Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the field of information has encouraged the emergence of social networking sites. Sites that have many interesting features and can be easily accessed and applied by all circles of society. Distance becomes meaningless, differences become the reason for unity for every participating person, including a discussion forum site that is useful for showing the existence of the community or organization. Currently the BALMON office has a very wide range to support things that are not possible to carry out. Maintenance and coordination meetings make it impossible to do every day, therefore BALMON requires a social networking facility so php social networking system was created. Balmon Forum information can be used as a means of communication between members or Balmon Staff.

Abstract

The business trip in Telkom Education Foundantion is one of the trips that should be conducted by the staff upon the request made by the board of directors/executives/head of the institution/head of unit that includes any trip meant for duties, training, seminar, conference, comparative study, visitation, and special duty. The operational process at YPT was still using a printed letter to gain the approval, cost estimation, and the bill approval for the staff. This case brings its own disadvantage, which is human error in calculation. There should be digitalization process knowing that human error in manual processing is higher than the digitalized one. In this study, the writer discussed the design of online business trip application at YPT. A decent design along with proper implementation and accurate testing would create this website-based business trip a positive impact in giving latest innovation at YPT. This would be optimum because the writer used some supportive tools such as CodeIgniter, VS Code, PHPMyadmin, and XAMPP.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan yang besar harus memiliki sebuah sistem manajemen aset yang mengatur dan memelihara aset perusahaan, aset tersebut bisa berupa modal, barang ataupun jasa. Fungsi dari sebuah manajemen aset adalah untuk memaksimal penggunaan aset sebuah perusahan dan mengurangi aset yang tidak perlukan, pengaturan bisa dilakukan dengan sebuah mekanisme audit. Sistem manajeman dan inventori sebuah aset perusahaan akan sangat mudah dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan dan organisasi yang kecil, tetapi manajemen aset pada sebuah lembaga besar dan memiliki cabang yang luas diperlukan suatu mekanisme pengaturan yang terpusat pada salah satu tempat untuk memudahkan pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh pimpinan perusahan, laporan tersebut bisa sacara berkala baik dalam bentuk harian bulanan bahkan tahunan, pelaporan ini yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi suatu perusahan untuk mencapai visi dan tujuannya. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dibuatnya sebuah system manajemen inventori aset yang terintegrasi pada satu server data, sistem inventori ini dibuat dalam bentuk website karena memiliki kehandalan dalam proses pembuatan dan mudah diakses diberbagai platform, dengan sistem inventori pencatatan aset permintaan barang masuk dan keluar bisa tercatat dan terekap dengan baik, sehingga setiap data yang dilaporkan bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan pada top level management. . Abstract

Dikenal dengan julukan negara agraris, Indonesia memiliki banyak potensi hasil bumi dari pertanahan, tak terkecuali dari sektor perkebunan yang memegang peran penting dari keseluruhan perekonomian nasional. Oleh karena itu, perkembangan produktivitas hasil bumi dari sektor pertanian, dalam hal ini perkebunan perlu dipantau supaya bisa menjadi perhatian instansi terkait dalam mengoptimalkan daerah penghasil tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan informasi klasifikasi terhadap daerah sektor pertanian berdasarkan produktivitas serta produksi hasil bumi. Pengelompokan sektor perkebunan ini dikembangkan dengan metode data mining dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Means yang divisualisasikan pada aplikasi Business Intelligence Tableau. Dari hasil klasifikasi tersebut akan di dapat tiga cluster sektor perkebunan yang diantaranya adalah "great" yang berarti di atas target, "good" yang berarti belum mencapai target namun masih di atas rata-rata, dan “underperformed” yang berarti sektor perkebunan dalam cluster ini perlu perhatian khusus karena produktivitasnya di bawah performa. Hasil cluster yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pendukung pengambilan keputusan yang akan dibuat oleh instansi terkait untuk kebijakan di masa depan sehingga distribusi perkebunan dapat terkontrol. Tingkat akurasi dari penlitian ini mencapai 79.41%.

Abstract

Every school should be able to develop students' interest in reading. One of them is by providing a library at school. Currently, there are still many school libraries whose management is still manual, such as starting from recording member data, bookkeeping data to storing other data related to transaction processing to making reports, so it is possible during the process there is an error in recording, lack of accurate reports and delay in finding the required data. Several methods of developing information systems consist of the Research and Development (R&D) method, which is a research method that aims to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products and the FAST method which is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this library. The FAST method makes system design easier and on target. And with the existence of a website-based library information system at SMKN 8 Bandung, it increases students' reading interest because they can access it anywhere and anytime without being limited by time, making it easier for officers to manage library data.

Abstract

In the era of Globalization Development technology growing very fast, especially computer technology with centralized data in Thing filing document. How ever no all school have complete facilities and infrastructure. Like Faculty of Informatics, Bandung City. While at the filing letter conducted in the form of storage hardcopy document . With existence problem that has been mention, Collection section document felt need for change method management current letter this they use, that is Method used in study this is model method development system namely the Waterfall Model. Design and analysis models that use models UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is language object oriented programming or OOP (Object Oriented Programming). And equipped with a number of report letter sign in and mail out . As for the method research used for complete various the problem that happened is literature, observation , interviews, data and system analysis, system design , program development, program testing , program implementation . because filing letter already stored in the database. Conclusion obtained that the application is very easy and helpful in filing letter sign in and mail this proven from evaluation user to application the with score by 94% who stated more effective and efficient .

Abstract

Data collection is generally done manually, but this manual method has Page 01-13 drawbacks, namely data collection becomes ineffective, not neatly arranged, and searching for data takes a lot of time. Likewise with library management at SMKN 8 Bandung, data collection is still manual so that there are often many errors for that it is necessary to have a web-based library information system where data management will be more organized and according to the wishes of the user. The research method used is research and development with the sql website development method. The data collection methods used were interviews and observations. The interview method is used to determine user needs, while the observation is for testing aspects of performance efficiency. The results of this study are (1) the system is proven that the level of feasibility of a web-based library information system using PHP and a MYSQL database server. (2) The test results prove that the level of feasibility of a web-based library information system in the usability aspect of the small group is 84.22% with very decent criteria and 91.2% large group with very feasible criteria, and the performance efficiency aspect is 98.64 with grade A.

Abstract

Digital Library Smkn 8 Bandung has constraint in data management and efficiency service borrow and return the book made by the officer library. Data Collection library, visitor data, and transactions loan need needs will use technology webbased system information for simplify the process of performance in the Library of SMKN 8 Bandung. Study this aim build system information library web -based that will could help library data management and improve quality service to transaction borrowing from the library. Method used in development system information on research this is which waterfall method at which stage this there is design and implementation apply pattern model view controller (MVC) design. While the testing process carried out there is a number of Step testing by sequentially namely unit tests, integration tests, validation tests, reliability tests, compatibility tests, and acceptance tests. Unit tests using base path technique show results from system that has simple structure, very easy understood and implemented. Integration test using white box method shows valid results. Validation testing using black box method shows that 25 function walk with good. Reliability test with use nelson calculations show that system could walk with consistent. Compatibility test shows system could used with good on 4 types of browsers. And the acceptance test shows that all function succeed run with good and have accepted by SMKN 8 Bandung.

Abstract

Text mining bisa dikenal juga sebagai data mining dalam bentuk teks, text mining adalah proses mengubah teks yang tidak terstruktur menjadi format terstuktur untuk mengidentifikasi pola yang bermakna dan wawasan baru. Dengan menerapkan teknik analisis seperti Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVM), dan Text Clustering, perusahaan dapat mengeksplorasi dan menemukan hubungan tersembunyi dalam data mereka yang tidak terstruktur. Text Clustering adalah penerapan analisis cluster pada dokumen berbasis teks. Dengan menggunakan machine learning dan pemrosesan Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk memahami dan mengkategorikan data tekstual yang tidak terstruktur. Text Clustering secara otomatis mengelompokan tekstual seperti dokumen dalam teks biasa, halaman web, email, tweet dan lain-lain ke dalam cluster berdasarkan kesamaan konten. Text mining menggunakan penggabungan antara statistik, linguistik dan machine learning untuk dapat menciptakan pemodelan dari data yang diperoleh dan memprediksi data yang dihasilkan pada infromasi berdasarkan pengamatan sebelumnya. Text mining dapat mengidentifikasi informasi yang sangat relevan dari teks yang didapat. Namun, analitik teks hanya berfokus pada penentuan pola dan tren yang tersebar di seluruh data yang menghasilkan data kuantitatif. Analisis teks dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan grafik, tabel, dan jenis laporan visual lainnya seperti pemasaran dan pengendalian produk untuk meningkatkan keuntungan.
