Abstract

To support the production activities to maintain a good production activity, the company should concern on the operators’ health and productivity by providing proper working condition and tools considering the ergonomics aspects. This observation was conducted for operators in handling Bobbin Film Pack materials manually in cigarette company. The problem solving is analyzed by assessment of REBA, RWL, and CTDs. After analyzing the current working posture and lifting method from all of the chosen operators, the root causes were found. The result shows the bad working conditions which are the incorrect working methods and tools. The proposed improvements are used to provide better working condition, which are the new design of materials pallet that suitable with the ergonomics aspects.

Abstract

This study tried to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the weights of the criteria and sub-criteria to find the best supplier. According to QCDFR (quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness). This study took place in one of the biggest tile producers, ranks fifth in the world and the first in Indonesia. However, the company currently only uses quality, cost, and delivery methods to choose the best supplier of raw material, namely feldspar. This research tries to use the systematic method to find the best supplier based on the importance of the criteria. The method used the quantitative approach to enumerate the data to analyze the information.  The company analyzed six suppliers. The primary tool used in this research is a Super Decision Software version 3.2 to create and manage the AHP model, enter the judgments, get results, and perform sensitivity analysis on the results. The result found that Semarang is the best supplier. The company will choose Semarang to become the company's business partner compared to the other suppliers because Semarang has met the criteria that the company prioritizes the most. By having the best supplier selection, the company can provide the right material consistency and suitable material suitability.

Abstract

PT. YMI is one of the automotive manufacturers for two-wheeled vehicles. As a part of the Astra Group, the company strives to become a "Green Company" through the AGC (Astra Green Company) program. One of its assessments is a 30% wastewater recycle program per month which aims to save or use clean water efficiently. The technology used for purification of effluent water from waste water treatment is by Reverse Osmosis technology with initial treatment by using Cation Resin, Activated Carbon and Micro-filtration process. The membrane used for this Reverse Osmosis system is the Filmtec 30-4040 TW / BW. The result of the application of Reverse Osmosis technology to clean water usage in PT. YMI is 34.99% which this success can be achieved due to the recycling of effluent water contributing 100%. In addition, there are also benefits obtained from the absence of effluent water into the industrial estate. Income fee earned amounted to Rp 23,591,675, - / month. For expenses (electricity usage, spare part and overtime) Rp 11.470.172, - / month so the profit earned is Rp 12.121.503, - / month. Payback Period for this R.O. system will be achieved for 24 months or 2 years.

Abstract

Using qualitative interviews to understand the mindset of family business leaders in succession, this Supply Chain Management is important in industry. Vendor is the key component in the supply chain flow. A company abbreviated as UTPE is one of the biggest manufacturing companies in Indonesia that produces heavy equipment. The main materials are plates and spare parts that have been supplied by eight vendors. The current system of vendor selection is based on tardiness of delivery time, but every vendor has different frequency of delivery so that it cannot be compared. Therefore, the appropriate criteria and sub criteria are required to create a new system of vendor selection. The criteria and sub criteria are determined based on the previous research and interview with an expert in the company. There are 5 criteria and 17 sub criteria that are approriate for vendor selection. ANP is the development of Analytical Heuristic Process (AHP) by considering dependency between elements of hierarchy. By using ANP, the interdependency between criteria, sub criteria and their weight can be defined. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and questionnaire. Sub criteria long term relationship has the highest weight and vendor abbreviated as GH is the best vendor with score 3.057 of 5.

Abstract

Objectives of the research are to understand the influence of Branding Positioning, Value Delivery and Marketing Communication on Successful Business Long Term Growth. Quantitative approach using survey method is used in studying 30 SME business organizations in Bandung. Structural equation modelling based on covariance is used to analyse data. Results of the study are as follows: 1) Branding Positioning, Value Delivery and Marketing Communication affect significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth simultaneously; 2) Branding Positioning affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially; 3) Value Delivery affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially; 4) Marketing Communication affects significantly on Successful Business Long Term Growth partially. Thus, business long term growth is important for the business organizations in order to gain competitive advantage and profit.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the application of e-business and organisational support to work ethics in realising Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). GHRM is a program that helps create a friendly workforce that respects the culture in an organisation, and one of the factors is that work ethics influences it. The research method used is quantitative, with the analytical technique being structural equation modelling analysis via SmartPLS 3.0. The research sample was 282 academic community members at universities in the Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka and Kuningan areas, with the sampling technique carried out using cluster proportional random sampling. The reseach of this study found that organizational support in this study had the lowest influence in moving towards GHRM. This research provides recommendations for improving the internal organization, especially in improving the culture of collaboration, coordination and cooperation, is vital in improving Green Human Resource Management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pembinaan UMKM untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran digital UMKM di Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT).  Dalam era digital saat ini, pemasaran menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM).  Banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih mengalami kesulitasn dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan wawancara dan survey dengan melibatkan pengelola PLUT, konsultan UMKM, dan pelaku dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai akses yang lebih mudah terhadap informmasi dan layanan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendokumentasian dan pelaporan pembinaan UMKM.  Sistem informasi ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi interaksi antara pelaku UMKM dan konsultan, serta menyediakan platform untuk berbagi informasi dan sumber daya terkait pemasaran digital.  Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini maka pelaku UMKM dapat lebih mudah mengakses pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran digital UMKM yang terlibat dalam program pembinaan dalam peningkatan akses pasar dan penjualan yang lebih baik.  Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pembinaan UMKM di PLUT dapat menjadi Langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di era digital

Abstract

This study interprets the importance of critical thinking and concern for the triggers of fraudulent behavior and financial fraud. The purpose of the study is expanded by explaining the application of fraud management as corporate governance to prevent fraud, and the involvement of forensic accounting practices is necessary. This study, a systematic literature review (SLR) by adopting part of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method, to identify, and construct a fraud management and forensic accounting model. The findings, fraudulent behavior occurs because there is a triggering factor, and someone has difficulty ignoring it. Psychologically it has taken root and rationalized the truth of fraud on the basis of pressure, opportunity supported by capability, such as triggers for fraudulent behavior in the fraud triangle model and the diamond fraud model. Synthesis of findings, it is important for internal control in fraud management to be applied for early detection and investigation and it is necessary to involve forensic accounting practices to detect, investigate accounting and litigation to resolve financial fraud in the financial data-based justice system. The novelty of this research offers a fraud management and forensic accounting model to prevent fraud and the financial condition of the company.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of halal-friendly attributes on visit intention, which is mediated by destination image and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in tourist destinations. This study addresses the inconsistencies in previous findings by proposing a comprehensive model that combines cultural and technological factors. This study involved 164 respondents who visited tourist destinations in Bekasi. The results showed that halal-friendly attributes significantly improved destination image, which positively influenced AI adoption and travel intention. The dual mediation effects of destination image and AI adoption provide insight into how these factors interact to shape tourists’ visit intention. This study contributes to the literature by offering empirical evidence supporting the integration of halal-friendly attributes with technological advancements to attract Muslim tourists. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh atribut ramah halal terhadap niat berkunjung, yang dimediasi oleh citra destinasi dan adopsi kecerdasan buatan (AI) di destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini membahas ketidakkonsistenan dalam temuan sebelumnya dengan mengusulkan model komprehensif yang menggabungkan faktor budaya dan teknologi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 164 responden yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata di Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut ramah halal secara signifikan meningkatkan citra destinasi, yang secara positif memengaruhi adopsi AI dan niat berkunjung. Efek mediasi ganda dari citra destinasi dan adopsi AI memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor ini berinteraksi untuk membentuk niat berkunjung wisatawan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menawarkan bukti empiris yang mendukung integrasi atribut ramah halal dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk menarik wisatawan Muslim.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM pengepul durian di Desa Sinapeul, Kecamatan Sindangwangi, Kabupaten Majalengka. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan operasional, penanganan pasca-panen, serta pendampingan strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep manajemen keuangan, operasional, dan strategi pemasaran. Sebanyak 75% peserta dapat menerapkan manajemen operasional yang lebih efisien, 70% memahami teknik penanganan pasca-panen yang mengurangi kerusakan produk hingga 20%, dan 85% peserta aktif memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi, meningkatkan permintaan pasar hingga 20%. Program ini juga mendorong diversifikasi produk berbasis durian seperti pancake dan dodol. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan terarah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar lokal dan regional. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program, termasuk pelatihan lanjutan, optimalisasi teknologi digital, dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah serta perguruan tinggi.
