Abstract

Electronic archive management has become a demand and need for every organization in the era of digital technology as it is today. Electronic records management is closely related to the use of computer technology, which can complete records management work more effectively and efficiently. The archive system in the HR Department at PT Beton Elementindo Perkasa, especially for employee archives, still uses the manual archiving method, this causes the recovery of archives to take quite a long time and there are some lost files. With the design of this archival system, it is hoped that some of the problems caused by the previous archival system can be resolved properly. The change from manual filing system to electronic filing system begins with analyzing data needs, tools and several other support systems, then continues with column creation and data input in Microsoft Excel and the last process is scanning documents as additional backup for this employee archive. After a direct trial, it is proven that with this archive system, the recovery of archives can be faster and the risk of loss of information due to damaged archives can be minimized. The result of this work is inform of a the file in the form of Microsoft Excel in which there is information about the personal data of employees of thesection vehicle maintenance which is equipped with a hyperlink to insert file attachments and passwords to access the data in it which aims to maintain the confidentiality of the data in it so that it is not misused. by the responsible party. It is hoped that this electronic filing system can be further developed in the future to facilitate and expedite the work in the HR Department at PT Beton Elementindo Perkasa.

Abstract

This article provides information on implementing CRM to increase customer loyalty. The use of CRM and its tools are useful to make it easier for business actors to continue to reach every customer, improve customer relationships and maintain customer relationships. The importance of using CRM and its tools is that business actors can continue to provide the latest innovations, improve services and continue to establish good relationships with customers in order to create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is important for the survival of a business, with loyalty with them making regular purchases, recommending products or services offered by the company can help companies to continue to survive in the long term and have strong customers.

Abstract

Bank Woori Saudara KC Diponegoro is one of the branch offices of PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. which is engaged in commercial banking. In carrying out its banking activities, Bank Woori Saudara always involves important files that will be used for dealing with a customer. One example of such a file is the CIF Application Document which contains a number of important customer-related information. The collection of archives is stored and managed by the Front Office Department at Bank Woori Saudara. In managing the archives of the frontliner staff, a manual storage system is used, where the documents are stored based on the order and CIF number located in the available filling cabinet. The lack of archival management and an adequate record-keeping system causes frontliner staff to often find it difficult to search for the required documents. Therefore, in order to meet fast-paced technological developments and an adequate archive management system, an electronic filing application was created. This application is expected to help frontliner staff in carrying out operational activities, especially for information needs. In doing the design and manufacture, the application uses the Macro VBA Excel system so that it has an easy-to-reach appearance and work.

Abstract

The use of computers is now inseparable from office work completion activities. The place where routine business or commerce takes place is the office. Workers are required to spend nearly all of their time operating the computer while seated in front of the monitor due to the computerized system for office work. Long-term computer use combined with improper posture can result in eye fatigue as well as muscle and back injuries and fatigue. Work stances like sitting, composing, and gazing at a PC screen will influence the state of being of representatives. Employee performance will suffer as a result of poor ergonomic work postures, which will put employees at risk and make them more likely to become exhausted. Based on the rapid office strain assessment method, this study was conducted to determine the ergonomic risk analysis of the physical work environment in the work posture of office employees. The Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) analysis method was used in this observational descriptive study. A method for measuring ergonomic risk in the workplace at an office is the ROSA method. Perceptions were made to straightforwardly see the communication between work stances and office offices as office support components in 15 representatives who turned into the examination test. The findings revealed that 10 employees had a level of ergonomic risk that was low, while the remaining 5 employees had a level of ergonomic risk that was moderate. The reason for high ergonomic gamble lies in ergonomic offices that are not as per ergonomic standards and absence of representative mindfulness in making a solid work culture. Modernizing office facilities, spreading awareness of office ergonomics, and requiring employees to stretch are all necessary improvements. Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan suatu darma kegiatan perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat, komunitas atau entitas bisnis. PT Senang Ganyang Lapar merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang industri makanan dan minuman. Perusahaan ini juga memiliki konsep bisnis Multi-Virtual Brand Kitchen/Cloud Kitchen. Perusahaan ini memiliki suatu divisi yaitu Product Management yang memiliki tugas pokok dalam pengelolaan menu pada platform penjualan. Pada proses pelaksanaannya terdapat suatu permasalahan mengenai komplain ketidak sesuaian menu dan juga kesalahpahaman mengenai instruksi kerja yang diberikan. Untuk dapat meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut perlunya suatu pengawasan proses kerja mengenai pengelolaan menu pada platform penjualan dan juga memaksimalkan komunikasi dua arah. Selama melaksanakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada perusahaan PT Senang Ganyang Lapar di divisi Product Management juga mendapatkan pengetahuan baru mengenai proses pengelolaan menu baru pada platform penjualan.

Abstract

This study examined the factors influencing student's intentions to adopt digital record applications in higher education, with a focus on performance expectancy, trust, effort expectancy, and perceived value. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey of 243 undergraduate students in Bandung, Indonesia, to assess these factors. The results revealed that performance expectancy was the most significant predictor of students' adoption intentions, confirming that students were motivated to adopt digital tools that they believe will enhance their academic performance. Trust also played a crucial role, particularly in the context of data security and privacy, which were significant concerns in educational technology adoption. Interestingly, effort expectancy, which refers to the ease of use of digital applications, did not significantly influence adoption intentions, likely due to the increasing digital literacy among students. Perceived value was found to have a positive but less pronounced effect on adoption intentions. These findings suggested that the UTAUT framework, commonly used in technology adoption studies, may need to be adapted to incorporate demographic and contextual factors, especially trust-related variables, in environments where data privacy is critical. The study also has practical implications for educational institutions and policymakers. To encourage the adoption of digital record applications, institutions should emphasize the academic performance benefits of these tools and implement trust-building strategies, such as robust data security measures.

Abstract

Makanan merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi oleh manusia. Selain kecukupan gizi yang ada dalam makanan yang dikonsumsi, hygiene dan sanitasi dalam pengolahan makanan juga harus menjadi perhatian khusus. Adanya mikroba yang bersifat parasit dapat muncul akibat pengolahan makanan tidak meperhatikan factor hygiene dan sanitasi. Kupat tahu khas padalarang pak usep dan bu imas meupakan jenis usaha kuliner. Jenis usaha tersebut tidak bisa lepas dari risiko yang disebabkan oleh factor hygiene dan sanitasi makanan. Dari hasil observasi, mereka belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang hygiene dan sanitasi makanan. Tim Pengabidan kepada Masyarakat (PkM) mulai mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Dari hasil identifikasi, tim mencoba untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mitra dalam rangka menerapkan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mereka. Setelah dilakukan penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mitra, ada peningkatan persepsi yang positif dari konsumen kupat tahu khas padalarang tentang penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi. Pada pra survey dengan 65 responden persepsi konsumen terhadap penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi rata-rata 2,31 dari skala 4, setelah adanya penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi pada usaha mitra Kembali dilakukan survey. Ada peningkatan persepsi konsumen terhadap usaha kupat tahu khas padalarang pak usep n bu imas dengan rata- rata 3,42 dari skala 4. Persepsi yang baik dari konsumen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyatitas mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of dissatisfaction, fatigue, and perceived enjoyment on consumer attitudes regarding preloved fashion in Indonesia. This study targets those consumers who have at least some basic knowledge or have used shared fashion services. Purposive sampling was applied in this study, after which participants were chosen based on their knowledge and participation in the preloved fashion system. Data was gathered using an online survey and analyzed using SmartPLS software to perform validation, reliability, and hypothesis tests. The results indicate that dissatisfaction, fatigue, and perceived enjoyment are important contributors toward consumer attitudes regarding preloved fashion. This study aims at more sustainable fashion consumption patterns in younger emerging economies like Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the repurchase intention of the Deutschlandticket among international students at Jade Hochschule Wilhelmshaven using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. The Deutschlandticket is a monthly public transportation subscription introduced by the German government as a long-term solution to the energy crisis and to promote environmentally friendly mobility. However, the ticket price increase from €49 to €58 per month in January 2025 presents new challenges in maintaining repurchase intention. This research examines the three core components of TPB attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control and their effects on the repurchase intention of the Deutschlandticket. The study employs a survey method with a sample of international students in Wilhelmshaven, analyzed using validity, reliability, and regression tests. Hypothesis testing reveals that all tested pathways are statistically significant. Structural model analysis shows that 67.1% of the variance in repurchase intention is explained by the three TPB constructs, indicating a strong model fit. However, the influence of environmental concern on subjective norms and perceived behavioral control individually remains modest. The results suggest that students' environmental concerns strengthen their attitudes, perceived control, and social pressures, ultimately leading to a higher intention to repurchase the Deutschlandticket despite the price increase. These findings offer important insights for policymakers and transport providers aiming to sustain ticket adoption rates through strategies emphasizing environmental benefits. It contributes to the understanding of sustainable consumer behavior and highlights the role of environmental concerns in shaping repurchase intentions within the public transportation sector.

Abstract

Bandung, as a primary tourist destination in Indonesia, offers diverse attractions including nature, culture, and distinctive local cuisine. The increasing number of visitors necessitates practical and engaging information media to assist them in planning their trips effectively. This project aimed to design a comprehensive booklet serving as a guide to Bandung's tourism and culinary delights, specifically for guests staying at Favehotel Hyper Square Bandung, which previously lacked such a dedicated digital or physical resource. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, this project adapted a development model encompassing several stages: identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and final revision. To assess the developed booklet's feasibility and effectiveness, an evaluation was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data from these questionnaires were then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis method, calculating the average scores for each statement. The project's findings indicate that the booklet received positive responses from respondents, with high average scores across its content, visual presentation, and ease of use. Consequently, this booklet is deemed suitable for use as an information and promotional tool for tourism within the Favehotel Hyper Square Bandung environment.
