantangan dalam pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inovatif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran melalui pengembangan kurikulum, optimalisasi sumber daya, penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi (TPACK), supervisi pembelajaran, serta peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui Sekolah Guru dan Professional Learning Community (PLC). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah di SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar telah menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti membangun lingkungan belajar yang positif, mendukung siswa melalui program beasiswa, mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan orang tua melalui platform digital seperti @Plasma. Model kepemimpinan yang diterapkan meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional, kolaboratif, dan distribusi, yang secara efektif menginspirasi, melibatkan, dan membagi tanggung jawab dengan tim. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi kepala sekolah untuk memperbaiki pengembangan kurikulum, pengelolaan sumber daya, serta pemantauan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan menjadi panduan bagi sekolah lain dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan yang baik untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dan kerja sama dengan pihak terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of social disparities in the inculcation of ethical values in Tabone Public Primary School 062 as well as analyze the role of teachers, parental parenting patterns, and the environment in addressing such inequalities through an inclusive and educational approach to education. The social disparities that occur in schools are often triggered by differences in socioeconomic status, parenting patterns, as well as the influence of learners residential environments. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that teachers have a central role as educators, coaches, and guides in helping learners deal with the social challenges they experience. Additionally, positive parenting patterns of parents as well as a supportive environment also contribute to a childs social and psychological development. Public School 062 Tabone has made various efforts to reduce social disparities, such as through Islamic Religious Education-based counseling guidance, moral learning, teacher example, and the application of punishment of an educational nature. This study affirms the importance of a multidimensional approach in addressing social inequalities in school environments in order to create an inclusive and equitable education.

Abstract

This study was conducted regarding the existence of the phenomenon of low teacher competence. The focus of this research is on the internal and external problematics of teachers in the process of learning to teach . The purpose of this study was to know: 1) the problematics of the teaching profession, 2) the quality improvement efforts of education. The study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. Location of the study: Primary High School. The research subjects were teachers and students. Informants: principals, governance staff and teaching staff . Data collection techniques using the model: observation, and interviews. Test validity of data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis techniques using interactive models consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) Teacher problematics consists of internal problems, including: (a) pedagogical competence, i.e. weak classroom mastery, poor innovation and creativity, low reading interest, lack of mastery of good assessment techniques and teachers lack even not mastery of technology lack of media mastery of learning, professional competence (yes) based (c) personality competence, i.e. a less loving attitude towards the profession. Whereas external problems, include: class size, learning atmosphere, limited facilities and learning resources, disciplines and available libraries.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the challenges faced by teachers in the 3T area in responding to technological globalization. The globalization of technology has brought about tremendous transformation in the global education system. Versatile and open information dynamics demand serious adaptation of the world of education. However, those advances are not entirely adaptable to teachers serving in the 3T (Leading, Outstanding, and Lagging) area. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study it was found that infrastructural limitations, low digital literacy, and policy gaps were the main barriers. The study suggests the need for anticipation and solutions undertaken by teachers by gaining maximum support from relevant parties through sustainable and adaptive policy interventions in order to bridge the digital divide between the center and the periphery.

Abstract

The use of career development for Islamic Religious Education (IRE) instructors in the digital learning era is the main topic of this essay. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers’ career development in the context of digital learning. Adopting a liberal research approach, this study emphasizes the active engagement of teachers as change agents who are responsible for their professional careers, without over-reliance on institutional systems. Through a descriptive qualitative research design, data were collected from interviews, digital classroom observations, and learning document analysis. This study examines the difficulties instructors face when practicing online learning, including unequal access to technology and differences in teachers’ digital fluency. To understand how teachers’ career development can improve the quality of learning and assist instructors in adapting to changes in educational technology, the study used a literature review method with a deductive-inductive analysis approach. The results suggest that teachers’ technology skills can be improved through online training, yet the current digital divide needs special attention. Therefore, in addition to addressing technical issues, teachers’ career development should include more accessible and inclusive training programs. To guarantee that the quality of education is maintained in the face of changing circumstances, this study suggests the importance of policies that encourage greater access to technology and the creation of sustainable training programs.
