Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the accountability and independency principles affect the preferences of muzakki to pay zakat to zakat management institutions. This study uses saturated samples by involving all members of the population as many as 30 permanent muzakki people who routinely pay their zakat to the PKPU Bukittinggi IZI Amil Zakat Institution. This study reveals that the accountability and independency principle has a positive and significant effect on muzakki's preference to pay zakat to zakat management institutions. These findings offer empirical evidence that it is important to implement accountability and independency principles in a zakat management organization to create muzakki preferences. With the existence of a clear system of accountability and reporting and the application of sound organizational principles, muzakki still chooses to distribute their zakat to the zakat management institution itself. Furthermore, this research recommends the strategy to increase muzakki trust in amil zakat institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit berpengaruh terhadap Minat Mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasarmodal syari’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 90 orang dari 946 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam ( FEBI ) UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi yang sudah belajar matakuliah mengenai pasar modal syariah.Metode pengambilan sampelmenggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan software menggunakan teknik Statitistik dengan SPSS 28. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial financial literacy dan profit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syari’ah. Sedangkan Initial Capital tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap minat mahsiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syari’ah. Dan Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit secara simultan mempengaruhi minatmahasiwa berinvestasi dalam pasar modal syari’ah. Temuan ini menawarkan bukti empiris bahwa pentingnya Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit untuk membangun minat mahasiswa berinvestasi dalam pasar modal syariah.

Abstract

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that entered Indonesia in early 2020 has more or less had an impact on Indonesia's economic growth. One of the important factors that are indicators of the ups and downs of the economy, especially in Indonesia, is export activities. The Covid-19 pandemic has had quite an impact on the total value of Indonesia's exports, especially from 2020 to 2021. The fluctuation in the export value has made researchers interested in forecasting the total export value, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. Forecasting of the total value of exports can certainly be used as a reference for the government to determine the direction of policies toward export activities to increase Indonesia's economic growth. Export values usually have seasonal patterns. One of the time series analyses that can be applied to data on total export values is the SARIMA model. Especially after Covid-19, no related studies have been found that use the SARIMA model in predicting the total value of exports in Indonesia. Using reference data on the total export value of Indonesia from January 2019 to March 2022, the best model was obtained and met the assumptions of residual normality and residual freedom, namely the ARIMA model (0,1,1)(0,0,1)12 without an intercept with an AICc value of 675.5562. Forecasting the total export value from April 2022 to March 2023 using this model indicates that the export value will increase slowly but decrease in September 2022 and January 2023.

Abstract

It is widely believed that the workforce, education, and economic growth have a significant impact on the unemployment rate. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between economic growth, employment, unemployment. This research methodology is quantitative research using descriptive techniques. This research uses secondary data, specifically annual statistics regarding the impact of economic growth, education and labor force participation, on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. Next, it was processed using SPSS Version 21 research software used in this research and the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. Research findings show that the workforce, economic growth and education have a major influence on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. With a Sig of 0.028 < α 0.05, the Economic Growth variable has an influence on the Unemployment Rate. In relation to Education (X2) there is a significant influence of 0.004 < α 0.05 on the Unemployment Rate (Y). Furthermore, there is no significant influence of Sig.0.52 > α 0.05 from the Labor Force (X3) on the Unemployment Rate (Y). Simultaneously, the independent variables of this research have a significant effect on the unemployment rate in Riau Province during 1993–2023 with a value of (Sig. 0.005 < α 0.05). With a coefficient of determination value of 0.378, it can be concluded that the labor force (X3), education (X2), and unemployment rate (Y) in Riau Province each contribute 37.8% of the total and other factors contribute the remaining 62.2% . These findings can be a valuable reference for the government in its efforts to reduce unemployment and improve community welfare by conducting comprehensive and methodological research.Keywords: Economic Growth, Education, Labor Force, Unemployment

Abstract

Abstrak. Generasi milenial cenderung mengadopsi teknologi pertanian maju dibandingkan dengan generasi sebelumnya. Akan tetapi belum banyak yang  tertarik dan mengadopsi pertanian modern karena tantangan biaya investasi yang tinggi. Pada dasarkan faktor tersebut berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan petani sehingga penting untuk dilakukan sebuah penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan petani muslim milenial di Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan petani muslim milenial, serta memberikan landasan untuk kebijakan dan praktik pertanian yang berkelanjutan dan inovatif. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pemasaran, ketersediaan infrastruktur, dan teknologi pertanian berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan petani muslim milenial. Digitalisasi pemasaran memungkinkan akses ke pasar yang lebih luas dan peningkatan margin keuntungan. Infrastruktur yang baik memfasilitasi distribusi hasil pertanian dan meningkatkan akses ke pasar, sedangkan teknologi pertanian modern meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas pertanian. Abstract. Millennials tend to adopt advanced agricultural technology more readily compared to previous generations. However, there are still relatively few who are interested in and embrace modern farming practices due to the challenges posed by high investment costs. Fundamentally, this issue is closely related to farmers' welfare, making it crucial to conduct research on the matter. This study aims to determine how the welfare of millennial muslim farmers in Indonesia. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence millennial farmers' welfare, as well as providing a foundation for sustainable and innovative agricultural policies and practices. Analysis was conducted using SEM PLS. The results of the analysis show that marketing digitalization, infrastructure availability, and agricultural technology contribute positively and significantly to the welfare of millennial muslim farmers. Marketing digitalization allows access to wider markets and increased profit margins. Good infrastructure facilitates the distribution of agricultural products and improves access to markets, while modern agricultural technology improves farming efficiency and productivity.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange are experiencing low financial performance and are at risk for the company's survival. This research is a quantitative study which aims to find out the influence of CEO narcissism, foreign ownership and investment decisions on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. The data collection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with secondary data types and sources obtained from financial reports via the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 24. The results of this study show that CEO narcissism does not have a significant effect on financial performance. Foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Then investment decisions have a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The research results simultaneously show that CEO narcissism, foreign ownership and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on corporate financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Abstract

Preferensi konsumen merupakan kesukaan konsumen dalam menggunakan sebuah produk. sebagai mahasiswa perguruan tinggi islam yang merupakan agen ilmu pengetahuan ekonomi islam, seharusnya mahasiswa memilih produk kosmetik halal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, namun pada kenyataan 223 orang dari total 328 mahasiswa ekonomi islam masih menggunakan produk kosmetik tanpa pertimbangan kehalalan produk dengan alasan karena produk tersebut tren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah halal awareness dan halal literacy berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih produk kosmetik halal. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 orang. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS dan data diolah menggunakan warp PLS 7.0. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa halal literacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih produk kosmetik halal, sedangkan halal awareness tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih halal. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menawarkan bukti empris bahwa pentingnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang produk halal. Dengan semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman sesorang dalam produk kosmetik halal membuat konsumen lebih memilih menggunakan produk kosmetik halal. Sementara hasil penelitian ini mengindikasi bahwa turunnya kesadaran remaja muslim akan pentingnya menggunakan produk kosmetik halal.

Abstract

Impulse buying merupakan perilaku konsumen yang cenderung melakukan pembelian tanpa perencanaan, sebagai mahasiswa perguruan tinggi Islam yang merupakan agen dari ilmu pengetahuan Islam, seharusnya mahasiswa melakukan pembelian barang atau jasa dengan pertimbangan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, namun pada kenyataannya dari survei awal yang dilakukan, sebanyak 248 dari total 324 mahasiswa ekonomi Islam masih sering melakukan impulse buying dengan alasan hanya karena tren dan produk yang sedang viral. Dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpusive sampling dengan jumlah 100 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan secara parsial bahwa viral marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying dan etika konsumsi Islam berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen yang berbelanja di platform shopee. Secara simultan, variabel viral marketing dan etika konsumsi Islam berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying. Hasil temuan ini menjadi bukti empiris bahwa pemasaran produk perusahaan dengan menyebarkan pesan-pesan pemasarannya menjadi faktor pendorong konsumen untuk membeli produk tanpa perencanaan, namun disisi lain bagi mereka yang memiliki kepatuhan dan kesadaran akan etika konsumsi Islam menjadi faktor penghambat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian tanpa perencanaan.
