Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community participation and to analyze the relationship between internal and external factors with the level of community participation in the management of mangrove protected forests in Sarawet Village, Likupang Timur District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from December 2021 to February 2022. The selection of respondents was carried out by accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaire-based interviews with 76 people. Secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely the Old Law Office of Sarawet Village, North Minahasa Regency. Secondary data was also obtained through the internet using Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research, namely Community Participation in Mangrove Protected Forest Management. The results showed that the level of community participation in Sarawet Village, East Likupang District in the planning, implementation, utilization and evaluation stages was low and the relationship between internal and external factors on community participation as a whole had a significant relationship with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.01.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profitability and feasibility of S2R Farming hydroponic vegetable farming in Warukapas Village, Tatelu District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months, from March to April 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis used is the analysis of farm profits by calculating the difference between revenue and production costs in one production for 40 days and analyzing the feasibility of the R/C ratio and calculating the Break Event Point (BEP) of S2R Farming. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews between researchers and business owners, through observation and interviews using direct questionnaires at the S2R Farming research location. Secondary data obtained from books, internet, thesis, journals and other sources. The results showed that the profit of S2R Farming vegetable farming in one production for 40 days was Rp 7,423,427,05, with an R/C value of 2,060. The Break Even Point (BEP) value of S2R Farming vegetable farming is Rp 3,388,769.13. The amount of production that must be obtained by S2R Farming vegetable farming in Warukapas Village in order to break even is 247 packs of pakcoy vegetables and 223 packs of lettuce. So that S2R Farming vegetable farming in Warukapas Village is profitable and feasible to work on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the revenue from Land and Building Title Transfer Duty (BPHTB) based on the Property Tax Selling Value of Tax Object (NJOP PBB) with the Land Value Zone (ZNT) Map and to analyze the percentage of potential increase in BPHTB revenue based on the Land Value Zone Map in Central Tomohon  District, Tomohon City. This research was carried out in Central Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province, which was carried out for 2 (two) months, starting from March to April 2020. The data used in this study were secondary data in the form of data on local revenue from the property tax in 2018. In addition, the data collected were the 2018 Tomohon City ZNT map; List of Tax Assessment Associations (DHKP) in Central Tomohon District in 2019; Administrative Map of Central Tomohon District; and Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights in 2019. The method used in this research was  descriptive quantitative method and analyzed and described using statistical methods. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method. The population in this study were all tax objects imposed by BPHTB inCentral  Tomohon  District, Tomohon City, a total of 74 areas of tax objects. The results showed that there was a significant difference between BPHTB receipts based on the NJOP and BPHTB revenues based on the ZNT map in Central Tomohon  District, Tomohon City, where from the test results, the BPHTB acceptance value based on the ZNT map map was greater than the BPHTB revenue value based on the NJOP. With these results, it is suggested to the Tomohon City Government to immediately optimize the use of the ZNT map as an instrument in determining market value in order to increase the potential for BPHTB revenue in Tomohon City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of mustard greens farming "pakcoy" in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District. This research was conducted for 2 months, from August to October 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by means of a survey through the face-to-face stage using a questionnaire which contained a list of questions regarding the identity of the respondent, the input and output of the "pakcoy" mustard spoon farming. Secondary data obtained from books or literature related to the problem under study. The results showed that the total production of mustard spoon "pakcoy" obtained in one harvest of mustard spoon "pakcoy" was 759.09 Kg with a cultivated area of 0.162 Ha. The price that applies to farmers is IDR21,818/10Kg. The total costs incurred by farmers in one harvest of the mustard spoon "pakcoy" average IDR609,741. The total income of the "pakcoy" spoon mustard farmers in this business averages IDR1,381,818. The total income of mustard greens farmers with an average "pakcoy" spoon is IDR772,077 and the results of the R/C ratio analysis in one harvest show that the "pakcoy" spoon mustard farming is profitable for farmers so that it can be continued and developed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction at tourist attractions Melby'LS Tomohon City. This research was conducted in September 2022. The data used in this research consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 50 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained through tour owners, the internet and other sources related to this research. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction at the Melby'LS tourist spot from the product, price, service and emotional variables was 74.43% of the consumers at the Melby'LS tourist spot were satisfied (P) with the product, price, service and emotion applied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the carrying capacity of residential land in Manado City by using the Building Coverage concept according to Muta'ali (2012) and based on the Regulation of the State Minister for Public Housing Number 11 of 2008 (PERMEN No.11 Tahun 2008). This research was conducted in Manado City North Sulawesi Province, which was carried out from March to May 2023. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method was carried out using the Field Research Method, Institutional Survey and Literature Survey. The data analysis method used in this study is using two formulas, namely based on the Building Coverage concept and the Regulation of the State Minister for public Housing Number 11 of 2008 (PERMEN No. 11 Tahun 2008). The results of the study show that the carrying capacity of residential land in Manado City by using the Building Coverage concept (Liputan Bangunan) is 35%. This means that the availability of space in Manado City is generally good or there is still a lot of space that can be used for settlements. While sub-district that has the largest percentage of carrying capacity of residential land using the Building Coverage formula is Sario District at 94.81%, whereas the lowest percentage is in Mapanget District at 6.15%. The value of the Carrying Capacity of Residential Land (DDPm) in Manado citybased on the classification of the Regulation of the State Minister for Public Housing Number 11 of 2008 (PERMEN No. 11 Tahun 2008) is 10.51, which indicated that the DDPm value is > 1. This can be concluded that the carrying capacity of Residential land in Manado City is high and still able to accommodate people for living.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of tomato farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from December 2022 to January 2023. The location of the research was Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The data collection methods used in the research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that all indicators of tomato development in Tambelang Village have strengths to develop. It can be seen from the results of the analysis on the SWOT matrix that the coordinates are 0.36 - 0.5, which shows that these coordinates are in quadrant 1, namely supporting the growth strategy, which means being in very favorable conditions. It is said to be very profitable because it has strengths so that it can take advantage of business opportunities to be managed in the best way with a strategy to support significant growth (Growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from March to May 2023. The research was conducted in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. The data used were collected from primary data through surveys and direct interviews with farmers and using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from previously documented data, both in the form of data from the Tomohon City BPP office and sources obtained from the internet. Sampling using simple random sampling method, which was taken from Sweet Corn farmers in Wawo Plantation Tomohon City as many as 51 farmers. The research data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis method to determine the total cost, revenue and income. The income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City was Rp13,107,131 per farmer per growing season and Rp7,461,444 per hectare per growing season where this amount was obtained from the total revenue of Rp18,900,000 per farmer per growing season and Rp10,444,000 per hectare per growing season minus the total cost of Rp5,792,869 per farmer per growing season and Rp2,982,556 per hectare per growing season from this amount of income shows sweet corn farming is profitable.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate and analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Mongkoinit Village, Lolak District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months, from May 2023 to July 2023 starting from preparation to preparation of a research report The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with paddy rice farmers, while secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research.The sample used is purposive sampling (intentionally). Farmers who were sampled were 10 respondents Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the average income of paddy rice farming obtained by farmers in Mongkoinit Village was Rp. 207,500,000 with an average income per hectare of Rp. 20,750,000 The average cost of paddy rice farming costs IDR 115,111,750. With an average cost per farmer of Rp. 11,511,750. Thus, the average rice farming income earned by farmers in 1 planting season in Mongkoinit Village is Rp. 92,388,250 with an average farmer income of Rp. 9,238,825 R/C Ratio, which is 1.80 which is greaterthan 1, indicating that this lowland rice farming is profitable and feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

Pelatihan Teknologi Pengolahan Kulit Buah Naga Merah Pada Pembuatan Es Krim Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Pkk Kelurahan Meras Kecamatan Bunaken merupakan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). Kelurahan Meras Kecamatan Bunaken Kota Manado adalah salah satu kelurahan yang terdapat di pinggiran Kota Manado, memiliki keragaman hasil pertanian dan perkebunan diantaranya perkebunan kelapa. Beberapa masalah mitra antara lain: sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, teknologi informasi, kurang ilmu pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kurang semangat dan tidak mau berusaha, tidak ada modal, kelembagaan dan manajemen tidak tau. Masalah ini yang harus diatasi dan dicari solusi dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di mitra. Solusi yang akan ditawarkan antara lain dengan memberikan informasi berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada kelompok mitra seperti jalur kelompok Ibu-Ibu PKK yang ada di kelurahan Meras. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat yaitu bentuk sosialisasi bentuk ceramah, diskusi, dan melaksanakan pelatihan. Inovasi hasil olahan Santan kelapa dibuat es krim dengan penambahan ekstak kulit buah naga merah yang mengandung antioksidan, terbuang sebagai sampah /limbah. Diversifkasi santan kelapa masih kurang di gali, dengan adanya pelatihan ada inovasi prosuk santan yang kaya gizi. Bahan baku yang tersedia serta mudah didapat secara ekonomi akan memberi nilai tambah (value added), serta membuka peluang bisnis dan pelaku usaha petani kelapa kedepannya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat.
