Abstract

Sistem bagi hasil (sakap) cenderung lemah dalam pengoptimalan faktor produksi yang menyebabkan petani penyakap seringkali merasa rugi karena menerima risiko yang seharusnya tidak ditanggung, sehingga diduga pemakaian faktor produksi usahatani padi dengan system bagi hasil (sakap) ini belum efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sistem sewa bagi hasil dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat efisiensi usahatani padi, serta menganalisis seberapa besar keuntungan yang diterima oleh petani penyakap. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Cinagara Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung kepada petani penyakap padi. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang, dengan pemilihan secara sengaja. Sistem bagi hasil usahatani padi di Desa Cinagara dikenal dengan istilah maro. Variabel pupuk KCL pesitisida dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi. Sementara variabel benih, pupuk kandang, pupuk Urea, pupuk SP-36, dan luas lahan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi. jumlah pendapatan usahatani padi petani penyakap sebesar Rp. 3.447.280,47 per satu kali musim tanam. dan R/C rasio yang diperoleh menjadi sebesar 1,36. Nilai R/C rasio ini menunjukkan usahatani padi masih dikatakan layak dilakukan, namun apabila dikaitkan dengan penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi maka usahatani padi petani penyakap belum efisien secara ekonomis

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the sectors that has been the backbone of human civilization since the beginning, undergoing major transformation along with technological. The hydroponic vegetable market continues to grow along with increasing demand for healthy and sustainable agricultural products. In this digital era, marketing strategies based on digital technology are the key to increasing visibility and sales of hydroponic vegetable products. The purpose of this study is to investigate different digital marketing tactics that may be used to enhance the marketing effectiveness of hydroponically grown vegetables. By examining digital marketing techniques like social media marketing and the use of e-commerce platforms, this research identifies effective ways to strengthen the market position of hydroponic vegetable products in the digital era. The study also highlights the important role digital technology plays in changing the way manufacturers interact with consumers, measure marketing performance, and develop long-term relationships with customers. It is believed that the research's conclusions would give hydroponic vegetable growers insightful information and marketing practitioners in optimizing their marketing strategies in this increasingly digital market

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah  merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian nasional yang di antara permasalahan sebagian besar pelaku UMKM adalah tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan dan kurangnya pemanfaatan digital marketing dalam kegiatan usahanya sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM Recxy Collection tentang pentingnya proses pembukuan akuntansi pada tata kelola keuangan UMKM dan juga terkait dengan pemanfaatan digital marketing terkait strategi pemasaran kegiatan bisnis.  Secara  metode dilakukan dengan langsung di lapangan untuk melakukan survei, observasi, diskusi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang pemahaman urgensi dan teknis pembukuan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi kegiatan bisnis UMKM dan juga pemanfaatan aspek digital marketing.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra di Posyandu Matahari Kelurahan Mulyaharja Kota Bogor meliputi ketidaktertiban monitoring data ibu hamil dan balita, lahan produktif yang belum dimanfaatkan, serta kurangnya pengetahuan sasaran tentang gizi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk mendukung pencegahan stunting melalui pembuatan aplikasi “Pantau Posyandu”, pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk kolam bioflok dan penanaman sayur, serta penyusunan menu bergizi. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pemetaan dan pendataan sasaran untuk pengembangan aplikasi, sosialisasi program kepada pengurus dan anggota posyandu, serta pihak terkait seperti ibu-ibu binaan, aparat lingkungan, dan puskesmas. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi, persiapan lahan, budidaya ikan lele dan sayuran, serta penyuluhan dan demo masak. Hasil kegiatan berupa pemanfaatan lahan posyandu sebagai sumber bahan pangan bergizi dan implementasi aplikasi dalam penginputan data. Aplikasi ini memudahkan kader dalam memantau tumbuh kembang balita dan mendeteksi potensi stunting, serta mendorong ibu-ibu untuk mengolah makanan sehat dan bergizi secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer program in Gapoktan Gurun Raya, Nagari Gurun, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The focus of the study is the effectiveness of the program based on the principle of 6 Tepat (Quantity, Place, Price, Time, Type, and Quality). The method used is a qualitative approach with primary data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and structured questionnaires to 40 farmers who are members of 4 farmer groups in Gapoktan Gurun Raya. Secondary data was obtained from the Gapoktan archives and other related sources. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer program in Gapoktan Gurun Raya as a whole is quite effective with an average satisfaction of above 60% in almost all indicators. However, the "Right Place" indicator showed the lowest result (62.5%) which indicates limited accessibility of fertilizer distribution for farmers. In addition, the "Right Time" aspect also still needs to be improved to avoid delays in distribution that can disrupt farmers' planting schedules. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve coordination between distributors and farmer groups, add distribution points that are easier to reach, and conduct regular evaluations of farmers' fertilizer needs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the implementation of fertilizer subsidy policies in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The problem of fulfilling cassava raw materials experienced by the Cassava Chips Industry in Rancabungur District has encouraged the industry to optimize its supply chain management process. This research aims to analyze the supply chain and performance of the cassava supply chain in the cassava chips industry. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using the SCOR version 12 method. The research results show that the cassava supply chain flow in the cassava chips industry in the Rancabungur District involves many supply chain actors, and some do not. The main actors involved in this supply chain are farmers/middlemen (suppliers), cassava chips industry (manufacturers), agents (distributors), shops/resellers (retailers), and final consumers (customers). The average performance value of the cassava supply chain in the cassava chips industry in Rancabungur District is 78%, which is in the good category. This value is still not optimal, so it requires improvements to indicators that are still low.

Abstract

English language teaching in Indonesian secondary schools remains largely grammar-focused, providing limited opportunities for communicative and creative engagement. This study investigates the implementation of Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) through songs as authentic learning materials in an Indonesian EFL classroom. Conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta, the research employed a qualitative descriptive–interpretative design involving one English teacher and approximately thirty eighth-grade students. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with the teacher and students, and documentation of teaching materials and student outputs. Thematic analysis focused on interactional patterns and their alignment with TBLT stages: pre-task, task cycle, and post-task. The findings indicate that the teacher effectively adapted TBLT by integrating English songs into meaningful language tasks, including vocabulary exploration, lyric completion, group discussion, and creative reflection. Students demonstrated higher participation, improved listening comprehension, and greater willingness to communicate. Songs also acted as affective filters, enhancing enjoyment and reducing anxiety. Supporting factors included the relevance of song choice and the teacher’s creativity, while time constraints and mixed proficiency levels posed challenges. This study contributes a locally responsive model of TBLT that positions songs as central communicative tasks, offering practical insights for teachers and policymakers aiming to foster communicative competence through creative pedagogies.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen di Kopi Peramu yang berlokasi di Desa Ciawi Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor. Strategi bauran pemasaran (7P) digunakan sebagai strategi analisis atribut-atribut. Metode analisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2025. Responden yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang dipilih berdasarkan accidental sampling yaitu konsumen yang sedang berkunjung ke Kopi Peramu. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa atribut kerapian karyawan, akses jalan yang mudah dan promosi merupakan prioritas perbaikan utama masuk ke kuadran 1, sehingga memerlukan prioritas perbaikan kinerja. Kemudahan metode pembayaran, variasi produk, ketepatan pesanan, keramahan karyawan, kesesuaian harga dan ukuran yang pas, upaya promosi melalui poster dan akurasi informasi karyawan menjadi atribut yang harus dipertahankan (kuadran II). Atribut yang merupakan prioritas rendah (kuadran III) adalah rasa yang konsisten, fasilitas fisik, diskon, harga terjangkau, dan produk yang khas. Atribut dengan kinerja yang berlebihan namun tidak terlalu penting adalah pelayanan yang cepat (kuadran IV). Nilai Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) 80,19% menunjukkan konsumen merasa sangat puas terhadap kinerja dari atribut-atribut Kopi Peramu.
