Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in instilling the values ​​of religious tolerance and to assess their effectiveness in students at Makassar City's National Elementary School. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PAI teachers' strategies in instilling the values ​​of religious tolerance include integrating tolerance values ​​into learning materials, providing role models, cultivating tolerance in daily life, and utilizing active learning methods such as discussions and group work. These strategies have proven effective in instilling the values ​​of religious tolerance in students, demonstrated through mutual respect, appreciating differences, and creating harmonious interactions within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing multiplication board learning media and test its effectiveness in improving mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 98 Sailong, Bone Regency. This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in multiplication material, so that learning innovations are needed that can help students understand the concept of multiplication easily. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with the Kemmis and McTaggart model which was carried out in two cycles with 8 subjects. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The study was carried out through the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, learning completeness was 25% (average 40). increased to 50% (average 63.75) in cycle I, and reached 100% (average 93.75) in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of multiplication board media is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 98 Sailong, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran media audio visual terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penggunaannya pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas IV di MI Al Mubarak Jampalenna Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala madrasah, pendidik, dan peserta didik kelas IV dengan teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media audio visual memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan minat, perhatian, serta keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Media audio visual juga membantu lebih mudah memahami materi secara konkret dan menarik. Adapun faktor pendukung meliputi peran pendidik, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, antusiasme peserta didik, serta lingkungan yang kondusif. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat antara lain keterbatasan fasilitas, kendala teknis, serta keterbatasan waktu dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the morals of fifth-grade students at Rato Elementary School, Lambu District, Bima Regency, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and fifth-grade students. The results showed that the teachers' strategies in shaping the morals of students were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, and supervision. Supporting factors included teacher role models, school support, and religious facilities and activities. Inhibiting factors included limited learning time, environmental and social influences, and lack of parental supervision. It was concluded that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers play an important role in shaping the morals of students and need to be supported by cooperation between teachers, schools, and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the Indonesian language teacher to address vocabulary reading difficulties among second-grade students at SDN Routa, Konawe Regency, and to identify the factors hindering this process. The study employs a qualitative approach and is classified as field research. The research subjects consist of the Indonesian language teacher and second-grade students. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the teacher implements two primary strategies: the "word wall" strategy and a motivational strategy. The word wall strategy assists students in recognizing vocabulary, whereas the motivational strategy boosts their self-confidence and interest in reading. Hindering factors include low reading interest, limited instructional media, disparities in student abilities, and a lack of parental support. With appropriate strategies and collaboration among teachers, the school, and parents, students' vocabulary reading difficulties can be overcome.
