Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya berorganisasi di SMA Tunas Luhur dengan menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian study kasus. tehnik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan dengan cara observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang cukup dan jelas sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian di SMA Tunas Luhur tehadap 263 siswa. keorganisasian merupakan sebuah keilmuan yang akan menyempurnakan keahlian siswa secara akademiknya. Dengan berorganisai, mentalitas kepribadian siswa akan lebih mudah diperoleh. Begitu juga dengan kematangan mental siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya keorganisasian disekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut adalah starategi kepala sekolah yang dilakukan di SMA Tunas Luhur untuk menumbuhkan budaya berorganisasi siswa  dengan cara kepala sekolah memperbanyak organisasi di sekolah agar siswa terserap dan bisa menjadi anggota keorganisaian semua dengan cara melibatkan seluruh siswa SMA Tunus Luhur untuk aktif dalam organisasi, karena di SMA Tunas Luhur sudah ada beberapa organisasi yang terselenggara, jadi siswa bisa memilihih untuk mengikuti orgganisasi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan keinginan siswa SMA Tunas Luhur. Hal tersebut memang menjadi prinsip SMA Tunas Luhur yang sangat diusahakan kepala sekolah agar seluruh siswa SMA tunas luhur aktif dalam organisasi beberapa organisasi yang diupayakan oleh kepala sekolah SMA Tunas Luhur meliputi, Osis, Pers, LC, Adiwiata kader, Kader Perpustakaan, Kader UKS, MPK dan KODA.

Abstract

nelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang kepemimpinan tranformasional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dalam perspektif teori interaksionalisme simbolik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Nurul Jadid (SMPNJ), Paiton, Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perspektif teori interaksionalisme simbolik terfokuskan kepada tiga komponen yaitu, pendekatan personal dengan pikiran, pendekatan personal dengan sikap, dan Pendekatan sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi tentang pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan ke arah yang bermutu dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Pengelolaan Literasi Digital Berbasis Smart di SMA Tunas Luhur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Studi kasus, subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, staf perpustakaan dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin menjelaskan mengenai Pengelolaan Literasi Digital Berbasis Smart Menuju Good Practice School di SMA Tunas Luhur. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kegiatan wawancara dan observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada tahap berikutnya peneliti melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Literasi Digital Berbasis SMART menuju Good Practice School telah berhasil dilakukan di SMA Tunas Luhur. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui kegiatan literasi digital yang mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran aktif, didukung oleh pengelolaan yang baik dan keterlibatan masyarakat yang aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu kegiatan literasi tidak hanya sekedar membaca dan menulis saja. Literasi diartikan sebagai kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi, memahami, dan berpikir. Literasi melibatkan serangkaian pembelajaran mengembangkan pengetahuan, berpikir kritis dan potensinya serta berpartisipasi dalam komunitas peserta didik.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the location points prone to divorce in the Kraksaan District Court with the Geographic Information System application so that it can make it easier for the Kraksaan Religious Court officers to make decisions and make it easier for all people and admins in particular. The research method used in this study combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods are used in data collection using literature studies and observations. At the same time, the quantitative method is tested to obtain conclusions in developing this research system, namely using the waterfall method with the stages of analysis, design and coding. The study results show that: the geographic information system-based mapping application of divorce-prone areas is very effective in identifying areas that require special attention in resolving divorce cases. The information obtained from this application helps the court to direct prevention, counselling and mediation efforts in areas prone to divorce, as well as to optimize the allocation of resources and support programs accordingly.

Abstract

The existing Islamic religious education curriculum shows a clear separation between subjects like Al-Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah, and the history of Islamic culture. Full integration of these elements is lacking, but it has the potential to improve students' religious experiences by providing comprehensive support for worship. Madrasah institutions face challenges related to ownership, environment, and teachers adapting to technological advancements in the current era. This study aims to explore how PAI (Islamic Religious Education) teachers implement innovative approaches in madrasahs. Employing a qualitative research design with a literature review methodology, information was gathered from various regulations, books, and magazines. We opted for a qualitative approach to explore innovative curriculum changes that can improve the quality of millennial-era madrasahs with Islamic characteristics. The literature review exposed a predominant focus on subject-centric designs influenced by teachers and infrastructure in constructing Islamic religious education curricula in madrasahs. In response, a proposed ideal model emphasizes an integrated learning approach tailored for the millennium era. This model strives to enhance Islamic language skills through integration. The study concludes by underlining key themes: innovation, curriculum development, Islamic religious education, madrasah, and the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the thoughts of Sheikh al-Zarnuji in the book Ta'lim Muta'allim and its relevance for education in Indonesia. It is based on education not only limited to the transfer of knowledge, but rather the application of spiritual, religious and ethical values. This research uses library research because researchers only study and read literature that has something to do with the problem of the object of research. Data sources in the form of Kitab Ta‟lim Al-Muta‟llim, and supporting books, data obtained through documentation and observation, data analysis techniques using content analysis, Inductive, and constitutional methods, while validity techniques use research dependence on the data obtained. The results show that 1) In ethics, al-Zarnuji emphasizes more on the ethics of students than educators. 2) Of the thirteen chapters in Kitab Ta'lim Al-Muta'llim, they are classified into four points including the understanding and purpose of science, intention, learning methods, surrender (Tawakkal). 3) The relevance of al-Zarnuji's educational thought in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim to current educational thinking, especially in Indonesia, is seen in aspects: educational objectives, educators, students, curriculum, and educational methods.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in the archipelago in the Modern Era as it is today, women have appeared to be "leaders" both in the domestic and public sphere. So that this becomes a problem of its own because they demand gender equality. So, this happened to the inner contradiction between the ideals of sharia and the phenomenon that occurred in the archipelago society. Based on the above problems, it is the main attraction for researchers to explore the thoughts of Mufassir Nusantara in relation to "Problems of Domestic and Public Women's Leadership" along with finding similarities and differences between their interpretations. The aim of this study is to transform the Islamic scientific nature of the archipelago so that it can contribute to Islamic thinking related to Nusantara and for the citizens of the Archipelago related to these problems.

Abstract

Higher education has a vital role in nation-building, it is a means to realize intellectuals in order to organize the life of an established nation. This paper aims to explore efforts to improve the quality of pesantren colleges through ISO 21001: 2018 in producing quality, skilled, and professional generations. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consisted of leaders, heads of institutions, and faculty leaders. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate information about the material being studied. The data analysis technique uses data display, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of ISO 21001: 2018 is capable of delivering quality administrative governance to the development and improvement of the quality of pesantren higher education. Do not forget the application of ISO is not the final step and does not automatically become a quality institution, the need for teamwork in increasing self-confidence, communication and developing independence.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to understand the contributions and challenges faced by educators in designing and using learning tools that are in accordance with the principles carried by the Merdeka Curriculum. This study also aims to identify the challenges faced by teachers in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used in this research and community service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The PAR method consists of three interconnected words: participation, research, and action. This method involves several data collection techniques, including participatory observation, structured interviews with teachers, focus group discussions, and document analysis related to the Merdeka Curriculum. The data analysis techniques employed in this study involve qualitative methods such as thematic analysis of interviews and content analysis of the curriculum documents. The findings reveal that: (a) The Independent Curriculum shares similarities with the National Curriculum, easing familiarity for teachers despite name changes. (b) Pancasila student character dimensions and new Learning Outcomes are relatively unfamiliar, needing more time for integration into teaching materials. (c) The activity significantly improves teachers' grasp of the Independent Curriculum, simplifying its application in the classroom.
