Abstract

Our article investigated how to create a design for smart tourism applications that focused on the values felt by tourists, specifically on the valuable experiences encountered by tourists during destinations such as accessibility, amenities, available packages, activities, and additional services, in order to assess the successful management of a tourist destination. Whereas the methodology applied in this research is Design Science Research (DSR), which is used to overcome a problem by designing a tool to address the issue, the major challenge that is frequently experienced by visitors in tourism studies is the convenience and completeness of information about tourist destinations. The theoretical contribution of the research might provide to the capacity in the study of tourist behavior, which is associated primarily with tourist satisfaction with a specific tourist destination based on previous experience and information. Whereas practically, the research will assist tourism managers in developing architectural designs of service tools to help tourist destination management in making decisions based on the requirements and preferences of tourists during their visit. Based on our findings, we recommend that tourist destinations should create dynamic platforms that mediate STT in order to respond to tourist demands. Tourists will appreciate their vacation more because the travel service experience is improved. Thus, providing information more accessible, constructing integrated information systems, and creating a technologically friendly environment would increase tourist participation and actually contribute to the overall travel experience.

Abstract

Business transformation in the digital era and systematic analysis of e-business in Indonesia, especially in the context of UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The growth of e-business in Indonesia is related to technological advances and changes in consumer behavior. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of developments, challenges and potential solutions to support UMKM business transformation in the digital era. Some of the topics studied include the role of e-business in the transformation of UMKM in Indonesia, challenges in adopting e-business technology, effective strategies for encouraging e-business adoption among UMKM, and the impact of business transformation through e-business on local economic growth. The research method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to investigate and analyze relevant literature. The findings from this research show that e-business has an important role in the development of UMKM in Indonesia, but UMKM still face challenges in adopting digital technology. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed to encourage the adoption of e-business among UMKM and the impact of business transformation through e-business can make a positive contribution to local economic growth. It is hoped that this research can support the development and sustainability of UMKM in Indonesia in this digital era.

Abstract

The development of incresingly sophisticated information technology has presented various applications that users can use to complete their tasks. This study aims to design and build a competency-based thesis supervisor recommendation system software.The software development method used is the scrum method; this is done to predict and see any errors that arise during the initial development of the application. The Scrum method includes the Product backlog, Sprint backlog and Increment using the Sequential searching algorithm for pseudocode.The results of this study are the recommendation system software for thesis supervisors. This system makes it easier for students doing their thesis to get supervisors according to the lecturer's specialization and expertise. This system can display student data, specializations, lecturer research and lecturer recommendations for thesis supervisors. Keywords: Application, Scrum method

Abstract

Sistem informasi minat bakat merupakan bagian penting dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru di perguruan tinggi. Uji black box merupakan metode pengujian yang efektif untuk menguji fungsionalitas dan kehandalan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji black box terhadap sistem informasi minat bakat yang digunakan dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan uji black box dengan fokus pada input dan output sistem informasi. Data input yang digunakan dalam pengujian meliputi formulir pendaftaran mahasiswa baru, data minat bakat, dan data pribadi. Output yang diharapkan adalah keputusan penerimaan mahasiswa berdasarkan minat bakat yang terdaftar dalam sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan serangkaian skenario pengujian untuk menguji berbagai kasus uji yang mewakili situasi nyata. Hasil dari pengujian ini akan dievaluasi berdasarkan kecocokan antara output yang dihasilkan dengan output yang diharapkan. Selain itu, akan diperiksa juga kemampuan sistem dalam mengelola data input dengan benar dan memberikan keputusan penerimaan yang akurat. Melalui uji black box, diharapkan dapat teridentifikasi potensi kelemahan atau kesalahan dalam sistem informasi minat bakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan masukan berharga bagi pengembangan dan perbaikan sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pengumpulan dan pendistribusian zakat di Indonesia dikelola langsung oleh Badan Amil Zakat (BAZNAS). Pendistribusian zakat yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Pesawaran dilakukan dalam beberapa periode sesuai dengan dana yang diberikan oleh BAZNAS pusat, sehingga memungkinkan adanya kekeliruan dalam penghitungan dan pertimbangan keputusan dari penerima zakat tersebut. Metode pengembangan system yang digunakan adalah Metode Waterfall dan untuk metode system pendukung keputusan yang digunakan Metode TOPSIS. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan proses pendataan dan pengolahan data penerima bantuan zakat dan memberikan kemudahan untuk mustahik mengupload proposal permohonan bantuan zakat BERKAT, ketepatan proses dalam perangkingan data penerima bantuan zakat BERKAT, serta kemudahan dalam membuat laporan penerima bantuan zakat BERKAT sebagai bahan pendukung keputusan. Abstract

This paper examines the impact of regulations and policies on the development of e-business in Indonesia. As e-business becomes increasingly integral to the economy, understanding the regulatory environment is crucial for stakeholders, including policymakers, business owners, and consumers. The study explores the current regulatory framework governing e-business in Indonesia, identifying key policies that influence its growth and development. Through qualitative analysis of government regulations, industry reports, and expert interviews, the paper highlights both the supportive and restrictive aspects of these regulations. Findings indicate that while certain policies, such as tax incentives and infrastructure investments, have fostered e-business growth, others, including stringent data protection laws and complex compliance requirements, pose challenges. The research underscores the need for a balanced regulatory approach that promotes innovation while ensuring consumer protection and fair competition. Recommendations are provided for policymakers to enhance the regulatory landscape, suggesting measures such as streamlined compliance processes, enhanced digital literacy programs, and increased collaboration between government and industry stakeholders. Ultimately, this paper aims to contribute to the discourse on how regulations can be optimized to support the sustainable growth of e-business in Indonesia, aligning with broader economic goals and technological advancements.

Abstract

A Hospitals have a high potential as sources for the spread of infectious diseases, including viruses and bacteria. The use of masks by medical staff, patients, and visitors is a crucial measure to minimize the risk of infection. However, manually monitoring mask compliance in hospitals is challenging. With the development of artificial intelligence, automated monitoring systems can be implemented to more efficiently and effectively monitor mask compliance. This study employs YOLOv8 and IP Cameras for mask detection in hospitals. The dataset used consists of 2130 training images, 34 validation images, and 27 test images. The model was trained with parameters of 300 epochs, a batch size of 8, and a patience of 128 to prevent overfitting. Experimental results indicate that the model achieved a precision and recall of 98.3%, with an overall accuracy of 97%. The Precision-Recall and F1-Confidence curves demonstrate that the model is highly effective in detecting mask usage with minimal errors. The confusion matrix indicates that 97% of all mask usage cases were correctly detected, while only 3% were missed. This YOLOv8 and IP Camera-based mask detection system shows great potential for application in hospitals, enhancing mask compliance and aiding in the prevention of disease spread

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah penjualan hewan ternak, memanimalisir peran tengkulak dalam penjualan hewan ternak, mempermudah pembeli dalam menemukan hewan ternak yang diingkan dengan cara mengetahui loksi-lokasi penjual, serta aplikasi ini sebagai media bertemunya penjual dan pembeli dalam penjualan hewan ternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prototype dan Haversine. Pemodelan perangkat lunak pada penelitin ini menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Metode haversine formula digunakan pada penelitian ini agar dapat menampilkan lokasi terdekat yang dapat mempermudh pembeli dalam pencarin hewan ternak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembeli dapat menemukan lokasi penjual yang dapat mempermudah dalam pencrian hewan ternak yang dibutuhkan. Penjual dapat menjual hewan ternaknya tanpa harus melalui peran tengkulak.

Abstract

Griya Antasari Permai Housing is a housing complex located in Bandar Lampung. Marketing of Griya Antasari Permai Housing is done by distributing catalogs and brochures. Media brochures that are used today only display houses in the form of photos to give a picture to prospective buyers, so they cannot see the shape of the house offered from various angles. 3-dimensional (3D) visualization techniques can be used to add value in marketing housing. The technique used in the form of a Virtual Tour with the concept of Walk-Through is to make the user can see the visualization of the shape of the housing and its surroundings from various angles in more detail. 3D housing objects are created using GoogleSketchUp Software. This application system is designed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Virtual Tour application helps consumers know the detailed form of Griya Antasari Permai Housing from various angles. This application can only be operated on the Android operating system and it is hoped that this application developer can see the construction of residential buildings using animation and adding characters that can move so that it looks more real.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran serta pencarian informasi, termasuk dalam pencarian hadits berdasarkan label dan perawinya. Hadits, sebagai panduan hidup umat Islam setelah Al-Qur’an, telah dibukukan, namun penyajian hadits dalam bentuk buku membuat banyak orang kesulitan menemukan hadits yang dicari karena pencarian masih dilakukan secara manual dengan jumlah data yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan banyak tenaga dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mencari hadits sesuai dengan label dan perawinya. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan seperti analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian sistem, dan pemeliharaan, dengan menerapkan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Proses klasifikasi ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan Preprocessing Text, seperti case folding, tokenisasi, filtering/Stopword Removal, stemming, training, dan prediction, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan keluaran hadits terkait beserta label dan perawinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi dan pencarian hadits dengan label dan perawinya yang menerapkan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier berbasis web.
