Abstract

Potensi perawat mengalami konflik cukup besar, konflik sebaiknya dapat dikelola dengan efektif menggunakan gaya manajemen konflik yang baik. Konflik yang tidak tertangani akan berdampak negatif pada lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman sehingga kepuasan kerja menjadi terpengaruh. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan 131 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi-Square secara parsial dimensi gaya manajemen konflik didapat: Gaya kolaborasi (p-value = 0.001), gaya akomodasi (p-value = 0.007), gaya kompromi (p-value = 0.001), dan untuk gaya menghindar (p-value = 0.689), serta gaya kompetisi tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p-value = 0.257) dengan kepuasan kerja. Analisis secara total menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan kerja perawat dengan nilai p-value 0.001 (p<0.05). Untuk itu hendaknya seluruh perawat bersama-sama dapat menerapkan gaya manajemen konflik yang baik dalam menghadapi sebuah situasi dan pihak manajemen rumah sakit dapat memfasilitasi pelatihan/seminar terkait pengaplikasian gaya manajemen konflik agar tercapainya kepuasan dan produktivitas yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a state of balance between the intake of nutrients in food and the body's needs. This nutritional status can be influenced by many factors, one of which is the child's diet. School-age children are one of the groups of children who are vulnerable to nutritional problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of the respondents, and the relationship between children's eating patterns and the nutritional status of school-age children at MI Sa'adatudarain Limo. The method used in this research was quantitative study using Cross Sectional design with a sample of 79 respondents through Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected directly by enumerators (nursing students and classroom teachers, as well as the research team) through the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and anthropometric measurements. This study used univariate analysis to determine the distribution of frequencies and averages, and bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between children's eating patterns and the nutritional status (p-value=0.007) of school-age children at MI Sa'adatudarain Limo. Further research can be done to analyze other factors that can affect nutritional status by using a more complete method, for example the Mixed Method.

Abstract

Kader Kesehatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari banyak dijumpai pada lingkungan Masyarakat sekitar kita terutama di wilayah Rukun Warga sebuah Desa. Sama halnya seperti di Kecamatan Limo Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Kader Kese-hatan bekerja pada waktu-waktu tertentu untuk kegiatan Posyandu pada kelompok Balita atau-pun Posyandu Kelompok Lansia. Kader keseha-tan yang dominan dikuasai ibu-ibu rumah tang-ga dan tidak dilatar belakangi pendidikan formal namun mempunyai kontribusi yang besar di masyarakat. Keberadaan kader kesehatan yang ada di masyarakat kurang diakui eksis-tensi se-bagai tenaga kesehatan professional, dikare-nakan beberapa hal diantaranya: tidak punya wadah sebagai organisasi professional; tidak dapat melanjutkan pengembangan profesio-nalnya. Kondisi ini membuat kader dalam melaksanakan tugasnya kurang profesional, terutama dalam hal melakukan manajemen kader. Maka Tim abdimas melakukan train-ing of trainer (ToT) tentang manajemen kader kepada 25 orang kader kesehatan Kelurahan Grogol Limo. Pembekalan dalam ToT penge-tahuan tentang Manajemen Kader serta kete-rampilan menggunakan Microsoft office. Ha-sil uji t-independent didapat ada perbedaan bermakna pengetahuan kader se-belum dibe-rikan paparan manajemen kader dengan se-sudah diberiakn paparan p value= 0,000. Per-lu adanya latihan berkelanjutan dalam meng-gunakan komputer agar para kader kesehatan terampil dalam membuat laporan-laporan Posyandu.

Abstract

Kuwu Pabean Udik Kecamatan Indramayu merupakan wilayah pesisir pantai di provinsi Jawa Barat. Rata-rata 90% pekerjaan kepala rumah tangga adalah nelayan.  Kondisi peghasilan sebagai nelayan yang tidak menentu   membuat kehidupan keluarga termasuk katagorik miskin dan para   isteri-isteri nelayan  tergantung dari penghasilan yang diberikan para suami. Rata-rata 85% perempuan nelayan berpendidikan SD – SMP dan pekerjaan hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga dengan keterbatasan ekonomi  menjadikan pola kehidupan rumah tangga terkait pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) masih kurang. Aktivitas kehidupan  perempuan nelayan  selain menjadi IRT sebagian ada yang menjadi  kader PKK ataupun Posyandu. Terdapat 28 orang Kader yang dibina oleh Kuwu Pabean Udik. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk mewujudkan status kesehatan warga dapat terpantau dengan baik melalui pemberdayaan dan pengoptimalan peran perempuan nelayan /kader dapat mejadikan keluarganya tangguh sehat mandiri melalui program pusat pemantauan status kesehatan warga pada Warung Pojok Keseahatan BSM (Bersih Sehat Mandiri). Semoga program yang dibina oleh Tim PKM dapat ditindaklanjuti oleh Puskesmas Kecamatan Indramayu dan Kuwu Pabean Udik Kecamatan Indramayu.

Abstract

Adolescents are developing self-maturity, so they should have the correct views to become a person with a positive self-concept. Therefore, this period requires the role of parents. The parental roles include educating, teaching, disciplining, and protecting children to reach adulthood according to social norms. However, adolescents prefer to spend time with their peers, so peers are dominant in influential and modeling aspects of adolescents' sexual behavior with their partners. One of the behaviors compulsorily concerned is human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) prevention behavior. This study aimed to determine the relationship between characteristics, communication quality, parenting, peer roles, and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in adolescents at “Y” Senior High School in North Jakarta. This study employed a cross-sectional research design. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique, and 208 students were obtained from 432 students. Gender, parental communication quality, and peer roles affected HIV/AIDS prevention behavior. The dominant variable was parental communication quality (OR=0.509). After controlling for gender and peer role characteristics, adolescents with strong parental communication quality were 0.51 times more likely to participate in HIV/AIDS-positive preventive activities than those with poor parental communication quality. Adolescents are expected to communicate with their parents, especially about sexual issues, more openly.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Identifikasi pasien digunakan untuk ketepatan pemberian pelayanan, pengobatan dan tindakan atau prosedur kepada pasien, serta bagian dari keselamatan pasien sebagai tolok ukur mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Ketidak patuhan mengidentifikasi pasien berisiko menciderai fisik dan psikis, bahkan berakibat kematian. Tujuan: Penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor penentu kepatuhan perawat mengidentifikasi pasien dalam proses pemberian obat. Metode: Desain penelitian descriptive Colrelation dengan teknis analisis Regresi Linier ganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan Total sampling sebanyak 48 perawat. Hasil: Kelima dimensi dari kepatuhan betidak berkorelasi dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam mengidentifikasi pasien (p value > 0,005), dan hanya 18,9% faktor identifikasi pasien dilakukan oleh perawat dimana nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,189, sisanya 81,9% disebabkan karena hal lain yang perlu digali lebih jauh. Kesimpulan:. tidak dapat ditentukannya faktor penentu yang utama kepatuhan perawat pelaksana karena faktor tersebut, bukanlah faktor penentu utama kepatuhan perawat mengidentifikasi pasien dalam pemberian obat

Abstract

Introduction: Different perceptions in the supervision process, part of the management functions of nurse manager, are at risk and have a bad impact, such as conflicts that will result in lack of motivation, communication barrier, and decreased performance and quality of services in the hospital. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare the perception of the head of the room with the implementing nurse about the role and function of management in the implementation of supervision. Methods: This quantitative study was conducted on a population of 515 nurses, and 81 nurses were used as a sample (71 nurses and 7 room heads) which were selected by accidental sampling. The research tool is in the form of a questionnaire containing management functions in supervision. Data were analyzed using independent t-test. Results: The results of this research did not show a significant difference between charge nurses’ and registered nurses’ perceptions of the management function in supervision, as indicated by the p-value> 0.025 (95% CI), p-value = 0.990 (planning), p-value = 0.957 (organizing), p-value=0.962 (staffing), p-value=0.508 (directing), Conclusion: With actuating aspect that obtained p-value = 0.977 and controlling aspect that obtained p-value = 0.790, the conclusion of this research is there was no significant difference between charge nurses’ and registered nurses’ perceptions of management functions in supervision.

Abstract

Background: Every nurse who works in a hospital will face quite time-consuming and laborious work, especially when the bed occupancy rate (BOR) is 85%, and the work pressure of nurses is high. The effect of work stress manifests as physical fatigue, psychological changes, and behavioral changes. Nurses need to try to prevent work stress from happening for a long time by doing stress management, one of which is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in reducing nurses’ work stress. Methods: The study was conducted on five resident nurses who were trained using Progressive Muscle Relaxation and then used the Nursing Stress Scale to measure stress levels before and after training. The research design was Quasi Experiment with One group pretest and post-test designs; data analysis with paired t-test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant effect of implementing progressive muscle relaxation therapy on reducing nurse work stress (p = 0.024; 95% CI). Conclusion: There is a significant effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on the work stress response of nurses. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy is good to apply to hospital nurses who go through work stress so that stress does not occur which can risk reducing the quality of service to patients.

Abstract

In maintaining and improving the quality of hospital services is determined by the quality of nurse performance. Nurse performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is psychological factors, namely personality between individuals. However, the results of psychological tests based on MBTI personality types with professional nurses are still rarely found. So his study aims to explore the MBTI trend towards professional nurses and determine the MBTI personality type with nurse performance results. The research design was quantitative with analytic descriptive method through comparative approach. Purposive sampling as many as 230 respondents as sampling. Analyzed with the Non Parametric Kruskall Wallis Test, and the results showed a p value of 0.198> 0.05 (Sig 95%) which means there is no significant difference between the MBTI personality type of nurses and the performance of nurses at RSUD Tarakan Jakarta. The results found that there were only 14 personality types and no ENTP and ENFP personality types were found in nurses at RSUD Tarakan. Based on the highest rank is the INTP personality type which increases the average nurse performance of 193.50 and the lowest rank is the INFJ personality type with an average performance of 65.75. This means that the nurse's MBTI personality type with nurse performance there is no real or significant difference between the performance of nurses at RSUD Tarakan Jakarta with 14 personality types, or in other words the results of the performance of nurses at RSUD Tarakan with 14 personality types can be said to be the same on the nurse's MBTI personality type in the inpatient room of RSUD Tarakan Jakarta.

Abstract

Wilayah Indonesia teridiri atas lautan dan daratan dan dua pertiganya merupakan lautan Salah satu daerah pesisir pantai adalah Kuwu Pabean Udik terletak di Indramyu Jawa Barat. dan pekerjaan warga adalah sebagai nelayan, namun penghasilan dari nelayan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga kebutuhan dan kehidupan rumah tangga katagorik miskin. Isteri-isteri nelayan di Pabean Udik 90% sebagian adalah ibu rumah tangga, dan sebagian mereka 28 orang terlibat dalam kegiatan PKK atau Kader Kesehatan Posyandu. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masayarakat untuk memberdayakan perempuan isteri-isteri nelayan dalam memanfaatkan tangkapan nelayan berupa diversifikasi olahan ikan tongkol menjadi abon ikan sehingga bernilai ekonomis serta dapat menambah income bagi keluarga dan dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan keluarga. Metode abdimas dengan cara training of trainers (ToT) dan pendampingan kepada perempuan nelayan terkait diversifikasi Ikan Tongkol menjadi Abon Ikan Tongkol. Kegiatan berlangsung 3 bulan dengan melibatkan 10 mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator pada saat peroses pengabdian kepada masyarakat.Hasil kegiatan produk Abon Ikan Tongkol dengan nilai standar gizi dan sertifikat halal siap diapsarakan. Diharapakan peran Pemda setempat untuk memberikan sumbangan modal agar produk rumah tangga ini bermanfaat bagi warga Kuwu Pabean Udik Indramyu.
