Abstract

Keberadaan Unit Penjaminan Mutu telah banyak memberikan arah dan kebijakan dalam membangun budaya mutu di 6 (enam) Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yakni Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasi 7 Program Studi, Universitas Quality Berastagi 9 Program Studi, Universitas Satya Terra Bhinneka 6 Program Studi, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara 14 Program Studi, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indonesia 11 Program Studi dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Sehat Medan 5 Program Studi dengan jumlah keseluruhan 52 Program Studi. Namun demikian masih terdapat sejumlah 96% Program Studi yang terakreditasi C atau Baik, dengan rincian Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasi 86%, Universitas Quality Berastagi 100%, Universitas Satya Terra Bhinneka 100%, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara 100%, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indonesia 91% dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Sehat Medan 100% sangat perlu ditingkatkan menjadi peringkat akreditasi Unggul atau Sangat Baik. Diyakini bahwa upaya peningkatan peringkat akreditasi dan budaya mutu Program Studi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip peningkatan standar SPMI secara berencana dan berkelanjutan melalui implementasi PPEPP. Selanjutnya melalui intervensi bantuan dana dari Pemerintah Pusat dan Pendampingan dari PT Pembina, komitmen penerapan pendekatan siklus PPEPP terutama tentang evaluasi, pengendalian dan peningkatan standar SPMI. Sehingga tujuan pengajuan program bantuan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas Program Studi berkemampuan meningkatkan budaya mutu dengan target akreditasi berperingkat unggul. Program kegiatan yang akan dijalankan adalah Diseminasi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi, Perancangan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal di Perguruan Tinggi, Implementasi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal, Pengelolaan Data dan Informasi terkait Penjaminan Mutu, Tata Kelola Akademik, dan Rencana Tindak Lanjut. Hasil yang diharapkan prodi binaan mencapai peningkatan kualitas akreditasi unggul. Serapan pendanaan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai kegiatan pembinaan adalah sebesar Rp.387.775.043,- (Tiga ratus delapan puluh tujuh juta tujuh ratus tujuh puluh lima ribu empat puluh tiga rupiah).

Abstract

Jumlah Auditor Mutu Internal pada 6 (enam) Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yakni Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasi, Universitas Quality Berastagi, Universitas Satya Terra Bhinneka, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indonesia, serta Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Sehat Medan masih minim, sehingga dilaksanakannya Pelatihan Calon Auditor Mutu Internal ini yang didanai oleh “Program Bantuan Pembinaan SPMI di Perguruan Tinggi Tahun 2024 Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi” dengan Nomor Kontrak:001/E2/PPK/SPK/SPMI/2024 tanggal 12 Agustus 2024 dengan Nilai Kontrak RP. 396.303.000,- (“Tiga ratus Sembilan puluh enam juta tiga ratus tiga ribu rupiah“). Dengan diadakannya Praktik Baik Implementasi SPMI, “Program Bantuan Pembinaan SPMI di Perguruan Tinggi Tahun 2024“, yang salah satu kegiatannya adalah Pelatihan Calon Auditor Mutu Internal diyakini dapat sebagai salah satu pendorong peningkatan peringkat mutu akreditasi Program Studi dan Perguruan Tinggi Peserta Program melalui implementasi PPEPP. Selanjutnya melalui intervensi bantuan dana dari Pemerintah Pusat dan Pendampingan dari PT Pembina, komitmen penerapan pendekatan siklus PPEPP terutama tentang evaluasi Standar SPMI. Jumlah Auditor yang lulus pada Pelatihan Calon Auditor Mutu Internal ini sebanyak 28 orang Auditor dari 30 peserta calon Auditor.

Abstract

The Inventory management at SD yayasan Perguruan Gajah Mada has been carried out manually using paper-based records, which often leads to several issues such as delays in data retrieval, risk of data loss, and inaccuracies in Inventory reports. These conditions affect the effectiveness of managing the school’s facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to develop a School Inventory Management Information System that facilitates recording, managing, and reporting inventory more effectively, efficiently, and accurately by applying Unified Modelling Language (UML) in the system design process. The research adopts a research and development (R&D) approach, consisting of system requirements analysis, system design using UML (use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, and sequence diagram), system implementation, and testing using the black-box method to ensure proper system functionality. The inventory management information system developed using UML at SD Yayasan Perguruan Gajah Mada proves to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in managing school inventory. This system is expected to provide a sustainable solution in supporting the management of educational facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of activities within a company will increase the complexity of business processes with transactional data that will increase from time to time. This is also experienced in health services, which are health service institutions for the community and certainly involve a lot of data in their operations. Starting from the registration process, medical/paramedical examinations, hospitalization, purchasing drugs, laboratories, etc. These data certainly require a container that can be used to manage the data needed in the transaction. So that later these data can be easily integrated and processed into a useful output. Database as one of the media that can be used to accommodate all supporting data. By using a database, and the features of a Database Management System (DBMS) can help companies carry out their operations more effectively and efficiently. The research method used refers to the analysis and design. In the method of analysis, literature studies are carried out from various supporting sources and observations of samples of research objects. Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan sistem informasi berbasis komputer di era globalisasi saat ini terasa berkembang sangat cepat. . Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan teknologi komputer sangat bermanfaat bagi dunia industri dan sektor pelayanan masyarakat seperti perkantoran baik pemerintah maupun swasta karena akan menghasilkan keakuratan data, efisiensi dan tentunya efektifitas pekerjaan sehingga menghasilkan output yang maksimal. Abstract

The Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE) government rule, that is currently a matter of public concern, was implemented in 2021. Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE) highlights the community's pros and cons. Twitter and YouTube are social media that facilitate direct user expression. The material offered on social media platforms Twitter and YouTube is likewise quite diversified. Therefore, an automatic approach for topic detection is required, such as Mini Batch K-means Clustering, which facilitates user access to information. This study employs the Mini Batch method, which utilizes just a limited set of data for the clustering procedure. Based on testing with the Sum of Squared Error, this study's clustering results for tweet data including the phrase Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE) produced 12 cluster groups. The clustering results will be represented using Word Cloud, and the system will display the percentage of words based on Word Cloud.
