Speed in a pencak silat T kick is a very important factor to support the success in launching attacks on the opponent's body. This study aims to determine the effect of treatment, namely plyometric training on the results of the kick speed of T pencak silat on athletes of Tapak Suci 230 pencak silat, Banggai Regency. The research which was conducted at the Padepokan IPSI, Banggai Regency was also an experimental quantitative study with the One-group pre-test post-test research design. Based on the overall measurement results, the data obtained from the kick speed test are: the mean value of the pre-test is 21.23 and the post-test is 28.23. It was found that the percentage value of increase from the initial test and the final test was 36.6%. Furthermore, by paying attention to the post-test average score of kick speed T, the athletes are categorized as “Good”. Thus it can be concluded that in this study, the treatment given, namely plyometric training, greatly influenced the T kick speed of the Tapak Suci 230 pencak silat athlete in Banggai Regency.

Pembelajran daring adalah pembelajaran yang menggunakan media internet tanpa ada batasan ruang dan waktu dalam menjalankan proses pembelajran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai penggunaan metode information search melalui pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits yang dilakukan pada masa pandemic di MTs Midarul Ulum DDI Kilongan. Penelitian ini diklasifikasi sebagai penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode information search saat pembelajaran daring di mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits bisa diterapkan ditengah-tengah problematika pembelajran saat ini dengan keadaan Indonesia yang terdampak Covid-19. Hasil diskusi yang ditemukan melalui wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits yaitu Bapak Ambo Uleng, beliau menuturkan bahwa disaat masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti ini pembelajran yang dilakukan melalui daring pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits tetap bisa berjalan hanya saja dengan kesulitan dalam evaluasi praktek baca tulis Al-Qur’an yang memperhatikan bacaan yang baik dan benar

Covid 19 merupakan bagian dari tantangan pada dunia Pendidikan, sekolah dituntut untuk mereposisi pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan oleh sekolah, pola, dan strategi pembelajaran perlu dilakukan perubahan agar siswa tetap menerima pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh SMP Muhammadiyah Luwuk pada masa pandemic covid 19. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif berupa mengumpulkan permasalah dan menyimpulkan berdasarkan fenomena berdasarkan hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada SMP Muhammadiyah Luwuk, pada masa covid 19, mengalami permasalahan hal ini dikarenakan beberapa keterbatasan yang dialami oleh siswa maupun guru

Coronavirus adalah virus menular yang menginfeksi sistem pernafasan melalui percikan dahak dari saluran pernafasan. Minat belajar yaitu suatu keinginan belajar yang timbul dari dalam diri seorang siswa melakukan sesuatu secara bersungguh-sungguh. Adapun Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat dampak-dampak Covid-19 yang semakin berkembang, baik itu dampak positif maupun dampak negatif terhadap minat belajar siswa. Metodologi dalam penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data berdasarkan tekhnik observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya dampak Covid-19 terhadap minat belajar siswa di MTs Midarul Ulum DDI Kilongan, dari hasil penelitian peneliti mendapatkan dua dampak Covid-19 terhadap minat belajar siswa yaitu dampak positif dan dampak negatif yang mana dampak-dampak tersebut mempengaruhi minat belajar seorang siswa khususnya siswa di MTs Midarul Ulum DDI Kilongan seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang berupa akses internet dan kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam pembelajaran online seperti ini sehingga terjadi kurangnya minat siswa dalam proses belajar. Revolusi ini mengakibatkan transformasi yang jauh berbeda dengan revolusi-revolusi sebelumnya. Sehingga perlu direspon oleh semua kalangan pemangku kepentingan mulai dari kalangan publik dan swasta sampai dengan akademisi maupun masyarat umum yang ditandai dengan teknologi Informasi diterapkan pada semua Industri. Penyelenggara Pemerintahan Desa untuk bisa mengadopsi program desa digital era revolusi industri 4.0. Tujuan Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini tidak lain adalah untuk memberikan penguatan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada Pemerintah Desa Dangkalan Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut yaitu menggunakan metode pendampingan yang langsung ditujukan kepada Pemerintah Desa Dangkalan Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Adapun pelaksanaanya meliputi beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu dimulai dari observasi, melakukan koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa selanjutnya dilaksanakan pendampingan yang dilakukan di kantor Desa Dangkalan yang dihadiri oleh unsur pemerintah desa. Hasil akhir yang diinginkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kecamatan Banggai Yang Terintegrasi Dan Berbasis Website (Desa Digital).

Student attention and motivation are one of the factors that support student success. Therefore, teachers need to use various efforts, such as using learning media, so that learning becomes fun and students are interested in learning. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Quizizz on students' attention and motivation. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample in this study are grade 7.1 junior high schools in Palembang City for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 31 students (one-shot case study). The data was obtained through a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was to determine the effectiveness with a percentage. This study concluded that the average percentage of the effectiveness of the Quizizz application on student attention was 70.1% or quite effective, while Quizizz on student learning motivation was 70.3% or quite effective. Thus, Quizizz is effective in increasing students' attention and learning motivation. If Quizizz is used by the teacher in learning, it will increase student attention and motivation.

The learning process will run well of course by using intermediary media that are in accordance with the material being taught. Aside from being an intermediary medium, it is also useful for overcoming the limitations of space and time, such as objects that are too large can be replaced with reality, images, or film frames. The purpose of this study in Utilizing Learning Media in Increasing Student Knowledge in Islamic Religious Education Lessons at MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, is to find out the state of the learning media that is in MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, as well as to find out the use of learning media in the process of increasing student knowledge .. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach and data collection using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media in increasing student knowledge in Islamic religious education subjects at MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan is very good, which in the use of this learning media can help educators convey the material being taught, so that the message conveyed clearer and learning can run smoothly, regularly and effectively. In learning Islamic Religious Education at MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, the media that is popularly used is audio-visual media. Because using audio-visual media can attract students' attention so that it can make it easier to learn a lesson provided by educators.

Proses pembelajaran akan berjalan dengan baik tentunya dengan menggunakan media perantara yang tepat dengan materi yang diajarkan. Selain sebagai media perantara juga berguna untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ruang dan waktu, seperti benda yang terlalu besar dapat digantikan dengan kenyataan, gambar, atau bingkai film. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini dalam Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Siswa Pada Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan media pembelajaran yang ada di MA DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, serta diketahui penggunaan suatu media pengajaran didalam proses meningkatkan wawasan anak didik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan pelajar di sekolah tersebut, yaitu sangat baik, yang mana dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, dapat membantu tenaga pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi yang diajarkan. Dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di DDI Midaarul Ulum Kilongan, media yang populer digunakan yaitu media audio visual. Discipline is a very important attitude because its application can develop a person who can control himself effectively. When someone is bound by rules then tries to follow them, it keeps them from doing what they want and out of control. A good teacher is a teacher who has a disciplined attitude on duty. The research objective is to find out how discipline is enforced by Islamic religious education teachers in improving students' worship practices at SMP Negeri 1 Luwuk. The method in this study is a qualitative approach, in the form of data collection and interviews. The results showed that the Discipline of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in improving the Practice of Student Worship at SMP Negeri 1 Luwuk was carried out well by holding religious activities such as cults twice a month on Fridays. However, the discipline of Dzuhur Prayer in congregation at school has never been implemented due to limited space or the absence of a prayer room at the school. Based on the results of research on the Discipline of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving Students' Worship Practice at SMP Negeri 1 Luwuk, it can be concluded that Islamic Religious Education Teachers focus on building morals and developing students' character, for religious activities such as cults being held twice a month, namely on Fridays 'at. Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers’ emotional intelligence and classroom leadership dynamics in supporting the effectiveness of differentiated learning for students at Senrior high school Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Methodology: The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and school principals. Data were analyzed using reduction, display, and verification techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of classroom leadership practices and teachers’ emotional intelligence. Main Findings: The results show that teachers with high levels of emotional intelligence tend to be more adaptive in dealing with classroom dynamics and are able to create an inclusive and participatory learning environment. Dimensions such as empathy, self-awareness and the ability to manage emotions play an important role in facilitating learning differentiation. In addition, transformational leadership style is proven to be effective in building positive relationships between teachers and students, which has a direct impact on improving student motivation and learning outcomes. In conclusion, teachers' emotional intelligence and dynamic classroom leadership are key factors in the successful implementation of differentiated learning. Novelty/Originality of this study: These findings provide important implications for teacher professional development and more targeted training design. Previous studies have mostly focused on the individual effects of emotional intelligence or teacher leadership on learning outcomes, while the dynamic interaction between the two in shaping differentiated learning practices is still an open area for further exploration.
