Abstract

The research publication reporting system of the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer is an android-based system used by the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer to report their research publications to the LPPM Research Section. To find out whether the system used is running well, an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation focuses on the value of Usability which consists of five categories as independent variables, namely Efficiency (X1); Learnability (X2); Satisfaction (X3); Errors (X4); and Memorability (X5). In addition, the dependent variable is Overall Impression Usability (Y). We used 37 lecturers as respondents. The test method used is a validation test consisting of a correlation test and a reliability test; simple linear regression analysis test, and the comparison of the Significance value with the Alpha value used is 0.05. The tests conducted using SPSS version 25. From the validity test conducted, taken from the value of Pearson Correlation and Corrected Item - Total Correlation values ​​that have values ​​above 0.05 and the results are that all variables have values ​​above 0.05. From the reliability testing, all questions proved to be reliable from one to another according to Cronbach’s Alpha values ​​above 0.60. From the simple linear regression test, the results show that the Efficiency (X1), Learnability (X2), Satisfaction (X3), and Memorability (X5) variables have a significant effect on Overall Impression (Y). In addition, the Errors (X4) variable does not have a significant effect on the Overall Impressions (Y) variable.

Abstract

Keamanan rumah merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kecemasan sering melanda disaat kita meninggalkan rumah. Namun, dengan penerapan sensor PIR yang dapat mendeteksi gerakan dan sensor magnetic switch yang dapat mendeteksi pintu yang terbuka, kita dapat mengetahui kemungkinan adanya penjahat yang masuk ke rumah. Selain itu fungsi SMS Gateway juga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu fitur untuk mengirimkan notifikasi pemberitahuan adanya gerakan dan status pintu yang terbuka kepada pemilik rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun prototipe sistem keamanan rumah yang menggabungkan sensor PIR dan magnetic switch berbasis mikrokontroler dan SMS gateway. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Hasil pengujian sensor PIR dapat mendeteksi gerakan dengan jarak terjauh 5 meter, sedangkan sensor magnetic switch dapat mendeteksi pintu yang terbuka maksimal 2 centimeter. Notifikasi SMS juga berhasil dikirimkan kepada pemilik rumah setiap kali ada gerakan atau pintu yant terbuka yang terdeteksi oleh sensor.

Abstract

Proses pencatatan dan penghitungan yang dilakukan di Fajar Indah Motor masih manual. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam proses pembuatan laporan yang cepat dan akurat untuk diberikan kepada manajemen perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan akurat yang mampu mengatasi masalah atau kendala yang sering dihadapi dalam sistem manual yang berjalan untuk mendukung pengembangan bisnis dan peningkatan proses penjualan tunai di Fajar Indah Motor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall, dengan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan, baik dalam bentuk laporan penjualan maupun wawancara dengan karyawan, kemudian merancang, menerapkan dan menguji sistem yang dibuat. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah database VB.net dan Access. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penjualan tunai yang terkomputerisasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pembeli, membuat laporan cepat, tepat dan akurat, meminimalkan kesalahan (redundansi) dalam pengumpulan data, dan penyimpanan data lebih terstruktur dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses penjualan tunai di Fajar Indah Motor.

Abstract

Rumah adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia. Selain menjadi tempat berlindung dan beristirahat, terdapat banyak barang berharga yang disimpan di dalam rumah. Untuk itu keamanan rumah terus menjadi isu yang perlu dibahas. Seiring perkembangan zaman, teknologi dapat digunakan dalam pengamanan rumah, salah satunya adalah menggunakan mikrokontroler dan sensor. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Prototype dengan empat tahapan, yakni pengumpulan data, perancangan cepat prototipe, perancangan prototipe, dan pengujian prototipe. Juga digunakan berbagai sensor seperti sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi gerakan, MQ9 sensor untuk kebocoran gas, sensor LM35 untuk mendeteksi suhu, magnetik sensor untuk mendeteksi status pintu, dan sensor flame untuk mendeteksi api. Untuk menambah nilai mobilitasnya, maka dibuat agar keseluruhan kinerja sensor dapat dipantau menggunakan web. Dari tahapan pengujian kinerja sensor dan monitoring web didapat hasil sistem yang dibangun dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sensor PIR dapat mendeteksi gerakan terjauh 5 meter. Sensor MQ2 dapat mengidentifikasi gas dari jarak 2,5 meter. Sensor LM35 dapat mendeteksi suhu ruangan. Sensor magnetik dapat memberikan status pintu terbuka dengan jarak maksimal 1,9 sentimeter, dan sensor api dapat mendeteksi api dengan jarak terjauh 3 meter.

Abstract

Pada akhir masa belajar siswa SMK umumnya dilaksanakan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) dalam rangka mengukur pencapaian kompetensi dari siswa tersebut. Aspek keahlian yang dinilai pada UKK di SMK Bakti Pangkalpinang meliputi keterampilan siswa dalam mendesain case dan cover DVD (Digital Video Disc) serta memproduksi video sesuai dengan tema yang ditentukan. Tidak menutup kemungkinan terdapat beberapa siswa yang belum mampu mengoperasikan software editing multimedia secara baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, akan dilakukan workshop untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan software editing multimedia satu minggu sebelum UKK. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, workshop yang telah dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan software editing multimedia secara efektif, yaitu rata-rata sebesar 9,88%. Setelah mengikuti workshop, predikat kompetensi dari 34 peserta didominasi dengan kompeten sebanyak 52,94%, disusul sangat kompeten sebanyak 41,18%, dan cukup kompeten sebanyak 5,88%.

Abstract

BES Cinema merupakan bioskop pertama di Pangkalpinang, tentu saja kehadiran bioskop ini ditunggu-tunggu masyarakat khususnya bagi pecinta film-film layar lebar. Mereka rela mengantri di loket penjualan tiket dalam antrian yang cukup panjang dan cukup lama hanya untuk mendapatkan tiket film. Tidak jarang sebelum gilirannya membeli tiket, tiket film yang ingin dibeli sudah terisi. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi sekarang khususnya teknologi mobile, masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya aplikasi pemesanan tiket bioskop berbasis android. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat melihat jadwal film yang ditayangkan, jadwal film yang akan ditayangkan, dan dapat memesan tiket. Model pengembangan aplikasi dengan menggunakan waterfall, dan menggunakan metode berorientasi objek untuk pengembangan aplikasinya. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Blackbox. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah penonton yang mau membeli tiket bioskop

Abstract

Bencah Village has a history of being a village that has a high Covid-19 positive confirmation rate in Bangka Belitung Province. To prevent this incident happening again, the role of the Bencah Village Cadre must be increased. Bencah Village currently has Posyandu Cadres and KWT Anggrek Cadre who are active in serving public health. For this reason, counseling for cadres is needed as a form of support and guidance by skilled health workers. This Community Partnership Program activity aims to provide counseling about Covid-19 and Posyandu that must be mastered by cadres in this new normal era. The activity stages consist of the stage of Pre-Activity, Preparation, Implementation, and Evaluation. A total of 17 cadres participated in this activity, and at the end of the activity, all participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire survey to find out the results and impacts of the activities that have been carried out. From the results of the questionnaire analysis obtained an average value of 4.29 which means the activities have been carried out well.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, most cafes have used technology in business processes to simplify the ordering and service process. Currently La Banca cafe is still using a manual system, where food and beverage orders still use paper and pencil, so there are frequent recording errors, duplicate orders, random orders, resulting in the ordering process being slow and irregular. Therefore, an android-based food and beverage ordering system will be built. The method used is the prototype method. Interview technique is used to obtain system requirements specifications. This application is built using the MySQL database, the PHP programming language on the web side, and the Java programming language on the Android side. In addition, the system design process uses UML diagrams. Therefore, it is hoped that the application that is built can facilitate the process of ordering food and drinks from customers to the waitress to the kitchen and make it easier for leaders to monitor business processes that occur online. Based on the results of blackbox testing, both on the web and on the android side, we get the appropriate results between the input given and the output generated.

Abstract

Employee performance assesment is one aspect that must be considered to achieve the goals of an institution. With the application of information technology, a decision support system can be used to provide an assessment. Currently, there are many methods that can be used to assess employee performance. One of them is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. This method was chosen because of its advantages that able to solve problems using multicriteria so it is suitable for determining the employee performance assessment of an institution. The criteria used in the assessment are also important in determining the performance assesment. There are many criteria that can be used in determining employee performance assessment. In this study used five criteria, namely Discipline, Work Motivation, Responsibility, Leadership and Honesty. The research method used consists of the needs identification stage, needs analysis, SMART method analysis, and implementation in the form of testing the results of manual calculations applied to a web-based system. The calculation uses data from seven employees using five criteria. From the results of the tests carried out, it is known that the results of manual calculations are the same as the web system.

Abstract

Public and Private Schools must always develop to improve the quality of education with professional service to school residents. Information Technology will produce a well-computerized system to support human resources with performance in management tasks. The Student Parent Book information system is the most important thing in education in order to fulfill the need for information for students so that the process of making reports and recording administrative data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar can be even better. With the existing system, it will provide menu features that exist in the unit category component or an information and will be obtained as a guide for students, SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar currently uses, manages and stores student data in the Parent Book. Not yet computerized in data processing. Students, there will be a risk that it will be difficult to find information on student data identity and the creation of a student data report that has been recorded in the student main book. The information system at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar which will build a new system will be very useful, this information system will be designed as a web-based system that is more easily accessible, in order to provide benefits for the school, especially the School Administration Staff so that they can use the information system in accordance with future needs. All the menu features available in this system are to facilitate the process of recording and reporting the student master book, so that it can be accelerated in searching for student data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar in using the existing student master book process that is available to run well and smoothly.Keywords : System, Master Book, Web Based, PHP and MySQL
