Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga konsistensi mutu produk, khususnya pada industri bata ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja proses dan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko penyebab cacat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Six Sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), dikombinasikan dengan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai tingkat sigma proses produksi bata ringan periode Januari – Desember 2024 sebesar 3,905, yang artinya bahwa proses produksi bata ringan di PT NBI sudah memenuhi atau melebihi standar rata-rata kualitas di Indonesia. Jenis reject dominan dari hasil analisis diagram pareto yaitu pecah, gompal, dan dimensi dengan total persentase reject kumulatif sebesar 91,74%. Berdasarkan perhitungan FMEA-AHP, diperoleh faktor prioritas penyebab cacat yaitu pada jenis reject pecah dan gompal antara lain proses cutting pada penetrasi rendah atau green cake keras dengan nilai RPN sebesar 6,96, proses oiling kurang merata dengan nilai RPN 6,78, adanya gap atau terjadi hentakan antara meja tilting dengan green cake dengan nilai RPN 6,7. Sedangkan pada jenis reject dimensi antara lain operator kurang teliti dengan nilai RPN sebesar 7,11, operator kurang pengecekan dengan nilai RPN 6,56, pengembangan cake pendek dengan nilai RPN 6,37.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions which has six branches, namely in Laweyan, Banjarsari, Solo Baru, Makamhaji, Jebres, Veteran. The number of samples in this study were 171 respondents obtained using purposive sampling. The results showed that Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, and service quality had no partial and insignificant effect, while Electronic Word of Mouth, and location had a partial and significant effect on on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in the Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained a figure of 0.207. So it can be interpreted that purchasing decisions are 20.7% influenced by Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location and 79.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in the traditional food sector requires business actors to increase production capacity. MSME Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco plans to build a larger facility to meet increasing demand. However, the layout planning is still based on rough drawings and experience, which can lead to inefficient material movement. This study aims to provide an overview of recommendations for a more efficient production facility layout using the CRAFT method. The research method involves collecting data on production processes, departmental areas, and material movement frequency. Moreover, an Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) is compiled to identify the close relationships among departments. The results of the analysis are visualized with a Block Plan. Furthermore, the layout is optimized using the CRAFT method. The results show that the recommended layout reduces the total material movement distance from 60.96 meters to 58.19 meters or a reduction of 4.53%. In addition, material handling costs also decreased from Rp. 780.64 to Rp. 766.19 or a savings of 1.85%. Thus, the application of the CRAFT method resulted in a more efficient production layout at the Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco MSME.

Abstract

PT. X is a textile company that produces greige fabric. One of the crucial stages in the greige fabric production process is inspection. Currently, the facility layout of the inspection area at PT X is still suboptimal. This results in longer fabric movement distances and increased time, leading to delivery delays and higher material handling costs. This study aims to design an optimal facility layout in the inspection area using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method and to determine the distances, times, and costs for the proposed layout. In the initial production layout, the fabric movement distance reached 26,130 meters in one working day, and the fabric movement time was 936 minutes. Furthermore, the initial production layout generated a relatively high OMH of Rp 13,742,980 per month. After designing the facility layout using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Blockplan methods, the proposed layout was arranged according to the production process sequence, resulting in a smoother material flow. The proposed layout yields 16,830 meters of fabric movement per workday, 660 minutes of required time, and a monthly OMH of Rp 7,945,622, with an efficiency of 39.32%.

Abstract

Aspek kehalalan produk tidak hanya menjadi perhatian bagi konsumen muslim, tetapi    juga mendapatkan respon yang baik dari konsumen non muslim. Hal tersebut dikarenakan menurut persepsi konsumen, produk yang bersertifikat halal berarti produk tersebut telah memenuhi jaminan kualitas, kebersihan, higienitas, dan keamanan untuk dikonsumsi.Pada penelitian sebelumnya sertifikasi halal ini mampu memperbaiki kinerja operasional dan finansial perusahaan tetapi itu bagi perusahaan besar belum berfokus pada UKM. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan bukti ilmiah dampak penerapan sertifikasi halal terhadap profitabilitas Perusahaan dan kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM khususnya produk makanan di kota Karanyangar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat statistik deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan sertifikasi halal memberikan dampak positif terhadap profitabilitas dan kinerja operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Karanganyar. Hal ini menunjukkan UMKM yang memiliki sertifikasi halal menunjukkan peningkatan profitabilitas yang signifikan dibandingkan sebelum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini terbukti melalui peningkatan Net Profit Margin, ROA, ROE yang lebih tinggi pada UMKM setelah bersertifikasi halal dibandingkan sebelum memiliki sertifikasi.
