The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the guidance and counseling program to improve mindful self-care in the welfare of students in senior high schools.The method used is quantitative research by analyzing and comparing the scale of self-care and adaptation of students with self-care awareness by using instruments to find out about this, as well as the library research method, namely analyzing previous research by proving that the development of counseling guidance programs is to increase mindfulness self-care in high school students is known by the results obtained by measuring using diagrams and table scales. The design used in this study was a survey research design, high school level student population, a sample of 32 people, questionnaire data collection instruments and a multilevel scale, descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of research from the field can be said that the positive behavior of students greatly influences their physical and spiritual health. For the entire population, the mean frequency is 3.44. A summary of the total average for each subscale is displayed graphically, namely to understand the extent to which participants are involved in activities and see which activities they like. Students vary in their feelings about the effectiveness of their personal self-care practices, and they actively seek ways to enhance these skills. Students also want to improve their self-care practices because they feel self-care plays an important role in OT. To help students achieve these goals, PL programs can support students' knowledge and self-care practices in a number of ways. Supporting students in developing health-promoting self-care practices can enhance their well-being and enhance their professional practice, ultimately improving the lives of the clients they serve.

This study aims to develop a guidance and counseling program to improve the academic intelligence of class X MAN Purwakarta students. This is based on initial findings on the results of a need assessment using the grit scale instrument which shows that the academic grit aspect is still low, where students who have low academic grit tend to disrupt the development of learning in class. Methods This study used a quasi-experimental research design approach with one group pretest - posttest supplemented by descriptive analysis. The research subjects were students of class X Man Purwakarta. Data collection was carried out using pretest and posttest, observation, and student worksheets. The data collection technique used is simple random sampling using the grit instrument. Based on the Quasi Experiment One Group Pretest – Posttest research, the initial pretest results found a score of 47.5, a change from the pre-test score to the post-test score, where for the experimental class the average increased by 32.2 while for the control class it increased by 79.629. This shows that there are differences in treatment between the experimental class and the control class. This proved to be effective because it showed that most of the students had tough characteristics such as those aimed at students with high grit so that they could be said to have achieved as much as possible.

Pandemi yang melanda dunia telah mengejutkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, termasuk Indonesia sendiri. Setiap negara perlu lebih kreatif dan aktif dalam kehidupan sosial, pendidikan, bisnis, komunikasi, informasi, dll. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis evolusi pembinaan dan konsultasi manajemen di era pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem literatur review (SLR). Sumber literatur didapat dari database Google Scholar. Temuan penelitian ini antara lain: Perkembangan pendidikan di bidang konseling dan pendampingan sudah mulai berkembang dengan penerapan konseling online (konseling berbasis dunia maya). Kelebihan dari Cyber counseling adalah pengoperasian website sangat mudah dan sederhana, tidak perlu registrasi untuk melakukan video call, dapat digunakan untuk video call ke luar negeri (tidak dibatasi jarak), kualitas suara yang bagus dan video visual, Anda dapat merekam serta proses konsultasi dan melewati email yang dikirim secara otomatis. Kekurangannya memerlukan keahlian khusus untuk melakukan analisis data, membutuhkan koneksi internet yang baik, dan membutuhkan perhatian orang tua

Penulisan artikel bertujuan untuk menyajikan pentingnya perilaku disiplin dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kepustakaan dengan pengumpulan information melalui telaah dan/atau eksplorasi beberapa jurnal, buku, serta sumber-sumber information yang terkait dengan artikel. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, disiplin penting untuk peserta didik membangun karakter positif. Pembangunan karakter sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yaitu kepribadian yang bertanggung jawab. Pelanggaran perilaku disiplin peserta didik bisanya dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, baik faktor eksternal maupun faktor internal peserta didik. Peserta didik biasanya akan merasa bersalah setelah mendapatkan sanksi dari pihak sekolah dan akan menjadi catatan pelanggaran bagi peserta didik tersebut dan akan berdampak pada pembelajaran.

Perkembangan teknologi di era sekarang ini menjadi salah satu faktor berkembangnya kehidupan. Seperti halnya sekarang ini ketika pandemi melanda dunia, teknologi menjadi nyawa bagi kehidupan manusia baik di bidang pendidikan, usaha, perdagangan, bisnis dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana perkembangan teknologi pada era pandemi ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem literatur review (SLR). Sumber literatur didapat dari database Google Scholar dalam jurnal di Indonesia. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: teknologi dapat membantu keberlangsungan kehidupan manusia di era sekarang ini yaitu era pandemi dengan memaksimalkan media sosial di segala aspek baik pendidikan, perdagangan, usaha, bisnis mapun yang lain-lain. Namun masih ada kekurangannya yaitu keterbatasan jaringan yang ada di masing-masing daerah sehingga tidak media sosial tidak dapat berfungsi. Dari segi bidang usaha baik itu pedagang ataupun yang lain media sosial sangat membantu sekali pada zaman sekarang ini, banyak media yang dapat digunakan untuk untuk menunjang keberhasilan usaha mereka. Namun ada beberapa kekurangananya yaitu kekurangan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengefesienkan fungsi media sosial sehingga tidak dapat menggunakan menggunakan media sosial dengan sebaik-baik mungkin.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan adaptasi dan validasi konstruk Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) ke dalam bahasa Indonesia untuk SMA. Peneliti melakukan analisis konfirmasi (CFA), dan mengetahui apakah skala adaptasi Career Adapt-Abilities Scale dapat diterapkan di Indonesia pada tingkat SMA/SMK/MA. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan convenience sampling sebanyak 1345 siswa se-DKI Jakarta tingkat SMA/SMK/MA dengan rentang usia berkisar 16-18 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi yang bernama Career Adapt-Abilities Scale versi Bahasa Indonesia (CAAS-Indonesia) Analisis data menggunakan Structur Equational Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis CAAS dengan menggunakan SEM menghasilkan nilai sub-dimensi concern .53, control .26, curiosity .39, confidence . 49 menghasilkan GFI sebesar 0.938 yang berarti sangat layak, AGFI sebesar 0.924 berarti sangat layak, RMSEA sebesar 0.049 yang berarti sangat layak, RMSR sebesar 0.025 yang berarti sangat layak. 3). Skala Adaptasi berbahasa Indonesia dapat digunakan pada tingkat SMA/SMK/MA. Skala CAAS berbahasa Indonesia ini dapat menjadi alternatif dalam konstuksi karier di sekolah.

Decision making by adolescents is an important part of overcoming aggressive behavior. Decision making is reflected in self-determination, because self-determination is more about a person's capacity to choose and determine an action to be achieved. Individuals or adolescents have low self-determination, these individuals or adolescents will easily carry out deviant actions or behaviors, one of which is aggressive behavior. Prevention of aggressiveness through efforts to increase self-determination can be done through the implementation of guidance and counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers/counselors. Therefore, coaching guidance and counseling is needed in increasing selfdetermination. This study aims to: (1) describe increasing self-determination, (2) develop and produce valid, practical and effective PSM BK program guidelines in increasing self-determination that are appropriate for use by counseling teachers/counselors. The research method used is development research by following the development steps of the Borg and Gall model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of the research trial consisted of 3 experts to test the feasibility of the guidance display, 3 experts to test the feasibility of the guidance material and 4 counseling teachers/counselors to test the use of the guidelines. The instrument used was the self-determination scale. The research data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and nonparametric statistics. The results of the study show that: (1) the Guidance and Counseling Program is very effective in increasing self-determination, (2) the PSM BK program for increasing self-determination is considered appropriate and very appropriate content. In appearance, the level of use of the guideline is in the very good category and the level of effectiveness of the guideline has increased before and after being given guidance. The PSM BK program in increasing independence can be used as a medium by guidance and counseling teachers/counselors at schools. Thus the guidance and counseling guidance prototype in increasing selfdetermination can be used by guidance and counseling teachers/counselors to help students increase self-determination. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the counseling program has proven effective in increasing self-determination.

Kemampuan kontrol diri pada remaja berperan penting dalam membantu remaja menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan masalah yang muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam pendidikan. Bagi peserta didik, pengendalian diri terhadap peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah sangat diperlukan, agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian bagi peserta didik maupun sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil tingkat kontrol diri peserta didik kelas X di SMAIT Tunas Bangsa Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan instrumen Brief Self control Scale (BSCS). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peserta didik mayoritas berada pada kontrol diri kategori sedang sebesar 83,3%. Implikasi terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah yakni dengan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dan konseling kelompok yang berfokus terhadap peningkatan kontrol diri peserta didik.

This study aims to make it easier for counseling teachers to describe a model of online counseling services. BK teachers are required to be able to provide good and best service through the guidance and counseling process. Developments in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be utilized in cyber counseling and handling various services, currently almost all students have cellphones which on average can be used to build systems by optimizing cyber counseling applications based on Android (whatsapp) to improve psychological well-being of elementary school students. The development of communication in the era of digital technology helps provide counseling services more broadly. In the digital era, counseling is not only in the form of face-to-face meetings, but it can be done using the internet network with several applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and various other types of applications. This counseling model is also called cyber counseling. This research method is a descriptive method, which aims to obtain an overview of the object of research. Retrieval of data by giving questionnaires to students about student responses to the application of online counseling which consists of two choices (yes / no). To determine the results of student responses to the implementation of online counseling, statistical analysis using presentation techniques was used. The effectiveness of this counseling is measured from student responses which are proven that students feel comfortable, relieved, easy to use the application, helped to solve the problems they face, and Back motivated to continue to achieve goals. Therefore, the cyber counseling-chat application based on Android (whatsapp) to improve students' psychological well-being should be used as a model for counseling services for elementary school students in the digital era effectively.

This study explores the career interests of deaf students at SMALB Pangudi Luhur using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research population consists of students from SMALB Pangudi Luhur, with a sample of 30 tenth-grade students. Data were collected using the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) instrument, which identifies career interest types based on John Holland's theory of vocational choice. The results indicate that deaf students have varied career interests, yet most lack clear career planning. The developed career guidance program aims to help students recognize their talents, interests, abilities, and the courage to make appropriate career choices. This program, formulated based on SII assessments, includes basic services, individual interest and planning, responsive services, and system support. Through an inclusive approach involving all stakeholders, the program strives to ensure that every student has access to explore their full potential in life. This study underscores the importance of targeted and focused career guidance to support the development and well-being of deaf children, enabling them to achieve success in education and their careers.
