Abstract

The research aims to analyze the novel Rain by Tere Liye using an expressive literary criticism approach. This approach focuses on how the author’s personal experiences, feelings, and ideas contained in the work are reflected in the characters, plot, and language style used in the novel. This research uses qualitative methods with text analysis techniques and literature study to understand the meaning and messages contained in the novel. The result of the analysis show that the novel Rain contains the author’s emotional expression through dialogue, characters and narrative structure, which reflects the author’s inner struggles and life experiences. This research provides deeper insight into how literary works can be a medium for the writer’s personal expression that is able to influence readers emotionally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the character in the short rose's character finding her husband. The method used is qualitative. The data source from this study are from Dian Savitri's short story. The data analyzed in this study are sentence words. Paragraph, or quote related to the character's character in the short story of Dian Savitri. Data collection techniques are reading and observing Dian Savitri's short stories, and drawing conclusions. The result of this analysis shows that in the short story contains a character like antagonist and the protagonist.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the influence of the use of slang among teenagers, especially among students. Slang is a Variation of language that develops among young people and is characterized by non-standard vocabulary, often influencer by popular culture and social media. This Research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to explore subjective understanding regarding the use of slang. The Research results show that slang can influence communication, social identity and the development of the Indonesian language. The use of slang allows for more relaxed communication and strengthens social relationship among teenagers. However, excessive use can interfere with understanding formal language, potentially causing misunderstandings and reducing good language skills in formal situations. Therefore, it is important to use slang wisely according to the context and situation.

Abstract

Feminism studies are studies that focus on the movement of women to gain freedom and determine themselves. In this beautiful novel Luka depicts the oppression of women during the Japanese colonial period. The beautiful novel Luka shows the resilience of a mixed Dutch and native woman who was detained by the Japanese army and had to be forced to work as a prostitute. The problem of this research is what is the psychological aspect of feminism analysis contained in the beautiful novel Luka by Eka Kurniawan? What is the social aspect of feminism analysis? contained in the novel "beautiful wound" by Eka Kurniawan. This research aims to find out: analysis of feminism, social aspects contained in the novel "beautiful wound" by Eka Kurniawan. The theory used by the author is mana sikana theory (2005), Ghajali, et al (1980), Ahmad Fauzi (1999). The authors used descriptive methods to conduct this research. The technique used was hermaneutic techniques. The type of research was library research. Research results (1) psychological aspects divided into character (character) thinking, taste, and emotional pressure (2) social aspects are divided into socialization process, social tasks, character (character) thinking, emotion, action, and reactions, flavors were found to be environmental factors and were influenced by age. Feelings of pressure were found to be frustration involving feelings of disappointment, sadness, sadness and suffering in each female character. Social aspects, especially the socialization process based on formal and informal education. Social tasks based on the role of wives and society. Social classes are based on lower, middle and upper class categories.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the figure of speech of Figurecara (hyperbola) contained in a poem of Karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. This research method used a descriptive method. Judging from the secondary data source of this problem formulation is sourced from internet sites besides that, also the supporting source or complete in the discussion of this issue from the literature study research. The data used in this study was that the short story by Eka Kurniawan, a data analysis text used the reading methods. The results showed that we found many of Figure of speech (Figure of hyperbola) in every stanzas we might find when reading the poem.

Abstract

Semantik merupakan ilmu tentang makna bahasa. Dalam hal ini, perubahan makna meluas yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan kata. Perubahan makna meluas merupakan perubahan yang terjadi pada sebuah kata yang tidak hanya memiliki satu makna. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bahasa yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam berkomunikasi. Masalah yang dibahas adalah bentuk perubahan makna meluas (generalisasi) pada novel What So Wrong About Your Self Healing karya Ardhi Mohamad. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan bentuk perubahan makna meluas yang terdapat di dalam novel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa kata dalam kalimat yang mengalami perubahan makna secara meluas. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah What So Wrong About Your Self Healing karya Ardhi Mohamad. Prosedur pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui teknik baca dan catat. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahap yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data (tahap dari teknik analisis data), penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya kata yang mengalami perubahan makna secara meluas pada What So Wrong About Your Self Healing karya Ardhi Mohamad. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, ditemukan 10 bentuk perubahan makna meluas (generalisasi) pada novel What So Wrong About Your Self Healing Karya Ardhi Mohamad.

Abstract

Language is a sound symbol used by members of a society to interact, cooperate and identify themselves. Therefore, language produces new words and new meanings which aim to meet communication needs. The problem discussed is the widespread change in meaning found in statuses and comments on Facebook media and what factors cause the word to undergo widespread change. Then the word is compared with the previous meaning or actual meaning. Based on the results of the discussion, 30 (thirty) forms of widespread changes in meaning were found.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bahasa yang dimana bahasa selalu menghasilkan kata-kata baru dan makna-makna baru yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam berkomunikasi. Bahasa berkembang (berubah) sesuai dengan perkembangan pikiran manusia. Bahasa merupakan media untuk berkomunikasi yang membuat manusia saling bekerja sama dalam hal tertentu, bekerja sama pasti terdapat dua pihak yaitu, penutur atau pengarang dan mitra tutur atau pembaca. semantik perubahan makna merupakan proses yang terjadi akibat dari berubahnya makna dari sebuah kata karena dua faktor, yakni faktor linguistik dan faktor non linguistik. Masalah yang dibahas adalah ada berapa perubahan makna meluas yang ditemukan dalam Cerpen Ketika Laut Marah karya Widiya Suwarna. dan bagaimanakah perubahan makna meluas jika dibandingkan dengan makna denotatif atau makna sebenarnya. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk perubahan makna meluas yang ditemukan dalam Cerpen Ketika Laut Marah Karya Widiya Suwarna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. dalam cerpen Ketika Laut Marah. Terdapat kata-kata yang mengalami perubahan makna secara meluas. Ada 10 bentuk perubahan makna meluas yang di temukan pada pembahasan di atas. Perubahan makna tersebut terjadi karena perluasan makna adalah akibat dari faktor-faktor sebagai perkembangang bahasa.  Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan ditemukan 10 bentuk perubahan makna meluas dalam cerpen Ketika Laut Marah Karya Widiya Suwarna

Abstract

Organizational structure has the consequence of changing the behavior and characteristic values of the people in the organizational structure. Organizational structure is a behavioral controller. Changes to the organizational structure are certainly intended as an effort to change behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational structure on student behavior. Using qualitative methods, this research involves direct observation and interviews with various stakeholders in the school. The results of the study show that SPNF SKB SIKKA implements a hierarchical organizational structure with unit heads, deputies, teachers and tutors. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational structure on the behavior of non-formal education schools. After research, it can be concluded that the hierarchical structure of the SPNF SKB SIKKA school organization creates an orderly and disciplined environment but also presents challenges in terms of flexibility, initiative and participation active and also have a clear framework of vision, mission and goals to realize an early childhood education unit and education in the community that answers the learning needs of the community and makes an education unit that provides the widest possible opportunity for the community to obtain education.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Majas parables contained in Love Poems by: Sapardi Djoko Damono. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, this research is included in the category of content analysis research. The results of this study indicate that Sapardi likens simple love to the relationship between wood and fire. Wood burned by fire is willing to become ashes without complaint, showing love that is full of sacrifice and sincerity. This parable illustrates that true love does not require great expressions, but real actions and simplicity.
