Abstract

Sektor perikanan memerankan peran utama ke dua setelah migas, indonesia merupakan negara dengan wilayah laut yang luas di Asia Tenggara dan menjadi penghasil ikan nomor satu wilayah tesebut, produk -produk perikanan indonesia telah mampu bersaing dipasar domestik dan pasar internasional, sektor perikanan saat ini mencoba membuat sebuah sistem quality control atau kendali produk yang dihasilkan dari mulai level hulu dan hilir, besarnya jumlah produk ikan di Indonesia menjadi andalan penghasilan devisa negara, sumber perikanan indonesia berumber pada perikanan air tawar dan sumber perikanan air laut. Agar mampu bersaing dipasar domestik diperlukan sebuah langkah dengan menjaga standar tempat pemeliharaan dan qualitas ikan, faktor qualitas ikan dipengaruhi dengan memperhatikan jenis pakan dan kualitas air, yang sangat berpengaruh pada habitat ikan tersebut, proses tersebut akan sulit jika dilakukan pada area yang luas serta menggunakan teknologi yang masih sederhana misalkan peternak ikan akan memberikan pakan ikan secara berkala dan manual mengecek keadaaan serta ukuran ikan yang masih menggunakan visual langsung, misalnya dengan mengukur bobot, kelengkapan tubuh ikan dan warna ukuran itu sendiri merupakan faktor yang sangat penting sebagai pengambilan keputusan bahwa ikan tersebut masuk kedalam kategori export atau tidak. Untuk memudahkan monitoring kualitas ikan tersebut saat ini bisa menggunakan sebuah bantuan metode Computer vision dengan teknik image processing dengan implementasi teknologi IOT (Internet Of Thing), pada metode tersebut qualitas suhu air kolom dan ukuran kondisi ikan bisa monitoring bahkan menghitung kondisi jumlah ikan yang hidup dikolam, metode bisa mempersingkat waktu dan mengkover area habitat ikan dalam zona yang lebih luas dan menghemat tenaga serta biaya sehingga hasilnya dari produk ikan lebih optimal dan berkualitas

Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia moda transportasi udara merupakan moda transportasi yang cukup banyak dijadikan pilihan oleh masyarakat, salah satu faktor yang mengindikasikannya adalah jumlah kunjungan masyarakat ke bandara dan trafik penerbangan sudah sangat padat sehingga banyak dibuat bandara-bandara baru di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Di bandara banyak sekali permasalahan yang mesti segera diselesaikan berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik sehingga bandara diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi-solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dan menjadikan bandara lebih aman serta nyaman. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di bandara yaitu berkaitan dengan keberadaan burung yang sedang melakukan migrasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain melintasi kawasan bandara. Banyak kasus terjadi bahwa mesin pesawat jet menabrak dan menyedot burung ke dalam mesin yang berdampak sangat fatal bagi pesawat karena mesin pesawat akan mati. Untuk permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan merancang sistem monitoring gangguan burung pada area bandara menggunakan sistem radar dan vision recognition. Dimana tahapan vision recognition yang digunakan adalah image detection, image acquisition, texture recognition, color recognition dan bird recognition. Dan hasilnya sistem monitoring ini dapat mengidentifikasi keberadaan burung dan membedakannya dengan objek lain, setelah sistem dapat mengetahui keberadaan burung maka alarm akan menyala untuk mengusir keberadaan burung sehingga landasan akan dapat dipastikan aman untuk digunakan pesawat take off dan landing.

Abstract

The handling of labor complaints is one of the performance factors for Disnakertrans. This performance is related to the decisions that must be taken to determine policies so that violations of labor norms can be reduced. Making this decision will be easier if the data on complaints can be recapitulated quickly and accurately. This recapitulation will be a tool to monitor the leadership in seeing the progress report on the status of incoming complaints. However, the manual administrative process makes the recapitulation slower. Therefore, this study will model the complaint reporting digitization system by utilizing OCR and information extraction as well as modeling the visualization of the results of the recapitulation using Business Intelligence. With the creation of this model, it is hoped that the performance of Disnakertrans in resolving labor complaints will be more effective

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly. One technology that is currently being developed on a large scale is Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence or AI has various functions and purposes depending on the system created. One of them is to detect objects and text from images or videos. An example of the application of this technology is the detection of objects and text on vehicle number plates. In this study, a system design was carried out using the You Only Look Once V3 algorithm as an object detection algorithm and Tesseract Optical Character Recognition as a text in image detector. This design is assisted by the OpenCV library in the python programming language and uses an image dataset that is already available. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy of the You Only Look Once V3 algorithm combined with Tesseract Optical Character Recognition.

Abstract

Educational game could act as learning media to increase desire and motivation to learn. Nowdays, national songs and folk songs in Indonesia are rarely heard and memorized by young generation, they prefer pop songs that are currently trendy. The pianica musical instrument is are rarely played, besides that the number of anthusiasts to play the pianica intrument are relatively small. Meloquin is an educational game to increase interest in playing pianica instrument while to increase knowledge in recoqnizing and remembering the national anthem in indonesia. The development of this game applies the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method consisting of six stage. In this application user can guess the song by playing the pianica according to the direction of song lyric notes that have been provided in each question. The test results for feasibiltiy of using this game is included 78% in the good category. Keywords : Educational Game, National Songs, Folks Song, Pianica.

Abstract

The development of a digital library is currently starting to grow rapidly and continues to experience renewal, the development of an information system has changed the appearance of the library which was only in the form of a line of book displays that may be dusty, is now changing to be more interactive and presented in a more informative and complete manner, on the current pandemic period, especially the spread of covid-19, has not stopped the public from being curious about information, whether information about covid-19 which has reached the highest rating on a livelihood engine or information about politics and entertainment, developments also have an impact on the education sector where several schools and universities limit student attendance in class which aims to avoid the spread of covid but the learning system and concept must take place, this encourages a new paradigm to create an online-based learning system by utilizing online lecture methods and The materials and materials presented are online, this is part of the main development of the library information system to present learning materials, either in the form of modules or practicum, so based on the above problems, a library system is needed that is not only able to present material but also as the main media. which is integrated with networks and information media or known as the main technology system or (STU) this system develops an information system that has the ability to be a supporter of an e-learning program.

Abstract

Learning Management System or LMS is an application product developed by PT. Millennia Solusi Informatika. This LMS aplication has been used by a private school network. The application is developed using scrum method where this method approach is agile and can adjust requirements quickly. Based on this, in process of delivering the software, it is necessary to use the concepts of continuous integration and continuous deployment in order to fulfill an agile and iterative development flow. Continuous integration (CI) is the integration of code into repository code then run deployment, quickly and more frequent. While Continuous Deployment or Continuous Delivery (CD) is a practice that carried out after CI process is complete and all code is successfully integrated, so that application can be build and release automatically. By Using CI/CD, the application delivery process can continue automatically, quickly and often even though the application has been used by the user

Abstract

Choosing a major is not an easy matter. There are many factors that must be taken into account and carefully thought out so that in choosing a major, it will cause big losses. There are many ways to determine the selection of majors, one of which is by using fuzzy logic. Determination of majors is determined from the results of the selection test in the academic field with the subjects of Mathematics, English and Computer Knowledge. With the aim of recommending the selection of the right major according to academic abilities and improving quality. By using the fuzzy inference model Mamdani max-min method. The system simulation was tried using the MATLAB Fuzzy Toolbox software. The system design is carried out in several stages, namely: (1) formation of fuzzy sets, (2) formation of rules, (3) determination of the composition of rules, and (4) confirmation (defuzzification). Defuzzification is carried out using the Composite Moment method, with the types of membership functions used are mf-triangular, mf-trapezoid and mf-gaussian. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the mf-triangular and mf-trapezoid membership function types produce almost the same level of accuracy. While the membership function type mf-gaussian produces a high level of accuracy for mathematics by 87.50%, English 100% and computer knowledge 81.58%.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia di Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom dikelola oleh suatu Unit dibawah Direktorat General Support yaitu Human Capital. Salah satu tugas utama Unit ini yang sangat penting ialah memilih Sumber Daya yang berkualitas dan kompeten untuk mengisi kebutuhan dan formasi di Yayasan sehingga visi dan misi Yayasan dapat terwujud. Saat ini, dalam proses seleksi Calon Pegawai masih dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi komputer Microsoft Office dan belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Adapun solusi yang dimaksud antara lain membuat sebuah perancangan aplikasi rekrutasi calon pegawai berbasis web sehingga dengan diterapkannya sistem baru ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja unit Human Capital sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil yang maksimal dalam mencari sumber daya yang tepat.
