Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of education services at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Batangtoru, South Tapanuli Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management was carried out through three stages. First, the planning stage includes needs analysis, coordination meetings, and the preparation of budget and funding plans. Second, the implementation stage in the form of procurement, distribution, utilization, and periodic maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. Third, the evaluation stage with physical condition inspection, recording, and assessment of the effectiveness of its utilization in the learning process. Constraints found include budget limitations, lack of technical personnel, delays in fund disbursement, lack of practical space, and limited clean water. The low awareness of students in maintaining the facilities is also an obstacle. Therefore, government support is needed in the form of adequate budget, technical training, and accelerated fund disbursement. Recommendations include developing an asset information system, forming a technical team, and increasing routine maintenance to maintain the sustainability of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana sinergi antara globalisasi dan digital leadership membentuk organisasi adaptif di era 5.0. Globalisasi memperluas jejaring lintas budaya dan menuntut pemimpin untuk memiliki literasi digital serta sensitivitas global dalam mengelola kompleksitas organisasi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan library research. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis tematik dan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berperan tidak hanya sebagai penggerak teknologi, tetapi juga sebagai penguat budaya organisasi inklusif dan kolaboratif. Sinergi antara globalisasi dan digital leadership terbukti meningkatkan adaptabilitas, inovasi, serta ketahanan organisasi terhadap disrupsi. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan digital yang berlandaskan nilai humanis dan sensitivitas global menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun organisasi pembelajar yang berkelanjutan di era Society 5.0

Abstract

The digital era fundamentally changed Human Resource Management (HRM) in the field of education, demanding a new paradigm that integrates mastery of technology with spiritual and moral integrity. This study aims to analyze Islamic Education Human Resources Management in the Digital Era through the Integration of Digital Literacy and Quranic Ethics. This study uses the library research method, the results of the study show that effective educational resources in the digital era must shift from traditional administration to adaptive and ethical competency development. AI and Big Data demand not only technical skills, but also AI literacy to ensure critical, responsible, and ethical use, as well as reduce potential data bias. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic values such as trust, justice, and strong morals is central in creating a holistic learning environment. The recommended strategies include systematically increasing teacher capacity in digital leadership and a technology-integrated curriculum that remains firmly rooted in moral and spiritual principles derived from the Qur'an. This holistic approach is crucial to produce a competent and ethical generation, capable of competing globally while maintaining an Islamic identity.
