The development of sharia hotels is considered as a support for tourism that is not only commercially oriented but always upholds the noble values of religion and customs of a nation. This study is a quantitative study that aims to test the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The sample in this study was carried out by simple random sampling. The research data was obtained by spreading questionnaires to sharia hotel customers. The collected data were analyzed by path analysis assisted by the Smart PLS application. Smart PLS analysis in this study was carried out in 2 stages, namely outer model and inner model analysis. Inner model analysis for 1) testing the validity and reliability of the instrument and 2) conducting an r square test to determine the percentage of influence. The inner model analysis is carried out to test hypotheses. Based on the test results, it is known that all instruments are declared valid and flexible. Hotel Interior, Hotel Customer Process, and Hotel Design affect customer satisfaction by 94.0%, while Hotel Customer Process and Hotel Design affect customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects repurchase intention by 96.1%. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Hotel Customer Process, Hotel interior, and hotel design affect the company's satisfaction, and customer satisfaction can partially mediate the relationship between the hotel customer process, hotel interior, and hotel design to repurchase intention. Upcoming research is expected to add other variables because there are still many factors that affect consumer satisfaction and repurchase intentions of Islamic hotel customers. The reach for research on Islamic hotels can expand and expand widely.

The Covid-19 pandemic is strengthening the power of digital disruption. Over the decades, there has been a lot of research focusing on the factors affecting performance of new product development (NPD). However, there are gaps and conflicting results regarding factors affecting new product development performance. This study aims to determine the effect of network externalities and company's strategic orientation mediated by dynamic marketing capability and network capability in Indonesia. Data collection is carried out by simple random sampling, with the population of operational and managerial levels engaged in new product development processes in various firms. 61 Respondents mostly come from Electronic and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, as for the year of work are equally distributed from 2 to above 10 years. The data obtained is processed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method. This method allows us getting measurement and structural model where we test the t-value of each relationship. The result shows a new perspective on Dynamic Marketing Capability and Network Capability. It also shows the need for balancing dimensions of Strategic Orientation. Lastly, Network Externalities is proven to influence the performance of New Product Development.

The COVID-19 outbreak that occurred at the end of 2019 in China and then entered Indonesia in March 2020 has given a lot of impacts on various industries, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that focus in food and beverage such as restaurants, cafés and others. Many studies confirmed that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has a positive relationship with firm performance and that relationship’s dependence on several contingencies. The purpose of this study is to investigate that the positive emotional, cognitive and behavioral resources of organizational members jointly manifest as a higher-level resource (i.e. productive organizational energy) that increase the absorptive capacity (ACAP) of the organization which moderate the relationship between EO and firm performance in turbulent situation. Regarding the objectives of this model, this research will empirically validate using survey data from 50 cafés in Jakarta which selected using stratified random sampling method. Data will be analyze using partial-least-square, structural- equation model of (PLS-SEM). Our study provides useful information that could inform SMEs like cafés in Jakarta that in turbulent situation, organizational energy is needed to increases the absorptive capacity which positively moderates the relationship between EO and firm performance. Keywords: Firm performance, Entrepreneurial orientation, Absorptive capacity, Market turbulence, and Organizational energy

Several researches concluded roles of training including increasing the efficiency and compatibility of staff with the environment and consequently, improving service quality. Create job satisfaction and reduce conflict and disobedience, reduce absenteeism rates, other unnecessary costs and accidents, help improve individual performance and organizational effectiveness, develop talent, improve staff morale, facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. In the new normal conditions triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic which has occurred for more than 1 year in Indonesia, this also has an impact on training and learning activities so that the company transfers all training activities that are normally done face-to-face in class, replaced with digital and online training. This research is designed to see the relationship between the dimensions of online training participant satisfaction with online training referrals by participant to recommend the training to other employees to get online training business opportunities. This research was conducted through two methods in stages. The first one uses the exploratory method and continues by using the descriptive method. As the result of this research there is a significant relationship between the Online Training Dimension and Participant Training Satisfaction and Referral Training optimized to get greater opportunities to answer online training needs for companies, especially during the pandemic. This study has limitations, namely, research is only carried out under the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, and research is carried out on a population of online training participants who attend training with a typical method.

The Covid-19 outbreak has resulted in changes and uncertainties in a dynamic business environment, which is indicated as Environmental Turbulence. The situation has an impact on the current performance of SMEs, including in the Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia, where the startup population reaches more than 300 businesses. The purpose of this study is to investigate the indirect impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) as an antecedent and also the direct impact of Market Orientation (MO) and Digital Platform Capability (DPC) moderated by Environmental Turbulence on Firm survival which is one type of performance. No performance can be expected in this situation except for survival. Previous researches have shown that EO and MO can have a significant impact on performance in SMEs’ context. We try to combine EO and MO with DPC as one strategy that also enables Startup to survive in environmental turbulence. Regarding the objectives and research model, this research is a conceptual paper which the researcher will be proposing and will empirically validate the survey data for 120 Digital Startup in the Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia with the SEM PLS method. This research is trying to give the literature contribution on how to digital startup can survive in environmental turbulence by analyzing the influence of EO, MO, and DPC on firm survival. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation, Digital Platform Capability, Firm Survival, Environmental Turbulence.
