Sustainable employee performance is a critical issue in human resource management in higher education institutions, which face the demands of sustainability, ethics, and work dynamics. This study examines the role of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), ethical leadership, and organizational culture in building long-term performance, with employee engagement as a connecting variable. The study was conducted at a private university in Tangerang Regency, involving 100 respondents (lecturers and educational staff). The method used was a quantitative approach through a structured questionnaire survey, with data analysis using PLS-SEM to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results indicate that Green HRM, ethical leadership, and organizational culture significantly influence sustainable employee performance. Employee engagement proved to be a key mechanism strengthening this relationship. The implementation of environmentally friendly practices, ethical leadership, and a strong organizational culture can increase employee commitment and engagement, resulting in consistent and long-term performance. These findings reinforce the importance of a sustainability approach in HR management and provide empirical evidence for developing organizational strategies in the higher education sector. Keywords : Employee Engagement, Employee Performance, Ethical Leadership, Green HRM, Organizational Culture.
