Abstract

Training activities, one of the community service activities, vocational high school teacher training activities. The purpose of the training is to provide an overview of learning subjects using e-learning or virtual laboratories. It is hoped that the training will take the form of learning and the learning process will be carried out with online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The training discussed about e-learning or virtual laboratory learning to Vocational High School teachers. This model has the aim that competence in the field of learning and practice is carried out well. Learning development using online media, virtual laboratory is a practical learning media that is carried out online. E-learning, learning subjects using information technology media. The ability to manage and use e-learning and virtual laboratories is required in distance learning (PJJ). The development of distance learning or online is the right step in using e-learning or virtual laboratories in the covid-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

The current e-commerce sales system makes it easier for someone to open a business place or shop without having to need a lot of places with even more catalogs of goods. The problem faced today is if the catalog of goods sold is very large and it is very difficult to determine the number of items that are most sold and the categories of favorite products, then an e-commerce system is created using an a priori algorithm that can determine the most categories of goods. sold by determining the number of rules or data for each transaction, this system can also read purchase patterns made by consumers so that each consumer's purchase data can be read and will later be used to determine product promotions for each consumer. Determining a product recommendation can later be used to determine a marketing strategy, the Apriori algorithm has a simple formula, namely by determining the value of support and confidence, support means the number of items purchased the most and confident is the calculation of an estimate with a percent value of the number of items purchased. The apirori algorithm can easily and precisely see the pattern of purchases of goods made by consumers and by category these goods can be displayed on the website's main page. These favorite products can be used as marketing media to promote the most purchased items as well as determine the stock of goods.

Abstract

Data collection is generally done manually, but this manual method has drawbacks, namely data collection becomes ineffective, not neatly arranged, and searching for data takes a lot of time. Likewise with library management at Santa Maria 2 High School Bandung, data collection is still manual so there are often many errors , therefore an information system is needed that can manage book collection data, library member data, book borrowing data, book return data and fines data for members who are late in returning books, which aims to improve the performance of library managers to be more effective in managing library data, and also to increase the reading interest of library members, namely Santa Maria 2 Bandung High School students themselves. The research method used is research and development with the sql website development method. The data collection methods used were interviews and observations. The interview method is to determine user needs, while the observation is for testing aspects of performance efficiency. The results of this study are (1) the system is proven that the level of feasibility of a web-based library information system using PHP and a MYSQL database server. (2) The test results prove that the level of feasibility of a web-based library information system in the aspect of usability for small groups is 8 1.22 % with very feasible criteria and large groups 9 0.2 % with very feasible criteria , and aspects of performance efficiency 9 6.64 with grade A.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is currently growing and is widely used in various aspects of life in society. Likewise in today's corporate environment, we must be good at managing all activities so that AI can help in lightening and streamlining decision making at work. In terms of lightening this work, it is in the aspect of data management and data analysis. AI provides many methods and ways to analyze data so that the data can be used as a reference for employee self-assessment or even as a determinant of a company's business going forward. This study discusses the C5.0 algorithm which is implemented or tested against the 5S (Short, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) audit data set obtained from the company P.T. Bekaert Indonesia. This study uses two types of methods from the C5.0 algorithm model as a reference, namely the tree-based model and the rule-based model, besides that this study uses the cross fold validation method which is expected to increase the level of accuracy of the results of this study. This study was conducted aiming to find out whether the C5.0 algorithm can be implemented on the 5S audit result data set and has high accuracy or not. With the data collection method, analysis was carried out using RStudio software and the R programming language, this study shows that determining the good and bad 5S in an area can be done with the C5.0 algorithm with a tree-based model or a rule-based model and produces high accuracy.

Abstract

The monitoring information system is an android application that is made to make it easier to distribute crop yields so that no accumulation results in wasted crops, especially this "Petani Sejahtera" application is made for the welfare of farmers by distributing their harvests to those who are willing to accommodate the harvest. Farmers in the field provide actual data based on the initial planting to harvesting. With the creation of a User Interface (UI) design on an Android-based mobile application, it is intended that managers can directly connect and interact with products from farmers, which later managers can help distribute crops. This User Interface (UI) design aims to sell farmers' yields by making various features in the "Petani Sejahtera" application. It aims to make it easier for farmers from the beginning of the planting process to the harvesting process so that later the data can be used as a comparison for both the manager and the farmers themselves. With the application of "Petani Sejahtera", it is hoped that there will no longer be an accumulation of harvests, distribution channels of sales will become even, and farmers will have other options so as not to sell their crops to irresponsible persons by monopolizing the market prices. Application to design the display interface uses Figma. Figma is an application to create an overview of the user interface before it is applied to manufacture android-based applications.

Abstract

Technological developments have caused several significant changes in the world of education. One of them is as a learning media. Currently, students at every level of education are familiar with the use of devices as learning media. Through technology, it is easier for them to access every material so that it is easier to learn it. As a result, learning media applications that can be used in students' mobile devices to facilitate their activities are increasingly being loved lately. However, applications with various features and advantages will certainly leave gaps in application vulnerabilities and other errors. Therefore, this study aims to determine the readiness of the application when used in bulk and minimize errors that occur to maintain the integrity of the application so that it can be used properly by users using the Regression Testing method. In this study the application used was the Mathematics Learning Application for Android-Based Middle School Level Students.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is essential because it is the leading sector and supports the Indonesian economy. Sukapura Village is one of the producers of plant products in the Kertasari District. But on the other hand, most of the farmers experienced problems, and several obstacles emerged, such as the accumulation of harvests that were sold at low prices, which resulted in losses, and the difficulty of distribution because it was pretty complicated. Of course, this situation must be improved so that people can enjoy Indonesian agricultural products. One of them is by building an android-based application "Petani Sejahtera" which is specifically made as an alternative to make it easier for farmers. It can break the distribution chain of agricultural products. You can directly contact the courier who has collaborated with the manager by displaying information on product price lists, farmers' products, and harvested products, which will later be distributed during the main harvest period. So that later, farmers will find it easier to see the products planted and do not have to think about how to distribute the products. The purpose of making this "Petani Sejahtera" Application is to help farmers more easily distribute their products to various suppliers, so there is no accumulation of harvest yields. The benefits generated have a positive influence, especially regarding the price of products produced by farmers following the "current" market price so that farmers do not experience losses and continue to increase their agricultural output.

Abstract

The farmers in Sukapura village have problems in distributing their harvests due to the large amount of costs in the planting process and the distribution process of their harvests. “Petani Sejahtera” is the name of an application created to assist farmers in distributing their harvests to those who are willing to accommodate, so that the farmers' crops do not accumulate. In the “Petani Sejahtera” application, farmers will be asked to input data from their harvests. To introduce the “Petani Sejahtera” application, a landing page was created as the initial page for the introduction of the “Petani Sejahtera” application as well as to show data and information that have been grouped and arranged, the data and information are the progress of the number of farmers, the number of products, the number of transactions, the number of partner, and a price list of products that have been registered to farmers who use the “Petani Sejahtera” application. The data and information will be automatically updated on the landing page based on the database from the “Petani Sejahtera” application. To make it easier for farmers and potential partner to access the landing page, a website-based landing page was created so that farmers and potential partner can access it using a smartphone or computer via a browser. By creating a landing page, farmers and potential partner know the data and information in the “Petani Sejahtera” application.

Abstract

The rail transportation system plays a role important as a medium of transportation for the movement of goods and people in large quantities and is one of the modes of cheap transportation, this transportation model evolved from a steam train until it evolves to become more sophisticated using electric and magnetic technology, trains system works well with support from several the first factor is human resources, supporting technology and facilities. The problem with the rail system is that damage to the rails can cause result in the transportation route being blocked and can cause a very fatal accident, Based on these problems, besides the feasibility of the rail system, rail maintenance is a very important key, the railroad track maintenance system is usually carried out periodically. The solution to handle this problem is to use a computer vision method by utilizing surveillance cameras or CCTV installed on railroad crossings able to detect damage, the detection of damage is categorized into a few types first is track damage, due to shifts, fires on rail lines and finally structural damage due to earthquakes or landslides in the railway line area, this technology has been applied to several developed countries. and can monitor a large area and can provide a quick response if a malfunction occurs, the system will be a smart monitoring system but doesn't replace the role of a railway officer but as a tool that will provide complete information where the location of the damage is so that prompt and more effective repair action can be taken.

Abstract

Sistem informasi kepegawaian adalah website yang mengatur semua proses kepegawaian yang terdiri dari perencanaan dan pengelolaan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi dan pengolahan data pribadi untuk informasi. SIMPEG sendiri menyediakan segala informasi tentang pegawai PT. Arindo Pratama dan informasi mengenai pendaftaran pegawai. Pokok permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apa yang dilakukan PT. Arindo Pratama terkait penerapan sistem informasi SDM dalam penerimaan pegawai, penerimaan gaji dan efektivitas SIMPEG, faktor dan upaya apa saja yang menghambat penerimaan pegawai dan gaji. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan lokasi PT Arindo Pratama. SIMPEG menerima masukan berupa informasi kepegawaian yang kemudian diolah menjadi informasi yang dijadikan sebagai penerimaan pegawai dan gaji. Kajian ini dilakukan di PT Arindo Pratama khususnya untuk informasi dan pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mengumpulkan informasi melalui wawancara, observasi dan kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa efektifitas SIMPEG dalam mencari tenaga kerja untuk PT Arindo Pratama belum efektif, belum optimal dikarenakan faktor penghambat pelaksanaannya yaitu kurangnya sumber daya teknis yang menjadi penunjang utama pelaksanaannya. . pelaksanaan SIMPEG dan kekurangan personil. hubungan yang erat dalam koordinasi dan komunikasi dalam memperoleh informasi karyawan.
