Abstract

The need to access the latest information in the form of images, text, videos, animations, and more from various sources through websites using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs connected to the internet is being done by everyone in today's era. Therefore, the need for human resources to create or develop web-based technology in institutions is highly required. Web-based technology is created to help solve problems in these institutions. In addition to supporting web-based technology, the acceleration of mastering software development technology is also carried out, including the development of frameworks. One of the latest and widely used web-based system frameworks today is Laravel. Knowledge of web programming needs to be conveyed early on, such as in vocational high schools for majors that lead to producing software engineering professionals. SMK Telkom Lampung is one of the vocational high schools that has an RPL major. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Community Service by conducting web programming training using the Laravel framework for students in the Software Engineering major at SMK Telkom Lampung, who are still learning using native web pages. The training was held for 1 day on Friday, February 24th, 2023, in the Computer Laboratory of SMK Telkom Lampung and was attended by 19 RPL major students. Some of the software that supported the training were xampp, composer, and Laravel 8.*. The evaluation results of the training showed that 100% of the participants were able to understand, interested, and motivated by the material presented.

Abstract

Student attendance at SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu is still done manually. The student affairs department often struggles when asked for information about student attendance. Many parents/guardians complained because they did not know the attendance information or delay of their children from the school. Communication devices in the form of cellular phones or mobile phones are not a luxury anymore but can be said to be a secondary need for everyone because the function is much more practical and efficient. These technological advances can be used as a reporting system about student information, especially attendance. Currently, there are still many schools that cannot maximize the technology at least to monitor children from anywhere without having to go to school just to ask about their children's attendance. Therefore, a web-based student attendance information system and SMS Gateway are needed to facilitate the process of monitoring students by parents. Using software development, the author tried to build a web-based student attendance information system with SMS Gateway at SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu using Java and PHP programming languages with MySql as the database. So that the input process and data processing are faster. With this application, it is expected to help the school and students in the student attendance process.

Abstract

Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian merupakan bagian dari struktur organisasi Sekretariat di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Saat ini dalam mengelola kearsipan di Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian masih bersifat konvensional yaitu menggunakan buku agenda dalam pencatatannya dan lemari pengarsipan sebagai media penyimpanan dokumennya. Penyimpanan dokumen arsip secara konvensional tidak dapat menyimpan dokumen untuk jangka waktu yang lama, karena dapat menyebabkan penumpukan arsip dan kerusakan akibat tergerus waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menghasilkan sistem pengarsipan digital sebagai pendukung optimalisasi pengelolaan adaministrasi Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Etreme Programming (XP) dengan pengujian menggunakan menggunakan ISO 25010. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML yang terdiri dari perancangan usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Sedangkan proses koding program menggunakan framework Codeigniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databse. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengujian sistem memperoleh hasil 87.94% atau dibulatkan menjadi 88%. Sehingga dari hasil pengujian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan sistem ini dinyatakan memenuhi syarat untuk di implementasikan dengan kategori sangat baik atau sangat layak.

Abstract

The cold temperature and the cleanliness of the water pond are the main factors for the problems of the goat breeder. When the ducks start to incubate their eggs, the chicks are vulnerable to death because they are not strong enough to face cold temperatures, especially in the rainy season. Water for drinking and bathing the gout is also quickly dirty and smells. This research was carried out with the aim of designing and building an automatic control device on an Arduino Uno-based goat cage whose performance was carried out on setting the cage heating lamp and filling and draining the wild water pond. The tool is designed using a DHT22 sensor, turbidity sensor, ultrasonic sensor, relay, servo motor, 16x2 LCD and arduino uno. The stages of the design process begin with data collection, tool system analysis, tool workflow design, tool placement, and tool testing. The results of the overall test of the automatic control device for filling and draining the water pool as well as the goat's cage heating lamp, the tool works well. It can be seen from the DHT22 sensor readings with an average error of 0.225% so that the heating lamp setting in the cage runs accurately, then the turbidity sensor readings are obtained from accurate analog sensor readings and ultrasonic sensor readings with an average error of 0.06% so that the filling and draining system works well.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan yang mempunyai prospek cukup baik adalah usaha budidaya ikan air tawar yaitu ikan lele, dan beberapa jenis Ikan seperti Gurami, Nila, Mujair, Patin, dan ikan Mas. Kelompok Budidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Agung Karya Tirta telah berusaha melakukan pemeliharaan terhadap kolam ikan dengan baik. Walaupun sudah dilakukan manajemen pemeliharaan kolam ikan dengan baik, namun masih ada beberapa kendala seperti ketidak sesuaian pemberian pakan sesuai jadwal serta tidak termonitornya kondisi air kolam seperti Suhu, Oksigen, dan PH air. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka penulis memberikan usul dalam pembuatan perangkat smart feeder yang dapat membantu mitra dalam mengelola pakan dan kolam ikan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Dengan adanya sistem pemberian pakan secara otomatis dan terjadwal dapat mengurangi adanya keterlambatan dalam pemberian pakan, selain itu juga pakan yang diberikan dapat terukur jumlahnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan bagi ikan di kolam. Sistem juga dapat menjaga kondisi air pada kolam ikan sehingga lebih mudah dalam melakukan perawatan seperti penggantian air menggunkan sensor PH dan kekeruhan Air. Selain itu juga dengan adanya Sensor Oksigen dapat memantau kondisi Oksigen dalam kolam untuk menjaga agar ikan tidak kekurangan oksigen

Abstract

The Al Huda Mart shop is one of the shops provided by the Al-Huda Jatiagung Foundation. The process of managing cashier data is still done manually, that is, it is recorded in a ledger and notes/receipts are provided and the price calculation is done manually so there are obstacles, namely the accumulation of books or notes. To solve this problem, in this research an Android-based cashier application system was built so that it can make it easier for cashiers to carry out sales transactions, namely the ordering process, payment process and sales reports. This research uses extreme programming development methods and is designed using UML. This system uses the Javascript programming language. Implementation uses the Xampp and MySQL applications. The result of this research is an Android-based cashier application system that can carry out sales transactions, starting from ordering goods, paying, and displaying sales reports. Based on the results of ISO 25010 testing which was carried out involving 5 respondents consisting of cashiers and customers. It can be concluded that the resulting software is suitable for use. Percentage of success with total Functionality testing 98.40%, Usability testing 95.20% and Reability testing 90.00%. Respondents stated that the construction of this application system could help cashiers and customers in managing sales at Al Huda Mart stores.

Abstract

Lampung People Berjaya is one of the visions of the Lampung provincial government to fulfill conditions of safety, advanced culture, competitiveness and prosperity, so that to achieve this the government has one target, namely to move the agricultural and livestock sectors in Bumi Ruwai Jurai so that Lampung can become an agricultural locomotive. and livestock barns. Berkah Poultry Farm (BUF) is a broiler and stud chicken farm located in Jati Agung, South Lampung. The main problems that are a priority to be resolved are: 1) The temperature and humidity control device for the cage is still semi-automatic; 2) Management of daily livestock data is still done manually; 3) There is still low understanding of breeders and their employees regarding chicken farming. Based on the priority problems faced by partners, the solutions offered by the proposing team for this PKM scheme are: 1) Implementing Smart Farm: IoT-based Automatic Temperature and Humidity Control Device; 2) Implement Smart Farm: Web-based livestock data management application; 3) Providing educational training on livestock cultivation for breeders and all BUF employees. The results of this service are an increase in the ability of Berkah Unggas Farm employees as evidenced by pretest and posttest results, increased chicken productivity as evidenced by increased chicken weight and more accurate data reports on consistent temperatures.

Abstract

Berkah Unggas Farm Jati Agung is a form of individual business engaged in the business of buying and selling boiler chickens. Based on interviews with the owner of Berkah Unggas Farm that the process of processing chicken inventory data is processing and recording that still uses manual methods (recording using a ledger) so that data inaccuracies, there is a high risk of human error, such as data writing errors, such as incorrect stock or errors in recording transactions. Data inaccuracies can lead to incorrect decisions and disrupt the operational efficiency of boiler chicken entry and exit. Based on these problems, a mobile web-based boiler chicken management system was created. The system, designed and built using the waterfall system development method, and the system was tested using ISO 25010. The system that has been built can help the process of processing chicken inventory data that produces more accurate data, minimizing the risk of human error, especially in data processing, such as data writing errors, such as incorrect stock or errors in recording transactions, facilitating boiler chicken inventory management faster than the previous system. The results of system feasibility testing using ISO 25010 get results of 97%. On a likert scale that the feasibility of the information system that has been made has a very good success, so that the system is feasible to be implemented and implemented at Berkah Unggas Farm Jati Agung.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental security sistem utilizing microcontrollers in the campus environment. The research background arises from the increasing criminal cases in this area, emphasizing the necessity for innovative solutions to enhance the safety of the academic community. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study integrates the analysis of criminal data, surveys, and interviews with the entire academic community to comprehensively outline the security conditions. In-depth understanding of crime patterns is derived from the analysis of criminal data, while surveys and interviews offer direct insights from participants regarding security and criminal risks. Building upon these findings, the author designs, prototypes, and tests an IoT-based security sistem integrated with microcontrollers. The test results demonstrate the sistem's effectiveness in disseminating and controlling campus environmental security. The analysis of implementation outcomes provides a comprehensive overview of the positive impact of the sistem on security levels in the area. The discussion involves interpreting results, establishing connections with existing literature, and bridging theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, this research not only contributes theoretically to security and IoT literature but also provides practical insights to enhance security, particularly in the campus environment.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kalirejo masih menggunakan metode manual untuk proses seleksi penerimaan siswa baru. Calon siswa harus datang ke sekolah untuk mengisi formulir pendaftaran dan menyerahkan berkas persyaratan secara langsung. Panitia juga masih memisahkan dokumen siswa berdasarkan jalur yang dipilih dan menyampaikan pengumuman di papan informasi. Proses ini memakan waktu lama dan kurang efektif baik bagi pendaftar maupun panitia. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan penerapan teknologi informasi.Oleh karena itu, dikembangkanlah Sistem Informasi Seleksi Penerimaan Siswa Baru Berbasis Web dengan menggunakan metode Prototype dan pendekatan berorientasi objek yang dimodelkan dengan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan calon siswa dalam melakukan pendaftaran secara online serta membantu panitia dalam mengelola data pendaftar.Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mempermudah proses pendaftaran dan seleksi penerimaan siswa. Berdasarkan implementasi yang dilakukan menggunakan Webqual 4.0 dan pengujian black box dengan fokus pada functionality dan usability, didapatkan hasil 85,7% untuk uji user admin, 91,6% untuk uji user calon siswa, dan 97,2% untuk uji usability calon siswa, serta 96,8% untuk uji usability admin. Pengujian Webqual 4.0 menunjukkan hasil 94% untuk uji usability quality, 97% untuk uji information quality, dan 88% untuk uji interaction quality. Hasil ini menunjukkan kesesuaian fungsi pada sistem, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini perlu dan layak untuk diterapkan.
