Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product, price and halal label on consumer satisfaction at Kedai Melipir Kopi Karawaci. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling technique. The results show that the service quality variable (X1) has no effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by the calculation of p-values ​​worth 0.878, the product variable (X2) affects the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculation of p-values ​​worth 0.020, the variable price (X3) has an effect on the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculation of p-values ​​worth 0.023, and the halal label variable (X4) has no effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by showing the results of the calculation of p-values ​​worth 0.471 so that the hypothesis test H0 accepted, H4 is rejected, this indicates that the halal label has no effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research contributes to the literature through the propositions of the Maqasid-Based Governance Framework (MBGF), which would help realign Islamic banking for sustainability and the digital era with higher objectives of Shariah. Drawing on the classical teachings of Al-Ghazali and al-Shatibi on maqasid al-shariah, and on modern governance views offered by Chapra, this study integrates maqasid al-shariah with VBI, ESG practices, and ethical digital governance. Based on a qualitative concept methodology, the paper synthesises ethical foundations, institutional governance, sustainability indicators, and digital innovation into a comprehensive governance architecture. The results indicate that the MBGF facilitates transparency, social value addition, eco-friendliness, and digital ethics in Islamic banking. The paper also highlights related indicators , such as the Maqasid Performance Index (MPI) and the Maqasid Shariah Index (MSI), to operationalise maqasid-based governance. The contribution of this paper is theoretical, in terms of giving a new positioning to maqasid as the broad governance framework; conceptual, in terms of amalgamating VBI, ESG, and digital ethics into a multi-layered model; and empirical, by providing regulators and practitioners with a practical governance blueprint for value-driven and sustainable Islamic finance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of zakat fund management in supporting the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship program. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data used were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation collected directly from BAZNAS Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat funds through the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship education program has been running optimally. Optimization is carried out by distributing funds effectively, efficiently, on target, and long-term. The program is supported by internal and external factors. In addition, there are inhibiting factors in implementing the program but they are not very significant, so the management of funds in this program can be said to be quite optimal. The results of this study serve as a basis for BAZNAS and other zakat institutions to maintain and develop educational programs. Because the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship has succeeded in becoming an effective program in allocating zakat funds for education. This research is in line with the results of research conducted by Asep Kurniawan (2023) which explains that this scholarship program has been quite effective during its three-year run. The benchmarks for effectiveness are seen from the fluid adaptation of team solidarity, the quality of the programs implemented, the work achievements obtained, job satisfaction, and views from external parties.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the business practices of Halva Bakery, Villa Rizky Ilhami, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, Banten. The research focuses on seven indicators of Islamic business ethics: honesty in measurement, product quality, avoiding excessive oaths, generosity in service, administrative order, price transparency, and maintaining trust. This study uses a qualitative field research approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that Halva Bakery has not fully implemented Islamic business ethics. Three aspects require improvement: product quality, employee service ethics, and administrative effectiveness. In terms of product quality, several consumers found that some bread products had a hard texture, less attractive form, and inconsistent packaging. In service practice, some employees were perceived as not fully demonstrating polite communication, neat appearance, and friendly treatment toward all customers. In addition, administrative constraints, especially payment system disruptions, caused inconvenience for customers. This study contributes to the development of Islamic business ethics studies in small-scale food enterprises by showing that ethical business implementation must integrate product quality, service behavior, and administrative reliability. Strengthening these aspects is essential to build consumer trust and ensure that business practices align with Islamic values

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepatuhan syariah akad murabahah pada produk pembiayaan Mitra Mikro Multiguna (MMG) di Koperasi Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonesia (Kopsyah BMI) dengan merujuk pada Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal; data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola dan anggota, serta didukung observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur dasar transaksi murabahah MMG, meliputi pembelian barang oleh koperasi, pemindahan kepemilikan, penetapan harga pokok beserta margin, dan pembayaran angsuran tetap pada prinsipnya telah selaras dengan ketentuan utama fatwa. Namun, masih terdapat kelemahan pada aspek pemisahan dan pengungkapan harga pokok dan margin kepada anggota, penyerahan salinan akad dan bukti pembelian yang belum konsisten, serta pemahaman anggota yang belum merata mengenai hak dan kewajiban dalam akad murabahah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa, di luar kepatuhan struktural, penguatan kepatuhan syariah yang substantif memerlukan dokumentasi yang lebih jelas dan baku, peningkatan literasi akad bagi anggota, serta peran Dewan Pengawas Syariah yang lebih proaktif dalam mengawasi implementasi dan menjelaskan mekanisme akad.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Rendahnya penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), keterlambatan deteksi Tuberkulosis (TBC), serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan Posyandu menjadi permasalahan kesehatan di Desa Jambe, Tangerang. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai PHBS, pencegahan TBC, serta optimalisasi peran Posyandu dalam pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan melalui penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi praktik cuci tangan, edukasi mengenai gejala dan pencegahan TBC, pelatihan kader kesehatan, serta pendampingan kegiatan Posyandu. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman PHBS pada lebih dari 80% peserta, peningkatan kemampuan mengenali gejala TBC pada 70% peserta, serta peningkatan partisipasi ibu hamil dalam Posyandu dari 40% menjadi 70%. Program ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi partisipatif dan pendampingan kader efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat serta memperkuat fungsi Posyandu sebagai layanan kesehatan preventif di tingkat desa. Kata Kunci: PHBS, Tuberkulosis, Posyandu, Edukasi Kesehatan, Pengabdian Masyarakat.  ABSTRACT Low implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), delayed detection of Tuberculosis (TB), and limited community participation in Posyandu activities remain public health concerns in Jambe Village, Tangerang. This community service program aimed to improve public awareness and knowledge regarding PHBS, TB prevention, and the optimization of Posyandu services for maternal and child health monitoring. The program was conducted over one month through interactive counseling sessions, handwashing demonstrations, TB prevention education, cadre training, and Posyandu assistance. Evaluation was carried out using pre- and post-tests and participation observation. The results showed increased PHBS understanding in more than 80% of participants, improved TB symptom recognition in 70% of participants, and increased Posyandu attendance among pregnant women from 40% to 70%. These findings indicate that participatory education combined with cadre mentoring effectively strengthens community health awareness and enhances the preventive function of Posyandu at the village level. Keywords: PHBS, Tuberculosis, Posyandu, Health Education, Community Service.
