Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ teaching styles and social support on the self-efficacy and learning motivation of 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The method used was a quantitative approach with a population of 210 students; the research sample consisted of 136 students. Data collection was conducted via an online questionnaire using Google Forms. Data processing and analysis were performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the outer model test showed that all indicators met the criteria for convergent validity, discriminant validity (HTMT < 0.85), and reliability, with composite reliability and Cronbach’s alpha values above 0.70. Meanwhile, the inner model evaluation yielded an R-Square value of 0.413 for the self-efficacy variable and 0.457 for the learning motivation variable. Hypothesis testing showed that teaching style (β = 0.397; t-value = 3.908; p-value = 0.000) and social support (β = 0.318; t-value = 3.069; p-value = 0.002) had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. In addition, social support (β = 0.367; t-value = 3.040; p-value = 0.002) and self-efficacy (β = 0.281; t-value = 2.295; p-value = 0.022) had positive and significant effects on learning motivation. Conversely, the teacher’s teaching style did not have a significant effect on learning motivation (β = 0.151; t-value = 1.311; p-value = 0.190). The implications of this study indicate that students have high confidence in achieving their learning goals; future aspirations are the primary factor driving learning motivation; teachers are the source of social support most felt by students; and teachers’ nonverbal communication has supported the creation of engaging learning experiences, although the pace of speech still needs improvement.

Abstract

Abstract The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including consumer behavior, particularly in shopping activities. One of the major innovations of this digital transformation is the emergence of e-commerce, which enables buying and selling transactions to take place via the internet without physical interaction between sellers and buyers. E-commerce offers convenience, efficiency, and flexibility for consumers and opens up opportunities for small and medium enterprises to reach a broader market. This study aims to analyze impulsive buying behavior among e-commerce users in the Jabodetabek area and the factors influencing it. This research uses qualitative deskriptive method by collecting data online through questionnaires and collected 211 respondents who are in the Jabodetabek area. The results show that psychological and emotional factors such as boredom, emotional pressure, stress, and the desire for instant gratification play an important role in impulsive buying decisions. Furthermore, attractive promotions and interactive features on e-commerce platforms strengthen this behavior. Abstract

Keywords : kepuasan pelanggan; Gojek; layanan digital; SERVQUAL; transportasi online. Abstract Digital based transportation services have grown rapidly in response to increasing public mobility demands. As one of the pioneers in Indonesia's ride hailing industry, Gojek faces ongoing challenges in maintaining service quality amid intense competition. This study aims to explore Gojek’s service quality and its impact on user satisfaction. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to active Gojek users. The analysis focused on five dimensions of service quality based on the SERVQUAL model: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The findings show that tangible aspects such as vehicle cleanliness, driver appearance, and the application user interface play the most significant role in shaping user satisfaction. In contrast, the empathy and assurance dimensions have a relatively lower influence. The study concludes that improving visible service elements and maintaining consistency in service delivery are key strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty toward Gojek. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Credibility (X1), Information Quality (X2), and Content Quality (X3) in TikTok affiliate marketing content on Generation Z's Purchase Decision (Y). The research is motivated by a gap between theoretical expectations and actual consumer behavior, where consumers make purchases despite perceiving the affiliate's message quality as low. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data was collected via online questionnaires from 150 Gen Z respondents in DKI Jakarta. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, requiring respondents to have viewed affiliate content and purchased via TikTok Shop. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results reveal that Credibility has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision (H1 rejected). Conversely, Information Quality and Content Quality have a positive and significant effect, with Content Quality being the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, these variables explain 73.8% of the purchase decision variance (Adjusted R² = 0.738). These findings indicate that Gen Z's purchase decisions are driven more by product information clarity and attractive content packaging than mere trust in the affiliate's honesty. Consequently, brands and affiliates must prioritize investing in information and content quality for TikTok affiliate marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived university support, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and social support on entrepreneurial intention, and the subsequent effect of entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial commitment among students funded through the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). The study responds to a field finding that 63% of funded student businesses discontinued after the funding period ended, indicating that entrepreneurial commitment has not been optimal. Using an associative quantitative design, data were collected from 160 PMW UNJ participants from the 2024 and 2025 cohorts, selected through proportional random sampling, and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that perceived university support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, whereas entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social support both have positive and significant effects, with self-efficacy as the strongest predictor. Entrepreneurial intention, in turn, has a strong positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial commitment. The model explains 29.0% of the variance in entrepreneurial intention and 59.6% of the variance in entrepreneurial commitment, with an overall large model fit. These findings suggest that PMW UNJ should strengthen self-funding training, personalized mentoring, and post-funding incubation to sustain student business commitment
