Republik Indonesia saat ini sedang memasuki masa pemulihan akibat krisis ekonomi yang berkepanjangan. Seluruh pihak termasuk pemerintah sendiri mencoba mengatasi hal ini dengan melakukan reformasi disegala bidang baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial, maupun politik. Salah satu usaha untuk memulihkan kondisi tersebut adalah dengan mengembalikan kepercayaan rakyat kepada pemerintah dengan mencoba mewujudkan suatu pemerintahan yang bersih dan berwibawa atau yang dikenal dengan istilah corporate governance.Beberapa kali terjadi pernyataan ketidakpuasan atas kepemimpinan kepala daerah dalam melakukan manajemen pelayanan publik maupun penggunaan anggaran belanja daerah. Melihat pengalaman di negara-negara maju, ternyata dalam pelaksanaannya, keingintahuan masyarakat tentang akuntabilitas pemerintahan tidak dapat dipenuhi hanya oleh informasi keuangan saja. Masyarakat ingin tahu lebih jauh apakah pemerintah yang dipilihnya telah beroperasi dengan ekonomis, efisien dan efektif. Kata kunci : Corporate Governance, Akuntabilitas

Abstract - The author conducted research on a company enganged in oil palm Plantation are in PT. AMP Plantation. The purpose of this study to determine whether an investment in PT. AMP Plantation feasible when analyzed by the method Accounting Rate of Return, Payback Period, dan Net Present Value. Financially based on the method used, namely with rate 12 % discount NPV method, the investment activities of palm oil mills (MCC) capacity of 30 tonnes of FFB per hour is not feasible to be implemented with NPV value (-Rp. 10.480.259.666.416) and Payback period for 12 years and 6 months. While the ARR method, the investment activities of oil palm feasible, with value obtained ARR of 32 %. The total investment needed is Rp. 15.235.723.500.146 Based on the plantation area and total production of FFB as has been recommended by the government?s policies to tacklee environmental problems, ideally PT. AMP Plantation takes environmental cost and social cost for a capacity of 30 tonnes FFB/ hour. To Protect smallholder farmers, local governments should form a regional government-owned (public enterprises) for the development of oil palm plantations (MCC) with the consideration of land area and capital owned by smallholders. Abstract. This study aims to discover the effect of investment in the tourism sector, the number of tourist destinations, the number of visits and tourism retribution on original local government revenue in Padang City. Population in this study is all tourist destination in Padang City. Sampel determined by total sampling technique. Observation data for 5 years from 2015 - 2019 using monthly data from the tourism office. The results of this study showed investment in the tourism sector, the number of tourist destinations and the number of tourist visits partially have a significant effect on original local government revenue whereas tourism retribution have no significant effect on original local government revenue Keywords. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi di sektor pariwisata, jumlah destinasi wisata, jumlah kunjungan dan retribusi pariwisata terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh destinasi wisata yang ada di Kota Padang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik total sampling. Data observasi selama 5 tahun dari 2015 - 2019 menggunakan data bulanan dari dinas pariwisata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan investasi pada sektor pariwisata, jumlah destinasi wisata dan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sedangkan retribusi pariwisata tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Kata Kunci. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, capital structure and firm size on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2018. This study uses panel data regression analysis method using the eviews 9 program. To determine the sample with a population of 47 companies and a sample of 35 companies. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has no effect on firm value, capital structure affects firm value, and firm size affects firm value. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh intellectual capital, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan program eviews 9. Untuk penentuan sampel dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 47 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intelectual capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan

Teknologi informasi secara signifikan telah mempengaruhi dan mengubah cara bisnis yang sedang dikelola dan dipantau saat ini. Teknologi informasi yang telah digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan sebagai salah satu solusi dalam menghadapi dan memenangkan persaingan. Sejalan dengan itu diperlukan suatu kerangka kerja Cobit 5 dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL untuk memastikan bahwa teknologi informasi yang diimplementasikan mengharuskan perusahaan dalam memaksimalkan keuntungan, resiko teknologi informasi dikelola dengan tepat dan digunakan secara bertanggung jawab. Guna mencapai tujuan dimaksud diperlukan perencanaan, implementasi, dukungan, pengawasan dan evaluasi yang matang dan optimal. Dengan diterapkan analisa kualitas sistem informasi manajemen kepuasan karyawan dalam menggunakan sistem yang ada pada DPRD Sinjunjung dapat memberikan solusi dalam memperbaharui dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem yang ada.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on work motivation and employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM) in Muko-muko sub-district. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research was conducted with a sample of 106 respondents, namely employees of PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM) in Muko-muko sub-district. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis of the research that has been done, the results found that (1)There is no influence between Interpersonal Communication on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (2)There is no influence between Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (3)There is an influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (4)There is a unidirectional relationship between interpersonal communication and work motivation, (5)There is a unidirectional relationship between organizational commitment to work motivation, (6)There is a unidirectional relationship between employee job satisfaction and work motivation, (7)There is no influence between interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on work motivation which is associated with employee job satisfaction.

Nowadays in the globalization era, particularry in Indonesia, the dense population is accompanied byincreasingly complex needs and various human activities in carrying out mobility whether doingwork, school, tourism, research or traveling. Thus, smartphone enhancements to accessories becomeone of the important daily needs. This situation eventually led to increasingly fierce competitionbetween outlets and companies that manufacture, distribute, and sell smartphone devices oraccessories in the existence of competing companies providing the best service to attract consumers.This study aims to build customer loyalty through price and trust using mediating variables, namelycustomer satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampleof 85 respondents. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysiswith the application of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 21.00). The study result showedthere is an indirect relationship smaller in value than a direct relationship, meaning that loyalty doesnot mediate the relationship between price and customer satisfaction and indirect relationships are lessvaluable than a direct relationship, meaning loyalty does not mediate the relationship of trust withcustomer satisfaction

This study aims to examine how much influence Earning Per Share, Profitability, and Solvability with Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. The population of this study was 71 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 30 companies during 2013-2017. This study uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.From this study the conclusions are as follows: Earning Per Share variable shows the results that have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Profitability and Solvability shows no effect on Stock Prices, Earning Per Share which is moderated by Corporate Governance, Profitability moderated by Corporate Governance and Solvability moderated by Corporate Governance shows results that have no significant effect on stock prices. In further research, it is expected to be able to add independent variables to be able to explain what is the influence of the dependent variable, namely stock prices, and add all public companies to become research and replace the proxy of each variable to get better research results.

This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and communication style have on work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of SMPN 1 Dharmasraya. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 63 respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on organizational commitment variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the organizational commitment variable. There is a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the work performance variables. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment variables and work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work involvement variables on work performance through organizational commitment. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the variables of communication style on work performance through organizational commitment.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Gajah Motor Baypass Padang. The method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with partial least squares (PLS). By distributing a questionnaire to 40 respondents. The research results obtained are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 4) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the work environment on employee performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 5) There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 6) Job satisfaction does not mediate leadership on employee performance. 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the Work Environment on Employee Performance.
