This study examines the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on Individual Financial Behavior through Financial Inclusion. Today, individuals have the right to determine the steps they will take in financial decision-making. Various new and diverse financial products are emerging, requiring individuals to have a deeper understanding if they wish to utilize them. This is necessary to avoid financial decisions that may be detrimental. Individual finances can be well-managed if financial behavior is accountable. Strategic efforts are needed to enhance individuals' financial knowledge. The use of technology facilitates financial transactions. Through financial literacy and financial technology, individuals can improve their financial behavior. Moreover, financial inclusion plays a crucial role in promoting positive financial behavior. Access to financial services enables middle and lower-income individuals to save and invest. This study is a quantitative research employing observation and questionnaire methods. The questionnaire serves as a data collection technique in which respondents are given written questions or statements to answer. The respondents in this study are lecturers and employees working at a private university in Bandung City. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. To obtain an accurate and direct representation of the lecturers and employees, this study utilizes a survey system. The total population of lecturers and employees at the university is 325 individuals. Using Slovin’s formula, a sample of 77 respondents, consisting of lecturers and employees, was determined. After conducting analysis and discussion on the data processing results, it can be concluded that Financial Literacy and Financial Technology have a significant positive effect on Financial Inclusion. However, Financial Technology does not have a significant impact on Individual Financial Behavior. The effect of financial technology on individual financial behavior is not always positive and depends on how the technology is utilized. Therefore, individuals must understand the risks and benefits of financial technology and use it wisely to improve their financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of Price and Service Quality on Revisit Intention, with Customer Satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. The research focuses on customers of Tham-Tham Garage, a car modification workshop in Cirebon, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method via a questionnaire distributed to 140 customers who had visited the workshop at least five months prior. The data analysis utilized Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results indicate that Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.178, p = 0.045), and Service Quality also has a positive and highly significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.715, p = 0.000). Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction significantly influences Revisit Intention. Customer Satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between Price and Revisit Intention (β Indirect = 0.151, p = 0.046), and the relationship between Service Quality and Revisit Intention (β Indirect = 0.605, p = 0.000). The findings confirm that Customer Satisfaction is a crucial factor in driving the intention to return to the car modification service, where affordable pricing and high-quality service significantly contribute to this satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates factors affecting Digital Banking Adoption (DBA) across generations in Indonesia, focusing on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust. Employing a cross-sectional design, the study collected data through a structured questionnaire administered to 360 respondents, selected through purposive and clustering sampling, from major cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and others. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis were applied to test hypotheses and assess generational differences in DBA. Findings reveal that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and trust significantly influence DBA, with notable differences across generations: Baby Boomers prioritize facilitating conditions, Generation X emphasizes performance expectancy, and Generation Y values both performance and effort expectancy. Generation Z, despite being tech-savvy, benefits from enhanced support structures for improved banking experiences. These results highlight the importance of tailored, generation-specific strategies in digital banking, providing valuable insights for service providers aiming to enhance user experience and adoption across demographic groups.

Abstract

This international community service program aims to support the digital transformation of local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by applying AI-based market intelligence, focusing on ceramic product MSMEs in Purwakarta, Indonesia. The program was conducted using a participatory approach through training, practical mentoring, and evaluation involving lecturers, students, international academic partners, and MSME actors. The main objective was to enhance MSME capabilities in understanding market trends, identifying customer segments, analyzing competitors, and developing digital marketing strategies using artificial intelligence tools. The results indicate that participants experienced significant improvement in their understanding of digital transformation, shifting from basic social media usage toward a more comprehensive approach involving data-driven decision-making and market analysis. Through practical sessions, participants were able to generate customer personas, product positioning strategies, digital promotional content, and product descriptions using AI tools. The program also encouraged MSMEs to develop more adaptive and customer-oriented marketing approaches, particularly in promoting ceramic products as both functional and creative goods. In addition, the activity demonstrated that AI-based market intelligence can be applied effectively by MSMEs when delivered through simple, contextual, and practice-oriented methods. Despite initial challenges related to digital literacy and familiarity with AI tools, participants showed strong interest in adopting these technologies for their business development. The study concludes that integrating AI into MSME marketing practices can enhance competitiveness and market responsiveness. Continuous mentoring and collaboration between academic institutions and MSMEs are essential to ensure sustainable digital transformation and long-term business growth.
