Abstract

Office Stationery (ATK) is an item used to do written work such as paper, books, ink, pencils, pens, paper clamps, and others. ATK is a supporting tool that has an important role in implementing the administrative function of a company or agency. The management of ATK procurement in the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) is under the coordination of the Directorate of Infrastructure, Facilities, and Campus Environmental Security (DPSPLK) as a coordination unit at the central level. So far, the procurement of ATK in every work unit in the IPB environment uses a direct purchase method. Direct purchasing methods cause problems and weaknesses, including: (1) price differences between providers for the same goods, (2) the quality of providers varies because each work unit directly selects providers, (3) vulnerability to price manipulation, (4) needed storage space for goods in each unit, (5) management and organization of ATK data are carried out partially in each work unit. Atk data management and organization have not been systemized, making it difficult for DPSPLK to reconcile data. An umbrella contract procurement method (framework contract) is applied to deal with problems in the direct purchase method. Management and organization of unsystematic ATK data, an integrated information system is built to facilitate DPSPLK reconciling data for reporting needs. The information system development method uses the waterfall method and testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) black-box type. This research resulted in the procurement and management application of ATK used by DPSPLK

Abstract

Pada UMKM Defa-shoes membutuhkan solusi efektif untuk mengelola persediaan barang yang saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional atau pencatatan secara manual. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan konvensional memiliki kekurangan yang dimana setiap pencatatan tidak dilakukan dengan terperinci sehingga tingkat akurasi informasi kecil, mengakibatkan resiko ketidakseimbangan persediaan dan ketidaksesuaian tagihan. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sistem pencatatan persediaan berbasis web dengan antarmuka sederhana. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan ke akurasian data, menghindari ketidak seimbangan persediaan dan mempermudah pemantauan stok secara real-time. Melalui teknologi informasi, penulis harapkan sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi detail terkait pemasok, pembelian, barang keluar dan masuk, serta laporan persediaan. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan piranti lunak pendukung dan komputer untuk menangani jumlah data besar. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi seputar keluar masuknya barang secara detail, membantu mengambil keputusan pemenuhan stok barang berdasarkan penjualan dan stok barang yang berada di gudang secara real-time, sehingga dapat membantu memaksimalkan penjualan barang dan meminimalisir kekurangan barang penjualan hingga stok barang yang seimbang baik secara data maupun fisik

Abstract

Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Berbasis AI bagi Santri di Pesantren As Salaam, Ciampea Udik, Bogor bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis ilmiah para santri melalui integrasi teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai tutor pribadi. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup survei awal untuk mengukur pengetahuan dasar santri tentang AI dan keterampilan menulis, pelatihan intensif yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk menilai efektivitas program. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dasar santri tentang AI dan keterampilan menulis berada pada level rendah hingga sedang, dengan skor rata-rata 2,2 dari 5. Setelah pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman struktur penulisan ilmiah dan penggunaan aplikasi AI, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam manajemen referensi dan pemilihan jurnal publikasi. Rekomendasi untuk tahap selanjutnya adalah peningkatan pendampingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi manajemen referensi dan strategi publikasi ilmiah agar santri lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia akademik

Abstract

The problem with the low coverage of health services at puskesmas is partly due to the low performance of health workers who are not yet optimal. This is due to low motivation and discipline of health workers. Based on initial observations of several health workers at the Plus Perbaungan Health Center, it was found that there were problems with the discipline and work motivation of health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the determinant factors (goals and abilities, sanctions, achievement, recognition and responsibility) with the discipline and work motivation of health workers at the Health Center Plus Perbaungan. The research design used in this research is an analytical survey using a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study was all 78 health workers with a sample using a total sampling technique of 78 people. Data collection methods are primary data, secondary and tertiary data. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square statistical test. And what will happen in the study shows that there is a relationship between goals and abilities with a p value (0.000), sanctions p (0.000), firmness p (0.000) and recognition p (0.000) with discipline and work motivation, while achievement p (0.683) and responsibility p (0.577) have no relationship with discipline and work motivation. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between goals and abilities, punishment, firmness and recognition with discipline and motivation, while achievement and responsibility have no relationship with discipline and work motivation in health workers.

Abstract

Work order allocation is one of the problems experienced by PT Indomobil Trada Nasional. Companies need tools to make it easier to allocate work orders effectively, namely an optimal work order scheduling system. Work order allocation data for the last three months was 3,817, with 15 technicians. This work order exceeds the company's target, namely to have a difference of 1.2 work orders per technician daily. These work orders have a priority order in their processing. The work order scheduling method used in this research is the non-preemptive priority scheduling method. The non-preemptive priority scheduling method is used because it can determine which work orders are in the queue and ready to be allocated according to the priority order without disturbing work orders that are being worked on when new work orders arrive. The work order scheduling system that was built provides adequate scheduling time and produces a smaller average waiting time, namely 12.97 minutes.   The average waiting time in the scheduling system without priority non-preemptive scheduling is 52.18, and the difference in average waiting time for the 34 existing work orders is 39.12 minutes. Applying the non-preemptive priority scheduling method helps companies allocate work orders optimally.

Abstract

Currently, world researchers are competing to find the most effective and efficient way to use renewable energy sources, namely energy from sunlight and solar and wind heat or it can be called hybrid energy. The use of this hybrid energy technology can certainly save conventional fuel and reduce the risk of ecosystem damage caused. This study aims to see the energy value resulting from the implementation of a hybrid energy management control system that has been created based on a microcontroller. With the experimental method, the results were obtained that the solar cell voltage value was highest at 11 pm with 28.87 Vdc, then for the voltage of the wind energy was the highest at 27.85 at the 3rd minute at 4 pm. For energy testing of batteries, the results were obtained that if there is only one energy source to charge the battery, it takes 9 hours while if it is a hybrid energy source, it only takes 2.5 hours. This proves that hybrid energy is very effective rather than relying solely on one of the energy sources.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi adalah satuan pendidikan penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi, penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi dapat dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan swasta. Pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggaran oleh swasta disebut dengan PTS (Perguruan Tinggi Swasta). PTS menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi calon mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Di Kota Bogor ada 32 PTS, terdiri dari 4 (empat) universitas, 13 sekolah tinggi, 1 (satu) politeknik, dan 14 Akademi, banyaknya PTS di Kota Bogor membuat persaingan semakin ketat untuk mendapatkan calon mahasiswa. Sementara, bagi calon mahasiswa, memiliki kriteria-kriteria tertentu untuk memilih PTS. Kriteria yang sering digunakan oleh para calon mahasiswa adalah biaya yang terjangkau , lokasi yang strategis, fasilitas yang memadai, jenjang pendidikan yang ditawarkan, program studi yang ditawarkan, dan akreditasi yang dimiliki oleh program studi maupun akreditasi PTS tersebut. Calon mahasiswa dapat lebih mudah mendapatkan rekomendasi PTS mana yang sesuai bagi mereka bila ada sistem yang membantu. Sistem Rekomendasi pemilihan PTS ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP untuk menghitung bobot prioritas PTS untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi. Metode ini cukup objektif untuk proses penilaian berdasarkan hirarki kriteria yang digabungkan dengan konsep fuzzy sesuai kriteria rekomendasi pemilihan PTS.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja atau prestasi pegawai di RSUD Cibinong Bogor dinilai berdasarkan data sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) dan prilaku kerja. Saat ini, pengisian data SKP disusun secara manual oleh pegawai dengan mengisi formulir data sasaran kerja. Selanjutnya data SKP setiap pegawai diolah menggunakan microsoft excel. Penilaian SKP dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara realisasi kerja dengan target kerja yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Proses penilaian ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pejabat penilai. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memperoleh informasi kinerja atau prestasi pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapakan metode SKP dan prilaku kinerja pegawai dalam sistem infromasi penilaian kinerja pegawai. Sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pegawai dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasis website. Sistem informasi mengotomatisasi proses penilaian kinerja menjadi lebih cepat. Selain itu, mempermudah dalam melakukan analisa dan membandingkan realisasi kerja dengan target kerja setiap pegawai. Sistem informasi juga mempermudah pejabat penilai dan atasan pejabat penilai dalam memperoleh infromasi dan mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

A website-based decision support information system for stock selection recommendations is an effort to help stock investors in Indonesia. The Composite Performance Index (CPI) method is a method that can rank (outranking) the final results. This method is also equipped to resolve cases with multiple criteria. The calculation criteria are stock financial ratios, which describe the company's financial performance during a specific period. The types of criteria used are Price to Book Value (PBV), Price to Earning (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE). This research shows that the developed stock recommendation system can produce appropriate stock recommendations to help investors make investment decisions.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the lecture process was carried out online, so it impacted other academic activities such as the preparation of lecture schedules. The results of observations at the Faculty of Engineering and Science found that the practice of lecture schedules was carried out manually, such as the schedule coordination process was carried out face-to-face between study programs, faculties, and lecturers to overcome conflicts in the use of rooms and teaching time. Changes in the teaching schedule need to be re-checked on the use of the room and the lecturer's teaching time because it has not been documented with the information system. Hence, this study aims to build an information system for preparing lecture schedules using the Greedy Best First Search Method based on the willingness of lecturers to teach. The system was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) and testing using BlackBox testing. The results of this study succeeded in building a lecture scheduling information system that was able to generate lecture schedules automatically and quickly without having to coordinate face-to-face to support online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
