Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of learning media and the influence of learning media on learning maharah al-kitabah (writing skills) Arabic type of guided writing. One of these learning media is by using Kahoot application-based E-learning, with this media students will feel more happy, excited and motivated when the Arabic learning process takes place. Researchers use quantitative research, a pre-experimental type. The population in this study was 105 learners. The instruments used are tests, observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. To find out whether there is an influence on the application of learning media, researchers analyze the data processed using t-tests and relative frequency distribution analysis techniques. The results of this research analysis are: 1) Researchers first create learning materials then researchers enter them in the kahoot application. Researchers get pins and links from the kahoot application, which are then shared with students in grades X-IPS 1. Students enter the kahoot application access and learning by opening the link that has been shared by the researcher. 2) Based on the results of the ujit calculation, the result is 12.999 and d.b is N-1=29-1=28. While the T-test table that uses one group refers to the level of significant numbers 0.05 which is 2.05 and 0.01 which is 2.76. Because the analysis results of the T-test calculation are higher than the level of significant values in the T-test table. Thus, the Working Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Furthermore, based on the calculation results using relative frequency distribution analysis techniques, it can be said that kahoot-based e-learning media learning media reached 70.166% and it included group 6

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource management facilitates the actualization and competency development of educators and education personnel through systematic development and empowerment programs. The main objective of Human Resource Management is aimed at achieving the productivity of the organization concerned. It can be understood that all organizational activities in achieving its mission and goals depend on the humans who manage the organization. The Educational Institution of SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah Lamongan is one of the educational institutions that is committed to advancing schools through educators who are competent in their fields. One of its efforts is through seminar programs, trainings, workshops, subject teacher deliberations, madrasah working groups and so on so that it is expected that human resources, namely educators, can work professionally and in accordance with organizational goals. This research methodology combines qualitative and descriptive approaches. Information is collected by means of observation, discussion, and documentation. The results of this study show that improving the quality of educators at SMK Wahid Hayim Glagah Lamongan is carried out in several stages, namely planning, recruitment of educators, selection, development and training, work assessment and compensation. The supporting factors of human resource management in improving the quality of human resources include support from the wider community and a conducive work environment. While the inhibiting factors of human resource management in improving the quality of educators include low teacher enthusiasm in providing new learning activity innovations. Abstract

SDN Sukosari and MI Tarbiyatul Ulum which are located in Sukosari Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency, where the majority of students who are still occupying the first grade are still weak in recognizing the letters of the alphabet and numbers. Thus, it is hoped that the creation of learning media in the form of praga tools can help students recognize the letters of the alphabet and numbers, moreover they will be able to read and understand more about subtraction and addition faster. This mentoring activity was carried out in Sukosari Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency, in less than one month starting on 03 August-27 August 2022. The objects targeted for the implementation of this program are formal educational institutions, namely SDN 1 Sukosari and MI Tarbiyatul Ulum sukosari. making learning media praga tools in the form of pictures that are used to help students to more easily understand the learning delivered. The implementation of this program is carried out on students in grades one and two for the MI Tarbiyatul Ulum institution, and grades one and six for SDN 1 Sukosari

Abstract

Bahasa Arab secara konvensional menggutamakan empat kemampuan atau keterampilan berbahasa dengan tujuan mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Arab, baik berupa lisan maupun tulisan, yang mencakup empat kecakapan berbahasa yakni menyimak (istima’), berbicara (kalam), membaca (qiroah) dan menulis (kitabah). Keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa dapat dilihat atau dinilai dari pemahaman dan kemampuan siswa dari keempat ketarampilan tersebut salah satunya yaitu keterampilan menulis (kitabah). Kemampuan menulis sangat membantu siswa dalam memperluas pemikiran, memperdalam daya tangkap, memperdalam pikiran, dan menyusun penggalaman. Peserta didik diharapkan mampu menyusun kalimat dan membuat kerangka sederhana tentang kegiatan sehari-hari seperti kalimat yang terdiri dari susunan fi’il dan fa’il (jumlah fi’liyah) dan mubtada’ dan khobar (jumlah ismiyah). Metode Snowball Throwing merupakan metode pembelajaran yang dalam proses penggajarannya berupa permainan yang di bentuk secara berkelompok terdapat ketua kelompok untuk mendapatkan tugas dari guru, lalu setiap kelompok membuat pertanyaan dan akan dilempar ke kelompok lain dengan menggunakan bola salju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode snowball throwing dalam menyusun kalimat sederhana bahasa arab. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode snowball throwing mempermudah peserta didik dalam belajar menyusun kalimat sederhana. metode snowball throwing bisa menjadi salah satu metode alterative bagi pendidik dalam menyusun kalimat sederhana bahasa arab terutama dalam tingkatan pemula.

Abstract

The Jurumiah Book, is one of the reference books in Arabic grammar learning which is commonly used in Islamic boarding schools. All students are required to learn Arabic grammar as a basis for their ability to read the yellow books which are the references in learning at the Islamic boarding school. The focus of this research relates to the preparation of qawaid learning materials in the Jurumyiah book. This study aims to describe the composition of the qawaid nahwiyah learning material in the al-jurumyiah book written by ibn needle or known as ash-shanhaji. This research is descriptive quantitative research using content analysis method. The results of the study show that the Jurumyah book is included in the group of conceptual types of material. The preparation of the material is in accordance with the principles of material development and is adaptable to changes in the learning paradigm that emphasizes the activeness of students (santri) who study it.

Abstract

Learning media has an important role in the teaching and learning process, but in reality there are still many learning activities that do not utilize the media optimally. Based on the results of field research, it was found that Arabic language learning at MI Islamiyah Kedungmegaraih Kembangbahu Lamongan did not find interactive learning media and student learning outcomes in mastering Arabic vocabulary were still low. This study aims to develop a power point learning media on vocabulary material and to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed power point learning media. This study was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method which adopted the development of Borg & Gall. The instrument for data collection used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the development of interactive media based on power point includes three main things, namely: media, material and language. in aspects: 1) media feasibility is 97.2% in the "very feasible" category, 2) material feasibility aspect with "very feasible" with a percentage of 92.8%, 3) language feasibility aspect with a percentage of 95% in the "very feasible" category.

Abstract

This study in-depth analyzes the marketing strategies implemented by Sunan Drajat Restaurant, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in an effort to increase revenue in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition. In this digital era, an effective marketing strategy is a determining factor for the success of MSMEs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which involves data collection through direct observation, in-depth interviews with restaurant owners and customers, and documentation analysis related to marketing activities carried out. The results of the study show that Sunan Drajat Restaurant adopts a variety of innovative marketing strategies. One of the key strategies is the utilization of digital marketing through social media, which allows restaurants to reach a wider audience and build interactions with customers. In addition, the restaurant also establishes strategic cooperation with local business partners, such as raw material providers and delivery services, to expand market reach. Improving the quality of services and products, including menu innovation and improving restaurant facilities, is also a key focus in marketing strategies. The implementation of these strategies has proven to be effective in significantly increasing the number of customers and restaurant revenue. This research provides valuable insights for other MSME players in developing adaptive and innovative marketing strategies, in order to increase competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of their business in a competitive market

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka telah diterapkan dibeberapa sekolah, banyaknya kesiapan yang dilakukan satuan pendidikan diantaranya mengadakan kegiatan seminar, pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Pendidik menjadi salah satu komponen bagian dunia pendidikan yang secara langsung terlibat aktif dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi sehingga guru dituntut untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualifikasi akademiknya agar mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik. Bahasa arab merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran muatan lokal pada tingkatan Sekolah Dasar di Korwil Kecamatan Glagah yang mana kebanyakan guru pengampu mata pelajaran tersebut lulusan Pendidikan Agama Islam sehingga kemampuan sebagian besar guru bahasa arab dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berupa Modul Ajar Bahasa Arab belum maksimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan Guru bahasa arab Korwil Kecamatan Glagah dalam memahami serta mampu menyusun Modul Ajar Bahasa Arab Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang berorientasi dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi dan masalah yang ada serta mendorong keikutsertaan atau partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan perubahan tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab serta praktek pembuatan Modul Ajar Bahasa Arab. Manfaat yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain memberikan pendampingan dalam bimbingan teknik penanaman pemahaman kurikulum merdeka, mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran, Tujuan pembelajaran (TP), alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP) pada Modul Ajar.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply examine the strategies used by Arabic language teachers in implementing differentiated learning in the Merdeka Curriculum at Jatirenggo State Elementary School Glagah Lamongan. The background of this study is based on the importance of applying a learning approach that is responsive to the individual learning needs of students in order to create inclusive, adaptive, and student-centered learning. The Merdeka Curriculum provides teachers with the flexibility to design learning that suits the characteristics of students, thus requiring teachers to have specific strategies to manage differentiated learning, especially in the Arabic language subject, which has its own complexities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Arabic language teachers at the institution. The research results show that Arabic language teachers implement three main forms of differentiation strategies, namely content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. Content differentiation is carried out through the presentation of materials that are varied visually and audibly, as well as the use of digital learning media. Process differentiation is implemented through grouping students based on their initial abilities and providing tiered assignments. Meanwhile, product differentiation focuses on giving students the freedom to choose the final form of their assignments, such as creating dialogues, posters, or recordings of conversations. Teachers also adapt their teaching styles based on students' learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).
