Abstract

This study aims to describe the knowledge and application of this knowledge about the types of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Research location in Pinilih Village, Dimembe Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampleselection is done intentionally, namely the community members who plant medicinal plants in their homeyard. Primary data collection conducted by direct interviews with 20 community members withthe help of a list of questions. Secondary data were obtained from the Pinilih Village Office, University Library, and the Internet. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that respondents had knowledge of the types of medicinal plants and knew their benefits. There were those who know the uses of medicinal plants without using or applying them and there were also not only knowing but also applying their knowledge. Knowledge about types of medicinal plants and their benefits and how to use them is applied in family life because it is a legacy from the family therefore that has been used for a long time and is still used until today. The types of medicinalplants of this family are not only planted in the yard but also in the garden.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the role of women as wage earners in the family as horticulture traders in Modoinding Sub-District. This research was conducted in October 2019 until January 2020. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sample selection method used the purposive sampling. Primary data collection was obtained through direct interviews using a questionnaire to 13 respondents, who are married, still have a husband and are a native of Modoinding. Secondary data were obtained from literature, official sources from related institutions, and other sources related to this research. Data analysis used the calculation of wife's income as horticultural traders, husband and children. The results showed that, the income of women horticultural traders could add to the economy in the family. The income earned by women horticultural traders per month is IDR. 1,500,000 - up to IDR. 5,500,000, - with work time per day from 8 hours to 17 hours. More income was generated from the wife's income as a trader with more time spent by the wife than the husband. So it can be said that the wife is the main breadwinner in the family. The research was 60% of children with income less than IDR. 2,000,000 - Income of more than IDR. 2,000,001 to IDR. 3,000,000 a month wass 20%, and income above IDR. 4,000,001 a month was 20%.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to see how much the contribution of housewives who sell accessories to family income in the Bukit Kasih Kanonang area. This research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with accessories selling respondents using a questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from literature and previous research. The method of determining the sample is using purposive sampling method. Retrieval of respondent data, namely housewives who still have husbands, have dependents and who work more than 10 days a month. The results showed that The contribution of the accessories selling housewives' income to family income is 33.81% of the total family income. And if seen from the age of the most respondents are aged 41-46 years, if you look at the education level of the most respondents are at the junior high school education level, if you look at the number of dependents of the respondent, the largest number of dependents is the number of dependents 2, if you look at the length of work of the respondent then It can be seen that the most respondents' length of work is 1-5 years, if seen from the highest number of working days of respondents, namely 16 working days in a month and when viewed based on the husband's job, the highest contribution of housewives is work as a photographer, with a percentage of 65.51%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon City which consists of cooperation, accommodation, and assimilation. This research was conducted from May to March January. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 10 respondents consisting of KSB and all members of the Sehati Farmer Group using a questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from BP3K, literature, and previous research related to this study. Methods of data collection were carried out using a survey, and measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that, the level of social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kelurahan Kakaskasen Dua Tomohon City from the accommodation cooperation variable, the assimilation was 84.72%. Generally classified as Very Good. In particular, the level of interaction in the Sehati farmer group for the very good category, namely the accommodation variable was 85.33% and the assimilation variable was 89.83%. For the good category, namely the cooperation variable, amounting to 77.5%. The results showed that the social interaction of the Sehati farmer groups was very good except for the good cooperation. The results of the Likert analysis show that social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kakaskasen Dua Subdistrict, Tomohon City reaches 84.72% which means that it is in the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service "Bakso Solo". This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 44 respondents using a questionnaire. The data collection method was carried out using accidental sampling techniques. Data collection regarding customer satisfaction is carried out using a Likert scale measurement. Secondary data obtained from these efforts which are related to this research. The results showed that, the level of consumer satisfaction of the restaurant "Bakso Solo" in the city of Manado was 78.64% or consumers were in the "Satisfied" category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors causing the conversion of agricultural lands in Koha Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from November 2019 to July 2020. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with respondents using questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from previous research literature. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The method of determining the sample using the Purposive Sampling method. Respondents taken are land owners who convert agricultural land functions. The results showed that the conversion of agricultural land was influenced by 2 factors, namely (1) External Factors, where the high selling price of land was influenced by the strategic location of the land because the land was intended for tourist attractions so that the selling price was high. (2) Other internal factors, where some respondents use the proceeds from the sale for business capital and some respondents transfer the function of their agricultural land because there is no one to take care of it and the respondent's education level is influential in the negotiation process for selling agricultural land.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages of vegetable stalls before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Liwas, Ranomuut Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City. Located close to the Office of Religious Affairs in Paal Dua District. The time of conducting the research in September 2020 to November 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from 4 respondents (traders) and using a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Secondary data were obtained from books, internet, journals and other sources related to the problems in this study. The analysis used is profit analysis. The results showed that profits decreased during the pandemic with the average profit earned before the pandemic was Rp 134.137 and the average profit during the pandemic was Rp 35.896.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the income of organic carrots and non-organic carrots farming in Kumelembuai Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This study was conducted in May 2021. By using purposive and using primary and secondary data. So getting the respondents as many as 60 people were divided into 20 farmers organic carrots and 40 farmers of non-organic carrots. Based on the research results can be seen that the carrot farm income organic amounting to Rp. 22,686,838 and non-organic carrot farming income of Rp. 53,195,359. So it can be concluded that the income of organic carrot farming is smaller than that of non-organic carrot farming. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that organic carrot farming can use manure or other organic fertilizers to increase their production, especially income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out what and how to empower the fishing farmer community in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency for 3 months from January to March 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the research field through a list of questions. Secondary data is data obtained from the village government, as well as scientific papers related to research. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the number of respondents as many as 15 people who are fishermen farmers. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of the research, it is known that fishing farmers are involved in community empowerment activities by the Village Government, either through the application of seaweed cultivation, training in making meatballs, and additional efforts to tailor clothes and boat manufacture, and they continue to develop according to the skills they have. in various sectors so that the economy rebounds.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the dynamism in the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District. This research was conducted during June-August 2021. In Rurukan I Village , East Tomohon District, the data used in this study were primary data and sequence data. Primary data were obtained through the method of direct interviews with the Esa Tarendem farmer group using a list of questions / (questionnaires). Meanwhile, secondary data was taken from the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District. The results of this study show that the dynamism of the Esa Tarendem Farmer Group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District, is very dynamic. Where the results of the total alignment score of 263 and the percentage of 97.3 so that they are categorized dynamically. Mathematically, the calculation of Group Dynamics by summing all the total scores from variable measurement indicators. The total score obtained is 263. From the total score obtained, the calculation of the percentage of score acquisition is carried out, namely by sharing the score. The percentage calculation is as follows, the percentage of score gain = 876.4/9=97.3.
