Abstract

Tanaman sagu sebagai penghasil pati telah menjadi sumber makanan pokok bagi masyarakat asli Papua dan memiliki populasi yang tinggi sehingga menjadi potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber pangan alternatif di masa depan, sehingga perlu dijaga kelestariannya. Permasalah yang ada adalah rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat papua dalam budidaya tanaman sagu, sehingga perlu dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman sagu bagi suku Moi di Kampung Jeflio. Melalui kegiatan diseminasi budidaya tanaman sagu pada masyarakat Jeflio diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan budidaya tanaman sagu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi masalah, proses pembibitan, dan penanaman di lapangan serta evaluasi hasil penanaman dengan melihat tingkat keberhasilan pertumbuhan tanaman sagu. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan penanaman dan pertumbuhan bibit tanaman sagu di lapangan mecapai keberhasilan yang tinggi, yaitu 97 % dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan juga sangat tinggi dari adanya keikutsertaan hingga kegiatan pemeliharaan di lapangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Normative Commitment on employee performance, the influence of Normative Commitment on self-efficacy, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, and the role of self-efficacy in mediating the influence of normative commitment on employee performance. This research uses SEM-PLS to analyze 95 employees in the private sector service area of Sorong City. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Normative Commitment on employee performance, a positive and significant influence between normative commitment and self-efficacy, a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee performance, the relationship between normative commitment and employee performance has a full mediating effect between the variables mentioned. checked. This research provides evidence that self-efficacy is the main factor that plays a mediating role in this research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh good corporate governance yang diproksikan pada kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan asing, kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan ROA terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor kemasan dan plastik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampelnya. Dalam pengujiannya menggunakan SPSS Versi 26 dengan metode regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian ini kepemilikan institusional dan kinerja keuangan yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan untuk kepemilikan asing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Land quality determines and influences agricultural production, but long-term use of chemical fertilizers has degraded land quality. The use of organic fertilizers is a way out to improve soil fertility. Research with bokhasi organic fertilizer treatment of cow dung aims to see how much influence it has on changes in soil chemical properties. Sampling and soil analysis were carried out on soils treated with bokhasi cow dung organic fertilizer at doses of: no treatment (B0), 2 kg/plot (B1), 4 kg/plot (B2), 6 kg/plot (B3) and 8 kg/plot (B4). Soil samples were taken from each treatment and then analyzed based on soil chemical indicators, namely pH, C-Organic, N-Total, P-Total and available, K2O, basic cations, Cation Exchange Capacity and Base Saturation. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizers had no effect on changing the criteria for soil chemical properties for all treatments, namely pH was acidic, C-Organic and Total N had Low status, total P and available P had very high status, K2O had moderate status, Ca2+ moderate status, Mg2+ with high status, K+ and Na+ with low status, cation exchange capacity with medium status and Base Saturation with medium status. Correlation test on the application of organic fertilizer bokasi cow dung gave a positive relationship to pH, C-Organic, N-Total, Cation Exchange Capacity and Base Saturation, meaning that each increase in dose had a significant effect on changes and improvements in soil chemical properties, but available P gave negative relationship.

Abstract

Pemilihan Umum Serentak di Indonesia telah menjadi fenomena signifikan dalam perkembangan sistem demokrasi pasca-reformasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implikasi sistem pemilihan umum serentak terhadap stabilitas politik, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kualitas demokrasi di Indonesia guna memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang dampak positif sistem ini. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode review literatur dengan pendekatan survei kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengambil kebijakan, akademisi, dan masyarakat dalam upaya memperkuat sistem demokrasi Indonesia dan memberikan kontribusi pada pemikiran global mengenai model pemilihan umum serentak dalam konteks demokrasi yang berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Empowering Leadership on the performance Employees of District X Maybrat Regency. The study used Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 45 employees. The results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Empowering Leadership on employee performance with a value TStatistic greater than Tsabel (Tstatistic 31,692 lebih dari 1,679 Ttabel) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher Empowering Leadership that the organization has, the more it will improve the performance of Employees in District X Maybrat regency of West Papua

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment among PPPK lecturers at Sembilanbelas November University, Kolaka. (2) The influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment among PPPK lecturers at Sembilanbelas November University, Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used interviews, literature studies, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all PPPK employees at Sembilanbelas November University, Kolaka, while the sample for this study was 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Organizational Justice variables as shown by the P-Value of 0.021. Meanwhile, the variable Perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment as indicated by the P-Value value of 0.000

Abstract

The impact of the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has had an impact on the decline in soil fertility. while on the other hand the need for food continues to increase along with the increase in population. Conservation farming efforts with the use of organic fertilizers are a solution to increase soil fertility and quality. Approach efforts to change farmers' mindsets to use organic fertilizers need to be carried out by carrying out counseling, training, mentoring and creating sample plots for plant cultivation. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge by 72% after participating in the dissemination program, as shown through pre-test and post-test evaluations. In addition, farmers began to adopt the use of organic fertilizers on their agricultural land, resulting in increased crop productivity and improved soil quality. This success reinforces the importance of organic fertilizer technology as a solution in maintaining environmental sustainability and supporting farmer independence in the area. With significant results, this approach is recommended to be replicated in other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing and increasingly complex environment, the sustainable and contextual tasks of lecturers are important issues. Thus, this cross-sectional study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in higher education. Data were collected from 48 Lecturers at Nani Bili Nusantara University – Indonesia. Partial least square (PLS) was applied to analyze the proposed hypotheses. Our analysis results reveal that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Our results offer theoretical and practical implications for the development of the concepts of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship in higher education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi intrinksik di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Sorong, 2). Mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim terhadap motivasi intrinksik di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Sorong. Objek Penelitiakn adalah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Sorong. Jumlah Responden penelitian ini adalah 60 Pegawai dengan menggunakan Teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat Pengaruh Positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan KerjaSama Tim terhadap Motivasi Intrinsik. Penelitian ini membuktikan gaya kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningatan Motivasi Intrinsik, maka perlu lebih dikembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih baik, yaitu kepemimpinan yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap bawahan di dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.
