Abstract

One individual who has a complex role in his life is a mother, both housewives and working mothers. Up to a certain point, a mother whose main role is as a housekeeper can switch or increase the role of being a working mother. Housewives and working mothers are expected to be able to carry out each role maximally that can provide benefits for themselves and others. This then leads to psychological well-being, which is something everyone wants to have, including women who have roles as housewives or working mothers in Malang. This study aims to determine the differences in psychological well-being of working mothers and housewives. The subjects used in this study were mothers who had the latest junior high school education. All subjects live in the city of Malang and total 60 people. The result of the difference test is Z=0.296 and a significance of 0.767 (p>0.05). This indicates that there is no significant difference in the level of the psychological well-being variable between working and non-working mothers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing increase in cyber bullying and the negative impacts it causes. This research aims to develop a cyberbullying measurement instrument using a mixed methods approach involving three stages. Theme exploration stage, namely the qualitative stage with open questionnaire data collection techniques to explore themes surrounding Cyberbullying. At this stage the data analysis technique applied is open coding (65 participants). The testing stage is the content validity stage where the instrument is assessed by experts using the Aiken formula. This stage also includes factor analysis with an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) approach which helps identify the factorial structure underlying the instrument, relationships between items, and grouping items based on dimensions (270 participants). Scale validation stage where at this stage confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was carried out to test and validate the factorial model identified through EFA (789 Participants). Sampling technique uses convenience sampling technique. The results of the research show that based on the CFA test, the cyber bullying scale showed that all items had loading factor values >0.5 and construct reliability >0.7, as well as AVE results >0.5, so that all the items used were forming factors of the latent variable. The items used are valid and reliable items so they can be relied upon as research measuring tools. Reliable Cyberbullying measurement instruments can more precisely identify cyberbullying behavior and thus can assist in a better understanding of this phenomenon, so that prevention and intervention efforts can be targeted more effectively.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of career guidance and counseling in high schools using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The authors reviewed 26 papers that met the exclusion criteria related to career guidance. Among these, 10 papers were selected based on inclusion criteria relevant to career guidance and counseling in secondary schools during the period 2014-2024. This study aims to identify trends, approaches, and interventions that effectively prepare students for career challenges. The results show that integrating digital technology, culture-based approaches, and hands-on field experience is the primary strategy for improving students' career readiness. However, challenges such as limited resources, gaps in access to technology, and a lack of training for supervisors remain obstacles to implementation. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration is considered essential to create a career guidance system that is adaptive, inclusive, and responsive to global demands. Abstract

Microaggressions are insults to individuals or groups carried out verbally or non-verbally, intentionally or unintentionally, which can have a psychological impact on the individual or group being targeted. Microaggressions have an impact on individual mental health so efforts are needed to prevent student microaggression behavior. So this research aims to: (1) describe the factors that cause student microaggression behavior; (2) constructing TRINGA values in sociodrama techniques to prevent student microaggressions. A literature review is the research method used in this research. The research results show that there are six factors that cause student microaggression behavior, including gender, age, religious stereotypes, perceived inferiority, and non-religious assumptions. TRINGA values can be used by counselors in providing sociodrama technique group guidance services. It is hoped that future researchers can test the effectiveness of TRINGA values in group guidance on sociodrama techniques to prevent junior high school students' microaggressions behavior.

Abstract

Internship programs play a strategic role in bridging academic learning and workplace practice; however, the quality of these programs is often assessed using diverse and fragmented instruments. The absence of standardized and theoretically robust internship quality scales has resulted in inconsistent measurement, limiting cross-study comparability and evidence-based improvements. This study systematically reviews and compares measurement scales that have been used to evaluate the quality of internship programs in educational contexts. Employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework, articles were identified from Scopus and Google Scholar using predefined keywords, screened through identification, eligibility, and inclusion stages, and filtered based on year of publication (2000–2024), focus on internship quality, explicit reference to measurement instruments, and student samples. Twelve empirical studies met the inclusion criteria. The review highlights several key instruments, including the Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS), Internship Quality Inventory (IQI), Questionnaire for Professional Training Evaluation (Q4TE), Vocational Internship Evaluation Scale, and other adapted scales. Findings show that while employee-based instruments (e.g., JDS) capture job characteristics and motivation, education-specific scales (particularly IQI) provide a more comprehensive conceptualization by integrating autonomy, supervision quality, learning opportunities, and social support. Nonetheless, none of the identified scales fully address contextual, cultural, and programmatic variations across institutions. This review contributes a consolidated mapping of internship quality scales, clarifies their strengths and limitations, and underscores the need for developing theoretically grounded, context-sensitive, and standardized instruments for educational settings. Future research should emphasize scale validation across cultures and disciplines and integrate mixed-methods approaches to strengthen construct validity and practical relevance.

Abstract

Dysgraphia features selection remains a challenge. Fisher’s criterion excels at highlighting the discriminative features of dysgraphia but lacks guidance for choosing the optimal number of features. Whereas Hill Climbing shows robust feature selection but often gets trapped in local optima. This study aims to avoid the Hill Climbing trap in local optima when selecting the best dysgraphia feature. Thus, the Fisher-Based Supervised Hill Climbing (FSHC) method is introduced. The contribution of this study is an optimized machine-learning-guided hill-climbing method that uses a classifier on a validation set as the objective function. A plateau mechanism also guided Hill Climbing exploration, not by a single Fisher point but by the neighboring subsets. The dataset used contains the graphomotor slant line task from 119 children aged 8-15 years (47.5% diagnosed with dysgraphia), with 10000 to 50000 data points per user. It is organized into kinematic, spatial, dynamic, and temporal features, yielding 117 sub-features. A stratified 5-fold cross-validation is set for training and testing, reaching 21 features. Comparative test—Linear SVM, SVM RBF, Sigmoid SVM, Polynomial SVM, Random Forest, AdaBoost, KNN, Decision Tree, Gradient Boosting, Gaussian Naive Bayes, and Gaussian Classifier—showed that linear SVM achieves the best performance with a weighted average precision, recall, and F1 score of 0.93. Linear SVM also outperformed the three approaches: no feature selection, the traditional Fisher, and machine-learning-based feature selection (weighted KNN and SVM). It can be concluded that the proposed method is more robust than the state of the art by highlighting key points for avoiding overfitting.

Abstract

Based on an ontological perspective, there is a gap in feature representation and in binary dysgraphia classification using ResNet18, an area that has not been explored simultaneously. Thus, our contribution is an analysis of research on dysgraphia classification using ResNet18 that employs epistemological and axiological approaches. ResNet18 was chosen as the backbone of the proposed framework because it has shortcut connections that can degrade residues into useless features. As a representation of new knowledge, ResNet18 was pre-trained on ImageNet. Classification was tested on challenging word assignments, comprising 145 dysgraphia images and 188 non-dysgraphia images. Epoch trials were conducted to find the best architecture. The results showed that ResNet18 at epoch 10 achieved the best performance in binary classification, with a recall of up to 93.55%. This indicates that ResNet18 is sensitive to recognizing dysgraphia classes. Challenges outlined in this study serve as a foundation for further research.

Abstract

The digital era has transformed how individuals experience romantic relationship dissolution, shifting the mourning process into virtual environments. This study aims to systematically review the dynamics of breakup distress and digital mourning expressions on social media platforms. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, 126 records were identified, with nine studies published between 2020 and 2024 meeting the inclusion criteria. The findings reveal that social media serves an ambivalent role in the grieving process. While these platforms provide a space for emotional catharsis, identity reconstruction, and communal support, they simultaneously prolong emotional attachment through digital archives and algorithmic reminders. Emerging themes such as digital hauntings, the use of griefbots, and resistance to online mourning practices highlight the complexity of contemporary loss. This study concludes that digital grieving is a non-linear and technologically mediated experience that redefines traditional grief models. These results underscore the necessity for adaptive psychological interventions and enhanced digital literacy to foster healthy relational closure in an increasingly connected world.
