Abstract

Analisis tokoh Tuan Durand dalam naskah Kematian yang Direncanakan merupakan upaya penelusuran visi dramatik August Strinberg melalui tokoh Tuan Durand. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Tahapan analisis yang dilakukan antara lain: analisis tokoh berdasarkan jenis kedudukan, analisis tokoh berdasarkan tipe perwatakan, analisis tokoh berdasarkan tipe perwatakan, analisis relasi antar tokoh dan analisis relasi tokoh dengan struktur naskah. Kesimpulan dari proses analisis ini adalah tokoh Tuan Durand adalah tokoh protagonis yang memiliki karakter yang kompleks.

Abstract

The myth of Kramat Bedil is a local genius of the Kedotan Village community who has a surreal vision. The creation of a surreal dramatic text based on the myth of Kramat Bedil is an effort to process the cultural wealth of Kedotan Village into a drama that can meet global aesthetic needs. This research is an ethnodramaturgical research oriented towards processing cultural products. The data collection techniques used consist of interviews, observations and literature studies. The data testing technique used is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation techniques and conclusion drawing techniques. The drama writing technique used is the writing mechanism of Lajos Agri. The results achieved from this study are surrealistic dramatic texts with a dramatic vision of "subconscious chaos". The drama writing style used is a combination of poetic and realistic styles. Conflict is formulated through subconscious chaos as a symptom of psychological degradation in a gloomy and restless atmosphere. The writing of this surreal dramatic text is an effort to utilize local genius into a dramatic text that is able to reach global aesthetics. This surreal dramatic text based on the Kramat Bedil myth is entitled "La Dalu: Dark Terror in the Circle of Anxiety".

Abstract

AbstrakWayang topeng adalah salah satu jenis teater rakyat tradisional yang berasal dari Situbondo, Jawa Timur, yang kini mengalami penurunan intensitas pertunjukan dibandingkan dengan kesenian ludruk dan ketoprak. Kelompok Wayang Topeng Kadaryono menjadi salah satu representasi penting dalam pelestarian bentuk seni ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keberadaan dan dinamika kelompok Kadaryono dalam mempertahankan eksistensi seni pertunjukan wayang topeng. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sejarah dan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh seniman lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pelestarian wayang topeng didorong oleh inisiatif pelaku seni itu sendiri, terutama Ki Dalang Kadaryono, yang secara aktif menjaga kesinambungan tradisi melalui regenerasi internal dan adaptasi format pementasan. Keberlangsungan kesenian ini membutuhkan kolaborasi antara seniman, masyarakat, dan pemerintah sebagai ekosistem pendukung yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Situbondo, wayang topeng, keberadaan, KadaryonoAbstractRegeneration and Adaptation as Preservation Strategies for the Kadaryono Group's Wayang Topeng in Situbondo, East Java. Wayang topeng is a traditional folk theater in Situbondo, East Java, which has experienced a decline in performance frequency compared to other regional arts such as ludruk and ketoprak. The Kadaryono mask puppet group plays a vital role in preserving this art form. This study aims to describe the presence and cultural significance of the Kadaryono group in maintaining the existence of wayang topeng. Employing a historical approach and qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through literature review, field observation, and in-depth interviews with local art figures. The results indicate that preservation efforts are initiated by the artists themselves, particularly Ki Dalang Kadaryono, who continues to sustain the tradition through internal regeneration and performance adaptation. The sustainability of this cultural heritage relies on the collaborative support of artists, the community, and local authorities. Keywords: Situbondo, puppet mask, existence, Kadaryono

Abstract

Penelitian penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) adalah upaya menemukan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kepekaan individu mahasiswa dalam pertunjukan paduan suara di Prodi Sendratasik, FKIP- Universitas Jambi. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Apa langkah-langkah metodologis penyusunan bahan-bahan ajar yang sistematis dan disertai dengan pedoman pembelajaran yang mengantarkan pada pencapaian keutuhan CPL matakuliah Repertoar Musik I. 2). Bagaimana menerapkan model Project based Learning (PjBL) dalam melaksanaan bahan ajar yang sistematis pada pembelajaran mata kuliah Repertoar Musik I. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di Prodi Sendratasik, khususnya pada mata kuliah Repertoar Musik I pada Semester II. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran project based learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam bernyanyi dengan tema teknik vokal, pernafasan diafragma, artikulasi, dinamika, head voice dan timbre. Indikasi peningkatan tersebut tergambar dari meningkatnya rata-rata dari nilai belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Krinok oral literature can also be called performance literature because of its delivery by means of performance or show. In this article, it is discussed how the exploration of Krinok oral literature is transformed into a musical work or musical composition with an orchestral formation. The delivery style of Krinok oral literature with a singing style becomes the basis for the creation of the music itself such as singing text, tone, vocal melody, harmony, and development of structural forms. This music composition is titled “Bungo Bermada”, this title is made based on the meaning of praise. The method used is Mixed Method from qualitative and quantitative as the development of musical and extramusical ideas (philosophical aspects) into a musical composition “Bungo Bermada”,. The collection techniques consisted of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. For testing this product is a prototype of musical composition in the form of Digital Scoring (digital audio visual). Abstrak Sastra lisan Krinok dapat juga disebut sastra pertunjukan karena penyampaian nya dengan cara di pertunjukan atau dipertontonkan. Dalam artikel ini, dibahas bagaimana eksplorasi sastra lisa Krinok ditranspormasikan menjadi karya musik atau komposisi musik dengan formasi orkestra. Gaya penyampaian sastra lisan Krinok dengan gaya nyanyian menjadi dasar penciptaan musik itu sendiri seperti teks nyanyian, nada, melodi vokal, harmoni dan pengembangan bentuk struktur. Komposisi musik ini diberi judul “Bungo Bermada”, judul ini dibuat berdasarkan makna puji-pujian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif sebagai pengembangan gagasan musikal dan ekstramusikal (aspek filosofi) menjadi komposisi musik “Bungo Bermada”,. Teknik pengumpulan yang dilakukan terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengujian produk ini adalah prototipe komposisi musik berupa Scoring Digital (audio visual digital).

Abstract

Penelitian rekonstruksi dramaturgi Soekarno bertujuan untuk menelusuri bagaimana drama Rainbow: Poetri Kentjana Boelan dipentaskan pada tahun 1939 di Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian sejarah teater dengan metode penelitian kualitatif.  Objek formal dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dramaturgi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi arsip dan studi dokumen. Beberapa kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, antara lain: Pertama, konsep pemeranan yang digunakan adalah konsep imitasi. Kedua, konsep penyutradaraan yang digunakan adalah konsep otoriter. Ketiga, konsep tata artistik yang digunakan adalah gaya romantik.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meaning of the lyrics and their relationship with the melodic structure of Buka Langse as the opening segment in the traditional theater performance Abdul Muluk. The research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The findings show that each verse of the Buka Langse lyrics carries both denotative and connotative meanings that reflect the religious, social, and moral values of the Malay Jambi community. The greetings, introduction of the play, and expressions of apology within the lyrics represent the interaction between performers and the audience. In addition to serving as a marker of the performance’s commencement and a medium for transmitting spiritual values, the lyrics also represent the cultural identity of the Sembubuk community, positioning this traditional theater as both an expressive art form and a means of preserving cultural heritage.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum in elementary to high schools (SD to SMA) is a challenge for schools to improve their ability in managing both learning and administration, so that what is aspired to in the mandate of the Constitution which reads "to educate the life of the nation" is something that is essential. Something that is quite urgent is the learning objectives, one of which is to improve cognition for students, which is the basis for this community service program, namely improving musical skills with a drumband training and performance program at SMPN 30 Muaro Jmabi. The skills program in the independent learning curriculum is strongly encouraged by being a leading government program (Ministry of Education and Culture) so that students can create something that fosters independence in determining and choosing the direction of life (future). The purpose of this community service program is that in addition to increasing interest and talent, it also provides space for creativity for students in carrying out music learning activities through extracurricular activities as intended by the independent curriculum. The community service program is a government program that is assigned to educators (Lecturers) in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. For that, of course there are scientific measurements called activity outputs, in this case the team will target outputs in the form of (1) National Seminar Proceedings. (2) Scientific Journals. (3) Publications on Electronic Media. (4) Activity Documentation Videos.
