Abstract

Laju Kopi is a coffee shop centered in Yogyakarta and founded in 2018. They expanded at Solo in 2021. Laju Kopi Solo experienced a decline in sales because the company had not yet established an appropriate marketing strategy. This research aims to determine the strategy to increase product sales at Laju Kopi Solo using SWOT analysis. Research data collection used interview methods and distributed questionnaires to owners, employees, and consumers. This is to find out internal and external factors. After the value analysis of these factors, it can be identified that the Laju Kopi Solo is in quadrant I in the SWOT matrix. It shows that the Laju Kopi Solo is in a state of growth. Therefore, It can produce strategies that can increase product sales at Laju Kopi Solo.

Abstract

Turn over merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Stres kerja dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja karyawan setiap harinya yang akan berpengaruh juga terhadap meningkatnya absensi karyawan. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi turn over karyawan selain stres kerja adalah pengaruh beban kerja. Untuk mengetahui banyaknya turn over dan penyebabnya kami menggunakan metode bibliometrik analisis, ini adalah metode dimana penulis dan para peneliti lain lebih memahami struktur, perkembangan, dan dampak publikasi ilmiah, termasuk artikel, jurnal, buku, dan paten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat turn over karyawan dan menganalisis penyebabnya. Hasilnya bahwa turn over karyawan banyaknya disebabkan oleh pengaruh kompensasi, pengaruh stres kerja, pengembangan karir, beban kerja, pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja.

Abstract

Pengembangan produk adalah hal yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk melengkapi produk yang dimiliki dengan tujuan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang berbeda beda. Melakukan inovasi produk adalah salah satu cara yang jitu untuk menghadapi berbagai persaingan yang ada. Desssert box adalah salah satu inovasi produk yang dimiliki oleh Atifa Kitchen. Produk ini hanya memiliki satu ukuran dan satu varian rasa. Awal diciptakan dessert box ini sangat disambut hangat oleh konsumen. Tetapi seiring berjalan nya waktu penjualan dessert box ini mengalami penurunan yang cukup signigfikan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengembangan produk. Pegembangan dessert box ini dilakukan dengan mengetahui hal yang disukai konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui usulan pengembangan produk dessert box dengan mempertimbangkan preferensi konsumen. Pengembangan produk dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Conjoint Analysis bertujuan memperoleh stimulus yang disukai oleh konsumen, memperoleh nilai kepentingan masing-masing atribut, dan memperoleh usulan pengembangan produk. Didapatkan empat atribut dengan nilai tertinggi pada dessert box sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, yaitu rasa, visual, harga, serta packaging. Empat level dari atribut rasa yaitu dark choco, vanilla cheese, lotus, dan tiramisu. Atribut visual memiliki tiga level yaitu minimalis, elegan, colorfull. Atribut harga memiliki tiga level yaitu 20.000-30.000 (150ml), 30.000-40.000 (350ml), dan 40.000-50.000 (450ml). Atribut packaging memiliki tiga level yaitu praktis, aman, dan estetika (menarik). Berdasarkan preferensi konsumen, terdapat 16 kombinasi atribut dessert box. Kombinasi produk terbaik yaitu dessert box rasa dark choco dengan visual elegan dan harga 20.000-30.000 (150 ml) serta packaging estetika.

Abstract

Environmental problems caused by motorized vehicles are in the spotlight in the modern era. Various methods have been taken to reduce the environmental impact caused by motorized vehicles. One way to reduce the negative environmental impacts caused by motorized vehicles is to use environmentally friendly vehicles, namely electric vehicles. Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2019 encourages the electrification of motorized vehicles in Indonesia. To support these regulations, there needs to be infrastructure for the smooth and easy use of electric vehicles. This research aims to determine the optimal charging station location in the city of Surakarta using gravity location models to support the implementation of the government program for vehicle electrification. Based on the calculations carried out, Banjarsari is the optimal point for the location of the charging station.

Abstract

The garment industry, as a labor-intensive sector, faces challenges related to efficiency and production cost due to the large number of operator movements that do not add value. As a garment manufacturing company, PT Fashion Stitch Joshua experiences this problem in the form of increased cycle time causes by many non value added operator motion. This study aims to design standardized motion to improve efficiency. The method used is a time and motion study through therbligh analysis to identify, classify, and eliminate ineffective movement. Data were collected through direct observation, video documentation, and cycle time measurement. The result show that the high cycle time in the join side seam process is caused by the large proportion of ineffective motion in the operators work methods. Therbligh analysis indicates that non value added motion elements significantly contribute to reduced efficiency, thereby confirming the hypothesis regarding the importance of improving work methods. Through the redesign of motion based on therbligh principles, the cycle time was reduced from 39.09 second to 29,50 second, representing an efficiency improvement of 24%. The implementation of standardized motion design is proven to be more effective in improving efficiency and can serve as a reference for production processes in the garment industry.

Abstract

PT Djohartex merupakan perusahaan tekstil yang menghadapi permasalahan tingginya biaya produksi akibat pembelian dan pemakaian bahan baku yang tidak terkendali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) yang didukung oleh Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dan Kanban dalam meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan JIT melalui analisis pembelian serta pemakaian bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT mampu menurunkan tingkat pembelian bahan baku berlebih dari 25,5% menjadi 2,18%, sehingga efisiensi pengendalian pembelian bahan baku mencapai 95%. Selain itu, efisiensi pemakaian bahan baku meningkat sebesar 53,9% setelah penerapan JIT. Dengan demikian, integrasi JIT, MRP, dan Kanban terbukti efektif dalam mengendalikan pembelian dan pemakaian bahan baku, mengurangi pemborosan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Lifting activities in rice milling businesses are still largely done manually. This was found at the Barokah Rice Mill in Pucang, Secang, Magelang. Workers lift using three lifting positions: front carry, back carry, and overhead carry. Based on the REBA analysis, the overhead carry position scored slightly safer. At the initial lifting position, all three positions scored very high. However, once the load is lifted and carried, scores begin to decline. The overhead carry position showed the largest drop in scores. The exposure level in the QEC analysis was 57%, indicating that lifting movements need to be modified.

Abstract

Education is an effort to guide and develop human knowledge and personality, both mentally and physically. Tutoring has a big influence on children's developmental achievements, this was proven after the author tried to apply several theories and methods to children. The method of this service is lecture and discussion. The result of this service is that tutoring children can improve the knowledge and insight that has been previously taught by the teacher. in Dukuh Sambiroto. The conclusion from the service carried out by the author is that tutoring has proven to be very effective and can increase children's learning knowledge.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the causes of occupational accidents and to identify potential hazards in the material cutting process at PT Kanaan Global Indonesia using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach. The high number of occupational accidents, totaling 15 cases during the period of December 2024–May 2025, indicates the existence of gaps in occupational safety control in this area. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with workers, and the collection of historical data from the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) unit. Risk analysis was carried out using a risk matrix to determine likelihood and severity values, followed by JSA for each work stage. The results identified 25 potential hazards, consisting of 4 risks in the extreme category, 9 in the high category, 7 in the medium category, and 5 in the low category. High-risk hazards were predominantly found in roll cutting and cutting press machines, which are characterized by mechanical hazards. Control recommendations focus on the implementation of engineering controls such as the installation of guarding systems and safety light curtains, improvements in safe work procedures, and increased discipline in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). These findings demonstrate that the JSA method provides a comprehensive overview of risk sources and serves as an effective basis for formulating occupational accident control strategies within the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menilai risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proses pabrikasi di PT Putra Agri Sukses dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan Job Safety Analysis terhadap delapan proses pabrikasi yaitu marking, cutting, grinding, drilling, assembling, welding, sandblasting, dan painting. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai Likelihood dan Severity yang kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam tingkat risiko rendah, sedang, tinggi, dan ekstrem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 89 potensi bahaya pada seluruh tahapan proses pabrikasi yang meliputi bahaya fisik, kimia, mekanik, dan ergonomi. Beberapa aktivitas kerja memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dan ekstrem, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan mesin, paparan debu dan bahan kimia, serta potensi cedera akibat alat kerja. Rekomendasi pengendalian meliputi pengendalian teknis, administrasi, serta penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri yang sesuai dengan potensi bahaya yang ada. Penerapan metode HIRARC mampu membantu perusahaan dalam mengenali dan mengendalikan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara sistematis
