Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan agar siswa SMA dapat mengatasi sampah organik yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu siswa juga diajarkan untuk memanfaatkan sampah anorganik menjadi barang yang bermanfaat. Isu tentang sampah, menjadi alasan mengapa topik sampah anorganik di lingkungan sekolah. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode penyuluhan, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun yang ikut dalam program ini sebenayak 50 siswa SMA Alikhlas kota Bekasi. Hasil kegiatan siswa mampu mengolah sampah menjadi barang yang dapat diguakan di sekolah. Siswa mendapat nilai yang cukup baik dalam memahami materi. Kegiatan ini sebaiknya dapat menjadi kegiatan rutin, agar hasil yang diperoleh maksimal. Kegiatan dapat dilakukan per semester agar siswa ikut berpartisipasi untuk menjaga kebersihan serta memanfaatkan sampah anorganik.

Abstract

To Developing rural ecotourism business requires actors  with good entrepreneurial capacity. The factors that cause the formation of entrepenership in individuals of ecotourism villages in Indonesia are not yet known. This  study aimed to analyze examine the internal factors that build entrepreneurial capacity in rural ecotourism. The research location was in four tourism villages in Bogor Regency, namely Ciasihan, Sirnajaya, Watesjaya and Pabuaran Villages Individuals who manage natural resources, innovate and take risks in running their business are entrepreneurs and vice versa.The number of respondents was 442. This number is calculated from four selected villages in Bogor regency where sampling uses purposive sampling which were divided into two groups, namely the entrepreneurial group of 240 respondents and the non-entrepreneurial group of 202 respondents . Primary data were obtained through filling out a list of questions by respondents using a closed-ended questionnaire by applying “the one score one indicator scoring system pattern”. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner based on the average value of each indicator . To know the variables that have a significant effect on rural ecotourism entrepreneurship needed an analysis of the quality relationship between variables carried out using logistic regression analysis.The results showed that the significant variables that influenced rural ecotourism entrepreneurship are: 1) openness, 2) achievement motivation, 3) closed mindset, 4) innovative 5) efficient, 6) open mindset, and 7) locus of control. A qualitative approach is carried out by entering rural communities with observations and interviews, to find out the behavior and internal variables that exist in individual rural communities that form entrepreneurship.The largest Odds Ratio value was on the openness variable with a score of 3.242, which meant that if individuals in tourist villages had an openness attitude, they would tend to have entrepreneurship  3.242 times higher than those who did not have an openness attitude. Entrepreneurship in tourist villages is very important to create ecotourism businesses that can change rural resources into added value. Rural communities need to be understood fromtheir individual behavior as forming businesses in the field of rural ecotourism.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship aspect will determine the success of the development and development of rural ecotourism. Rural ecotourism products and services must be created and packaged by entrepreneurs in an attractive and highly competitive manner so that tourists are interested in consuming them. This study aimed to analyze the external factors that affect entrepreneurial capacity in rural ecotourism. The research location was in four tourist villages in Bogor Regency, namely Ciasihan, Sirnajaya, Watesjaya and Pabuaran Villages. Primary data was obtained through filling out a list of questions by respondents using a closed-ended questionnaire by applying the “one score one indicator scoring” system pattern . Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner based on the average value of each criterion/indicator. Analysis of causality between variables is carried out using logistic regression analysis. The results show that the external factors that significantly affect the performance of rural ecotourism entrepreneurship are dominated by social aspects (seven factors) and some aspects of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, namely 1) market, 2) finance and 3) business culture. The highest odds ratio is in the social interaction variable, which is 5.459, while the lowest odds ratio is in the group solidarity variable, which is 0.323. With the odds ratio of social interaction of 5.459, it can be interpreted that if social interaction in the tourist village increases, it will tend to cause the success in  entrepreneurship  5.459 times higher than in the absence of social interaction.

Abstract

Abstrak:Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran penting strategi pemasaran canvassing dan bazaar dalam mendukung pengembangan dan jangkauan pasar usaha rumah tangga mikro di Indonesia. Berdasarkan wawasan dari program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Cileungsi, Bogor, makalah ini merinci konsep, manfaat, langkah-langkah implementasi, dan strategi yang berhasil untuk partisipasi canvassing dan bazaar. Program ini bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku usaha mikro rumah tangga dengan metode pemasaran yang efektif dan terjangkau untuk mengatasi tantangan pemasaran tradisional dan meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan persiapan dan eksekusi yang tepat, strategi ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kehadiran pasar, hubungan pelanggan, dan kinerja penjualan usaha mikro rumah tangga, seperti yang ditunjukkan melalui aplikasi praktis dan studi kasus.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for MSME actors and the local government to provide solutions for limited capital, limited professional human resources, and limited access to information in order to measure market opportunities for both the government of Bogor Regency and MSME actors in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The quantitative data used is secondary data, namely MSME actors in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency and data obtained from the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Bogor Regency. The data analysis method used is the K-Means and Clustering method. This study is based on the researchers' ideas supported by secondary data used as the basis for determining the MSME Clusters in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The result of this study is that it groups Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency into 3 clusters using the K-means clustering method. The result of this study is that it classifies Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency into 3 clusters using the K-means clustering method. The calculations show that Cileungsi Kidul Village is included in cluster 1, which is the high cluster, Cileungsi Village is in cluster 2, which is the medium cluster, and Cipenjo Village, Cipeucang Village, Dayeuh Village, Limus Nunggal Village, Mampir Village, Pasir Angin Village, and Setusari Village are in cluster 3, which is the low cluster. These districts will receive government attention regarding the determination of marketing strategies to develop the market based on the priority levels of each cluster.
