Abstract

Kampung Klabot merupakan daerah terletak di Distrik Klabot Kabupaten Sorong yang mempunyai potensi Sumber Daya Manusia cukup besar. Namun, Peningkatan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia sebagai salah satu kunci keberhasilan pembangunan di Kampung Klabot masih menjadi hambatan kemajuan kelompok masyarakat terutama kalangan perempuan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini difokuskan pada (a) Pemanfaatan waktu kosong para ibu rumah tangga kampung klabot disamping tugas utamanya sebagai pengurus Rumah Tangga; (b) Peningkatan kemampuan para ibu rumah tangga kampung klabot sehingga dapat bernilai jual guna mendukung ekonomi keluarga; (c) menjadikan ibu rumah tangga kampung klabot mandiri dalam berwirausaha melalui menjahit. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta merasa puas dengan adanya pelatihan, indeks Kepuasan peserta paling tinggi berkaitan dengan kejelasan materi dan kesesuaian materi dengan tujuan pelatihan. Hampir seluruh peserta memberikan skor kepuasan antara tiga dan empat. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan menjahit sangat diterima baik oleh para peserta pelatihan masyarakat kampung Klabot.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Capability on organizational performance. The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS 2.0M3) to analyze 100 SMEs in Sorong City. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Entrepreneurial Orientation on the performance of SMEs with a T-statistic value of 6.087 which is greater than T-table 1.660 at a significance level of 5% (0.05), Innovation Capability shows a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs with a T value -Statistic 3.471 is greater than T-table 1.660 at a significant level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher the entrepreneurial orientation and the innovation capability that is built, the higher the performance of SMEs in Sorong City

Abstract

The decline in soil quality in producing plants as a result of excessive fertilization, especially on inorganic fertilizers, has occurred on many lands in Indonesia. One of the things that happened was in Aimas Village, Sorong Regency, where farmers' land experienced a decrease in quality both in terms of chemical and physical properties. This happens because of the impact of the continuous use of chemical fertilizers over a long period of time which affects the decline in soil quality. Through extension activities and training on organic fertilizers, farmers can provide insight and skills on the benefits of organic fertilizers in improving soil properties, both physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. The method used in this activity is a method or approach in transferring knowledge (counseling), practice of learning and doing (learning by doing/demonstration). From the results of this service activity, it was found that there was a change in farmers' knowledge of organic fertilizers which have an important role for land sustainability. The increase in knowledge changes to organic fertilizers is 80% and the adoption rate in the manufacture of organic fertilizers is 75%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kinerja pegawai di Distrik Salawati Kabupaten Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan Teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis 44 Pegawai. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan antara Konsep diri terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Nilai T-statistik lebih besar dari T-tabel (T-statistik 3.909T-tabel 1.680) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (0.05). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsep diri maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawa di Distrik Salawati Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat

Abstract

Perkembangan perwakafan di Indonesia saat ini menjadi masalah, seperti pemahaman masyarakat tentang hukum wakaf, pengelolaan dan manajemen wakaf, serta benda yang diwakafkan. Adapun pengelola wakaf adalah Nazir. Dalam Pasal 9 UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf juga menyatakan bahwa nazir juga dari perseorangan, organisasi atau badan hukum. Nazir dalam melakukan tugasnya berkewajiban mengurus dan bertanggungjawab atas kekayaan wakaf serta hasilnya dan pelaksanaan perwakafan sesuai dengan tujuan peruntukannya. Kota Sorong, Papua Barat juga mempunyai benda wakaf yang produktif. Dalam hal ini bergerak di Lembaga Pendidikan formal dan NonFormal yaitu Yayasan Cahaya Islam Papua, yang tujuan didirikannya bergerak dalam Pendidikan, Dakwah, Sosial dan Kemanusiaan. Dalam terlaksana tujuan, perlu adanya pengelola yang efektif agar wakafdikatakan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas peran nazir dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan wakaf produktif dan faktor penghambat kefektivitasannya dalam melaksanakan program-program di Yayasan Cahaya Islam Papua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Nazir dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan wakaf produktif di Yayasan Cahaya Islam Papua berjalan efektif dengan upaya pengelola yaitu pengembangan dalam bidang pendidikan formal dan non formal. Adapun faktor penghambat ialah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai wakaf dan belum ada kebijakan bantuan dari pemerintah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on organizational performance at the Religious Office of District X West Papua. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 63 employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Knowledge Sharing on organizational performance with a Tstatistic value greater than Ttable (Tstatistic 3.193 > Ttable 1.98) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher the Knowledge Sharing owned by the organization, it will further improve the performance of the Organization at the Religious Office of District X West Papua

Abstract

Konsep merdeka belajar sebagai konsep baru kurikulum yang menekankan kepada siswa dengan mengembangkan minat dan bakat serta kemandirian sehingga bisa meningkatkan kualitas siswa. Upaya peningkatan tersebut harus dibarengi dengan peningkatkan tenaga pendidik atau guru, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan teknologi hidroponik bagi guru-guru akan memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki guru yang dapat disalurkan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa sebagai dasar dalam mengembangkan ilmu dan teknologi. adanya peningkatakan pengetahuan yang dilakukan melalui pretest dan post test tentang teknologi hiroponik pada guru-guru SMA Al-Amin Muhamamdiyah Kota Sorong yang mencakup tingkat pengetahuan pada tahap pembibitan, larutan nutrisi, penanaman, perawatan atau pemeliharaan, pengendalian hama dan penyakit serta panen. Diharapkan agar dilakukan pendampingan untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan ketrampilan pada berbagai jenis tanaman yang dapat dibudidayakan pada media hidroponik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Inclusive Leadership on the performance of employees at the Sorong district Religious Office. This research uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to analyze 91 employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Inclusive Leadership on employee performance with a Tstatistic value greater than Ttable (Tstatistic 19.711 > Ttable 1.96) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher the Inclusive Leadership, the higher the performance of employees at the Religious Office of Sorong district, West Papua

Abstract

Indonesia, with various ethnic groups, has a wide area and diverse cultural diversity. With this wealth, the ownership of the territory or land of each ethnic group has different customary provisions. Along with the progress of time and an increase in population, it has caused many problems in customary land ownership. The Moi tribe in Klablin sub-district, Kota Sorong, has customary land ownership rights, but often experience disputes over their ownership. Therefore it is very necessary to socialize the law on customary land ownership for the Malamoi people in Klablim Village. This activity is carried out with the stages of observation, preparation and implementation of activities carried out with a lecture system and question and answer discussion. The results of this activity indicate that the problem with customary land ownership rights in Klablin Village by the Moi tribe does not have knowledge of ownership because it is owned by several clans, doubling or duplicating customary waiver letters, there is a sale above sale status and there is no registration of customary land in the eyes of government law . Settlement of customary land issues can be resolved by registering customary land ownership rights according to law and government regulations.

Abstract

The effectiveness of Leadership Development Programs (LDP) in a variety of organizational contexts, including industry, organizational size, and organizational culture, has been the focus of significant research. This research aims to explore variations in the effectiveness of LDP in these various contexts. Findings indicate that LDP effectiveness varies significantly between industries, depending on the unique leadership needs in each sector. Additionally, organizational size also influences the effectiveness of LDP, with small organizations tending to benefit from a more direct and responsive LDP process, while large organizations require a more structured program to address the complexity of their structure. Organizational culture is also an important factor influencing LDP effectiveness, with underlying values, norms, and assumptions influencing the design and implementation of the program. The implication of these findings is the importance of a flexible and tailored approach to different organizational contexts in designing and implementing LDPs. However, this study has certain limitations, such as limited data and focus on a specific context, that need to be taken into account in the interpretation of the findings. Future studies are recommended to further explore the influence of different leadership needs across industries, sizes, and organizational cultures on LDP effectiveness, as well as explore more innovative and inclusive leadership development strategies to meet the demands of increasingly complex and diverse work environments.
