Abstract

A tourist destination is a certain geographical area or area within one or more  administrative areas that is distinct and has an element of tourist attraction. At  this  time  many  tourist  spots  do  promotions  with  marketing  communications.  Marketing communication is a means used by companies in an effort to inform,  persuade, and remind consumers both directly and indirectly about the products  and brands they sell. The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing  communication strategies, marketing communication constraints, and marketing  communication solutions that occur at Hutan Bambu Tourism Sites. This study  used  a  qualitative  approach  with  a  descriptive  method.  The  data  were  collected  by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated  that the marketing promotion activities carried out by the Hutan Bambu Manager  have not gone well, the indicator is because of the limited budget they have so  Marketing Promotion activities  cannot  be  carried out  optimally.

Abstract

In  communicating  the  right  strategy  is  needed  so  that  the  purposeof  communication  can  be  achieved  well.  Communication  is  donewithout  the  resulting  strategy  many  errors  in  the  actualization  ofthe  information  obtained.  Strategy  communication  is  not  only  theformulation  of  concepts  and  implementation,  more  than  thatstrategy communication is carried out in stages with a clear goal.  There  are  6  stages  communication  strategy  is  the  source,message,  channel,  receiver,  effect  and  feedback.  As  An  AnalysisOf  Communication Strategies In The Implementation Of Training  Use  of  Grab  Merchant  application  at  PT.  GrabTechnology  Indonesia.  Is  a  training  program,  the  training  needsto  pay  attention to  management  or  management.  Management  is  important  so  thattraining  objectives  can  be  achieved  to  the  maximum.  As  withmanagement  in general, management  training programs related  tothe  activities  of  the  Trident,  namely  planning,  implementation,  andevaluation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous literature as a support for the arguments being discussed. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from BUMN leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The conclusion in this research show that the Transglobal Leadership variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance can be proven. This is due to the P-Values which are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.001. This is because the Intelligence of the Leader and the Wisdom of the Leader in creating policies that can facilitate employee tasks can ultimately improve Employee Performance. In addition, in the next hypothesis, the Employee Involvement variable can strengthen the influence of the Transglobal Leadership variable on Employee Performance. This is because the same thing, namely the P-Values value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses can be accepted.  Keywords: Transglobal Leadership,  Employee Performance, Employee Engagement

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the marketing mix strategy of goods at PT Amita Mandiri Setu Bekasi Branch. The method used was descriptive qualitative with the data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that PT Amita Mandiri, Setu Bekasi Branch, combines elements in marketing that are emphasized on the 4Ps. The product of PT Amita Mandiri Branch Setu Bekasi is bottled drinking water of various sizes and brands. The price offered is affordable for retailers, semi wholesalers with the place in a strategic location on the side of the road. Promotion is carried out directly by word of mouth, and personal selling. PT Amita Mandiri Setu Bekasi Branch also implements STP (segmenting, targeting, positioning) judging from determining the offer, and understanding the needs and interests of customers. In setting a target market, it can be seen from the company evaluating market segments, selecting market segments, and being able to generate customer value, the positioning is from planning a position that can differentiate products from other products but in reality, there is no difference. This is because the company sells the same product as competitors' products. This strategy has succeeded in increasing sales volume, as evidenced by sales volume data in March-April 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Honda cars (Case study at PT. Nusantara Mobil International Bekasi branch). The research method used is a quantitave method. Data collecting technique used is in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this research is users/buyers of Honda cars at PT. Nusantara Mobil International Bekasi branch. The sampling technique in this study is non-probablity sampling with accidental sampling method. Samples are 85 samples. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics Software version 24. The results showed the effect of product quality had an influence on purchasing decisions for Honda cars by 40,5%. Meanwhile price has and effect of 48,4% on purchasing decisions for Hnda cars. The variables of product quality and price affecr the purchasing decision variable simultaneously with a value of 52%. Product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda cars at PT. Nusantara Mobil International Bekasi Branch.

Abstract

The marketing strategy is one of the strategies chosen by culinary entrepreneurs to develop their culinary business. The culinary business in East Bekasi has developed quite rapidly. Up to now, the competition of culinary business in East Bekasi is so tight that the number of crushed crispy chicken food outlets is growing continually, such as the competitor next to Geprek Bensu Pengasinan, namely I Am Geprek Bensu. Geprek Bensu is a fast food franchise of Crushed Crispy Chicken, owned by actor Ruben Onsu as the CEO of PT Onsu Pangan Perkasa (OPP) which was established on April 17, 2017. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the research to be analyzed, the Marketing Strategy carried out by Geprek Bensu Pengasinan in the culinary business competition has been relatively good as evidenced by the existence of clear food and beverage menu products and supportive promotional strategies. However, there were also some notes such as higher price for its food menu, inadequate facilities and ineffective services.

Abstract

Regional autonomy and decentralization arrangements give authority to each region in its independence to increase potential and realize people’s welfare. One of the highly developed regional potentials is regional taxes, where currently the regulation is based on Law no. 28 of 2009. In terms of people’s welfare, the law mandates the allocation of funds in a certain amount for the development of tax sector activities that are collected, this policy, the amount of which is allocated is 50% of the proceeds and is used for public health services and law enforcement. The phenomenon in this study is seen from the production of cigarettes and people who actively smoke. I think it can contribute great value to tax revenues. Cigarette axcise rates that are quite large can have an impact on local tax revenues obtained from earmarking taxes from the province. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the tax fund allocation policy for cigarette taxes in Bekasi Regency which is intended for health services and law enforcement. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe and explore the problem phenomena which are the focus of this research in depth. The results of this study are the application of the cigarette tax allocation policy in Bekasi district to the compliance of executors, in this case, it is by the  provisions,  but the allocation has not been maximized, the realization of the desired performance and its impact. Also not optimal.

Abstract

Basically, human resources are resources that are needed by an organization. Because, human resources are resources that play an active role in the course of an organization and the decision-making process. The right man on the right place, will lead an organization to maximum performance results and reduce errors in tasks or work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of HR management at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Tambun Branch, Bekasi Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research.   The results of this study based on the analysis carried out productivity have been good, where in the adequacy indicator efforts have been made with training, employee efficiency is still not good with performance and facilities that are still not good but reward mechanisms have been implemented to improve performance, in the infikator accuracy is still not good, where the level of employee discipline towards compliance that is still lacking for responsiveness is good,  Various trainings and bimtek have been carried out to improve employee responsiveness, the level of similarity is quite good because the training has been adjusted to the needs in the field. The obstacles that occur in PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Tambun Branch, Bekasi Regency are employee indiscipline and non-compliance with the rules that have been set at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Tambun Branch, Bekasi Regency and the placement of employees at the time of recruitment is not based on the educational background or skills possessed by the employee. The efforts made by PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Tambun Branch, Bekasi Regency are to Provide training in accordance with the employee's job desk in an effort to improve skills in addition to employee disciplinary efforts with the My Bhagasasi application for attendance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the influence of education and training to increasing of employee competence at Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City. This study used quantitative research method. The data was collected from questionnaire and literature. The population in this study is Government Employees at the Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City. Sampling technique used in this study is total sampling with sample totalled 58 samples. Result of this study identified that education and training at the Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City has significant influence to increasing employees competence.
