Abstract

A Case Study on a Web-Based Roti Online Sales Information System Cakes and Pastries by RO Despite RO Bakery & Cake's best efforts, digital technology has failed to keep up with the industry's rapid expansion. Several problems arise because of business operations that are still primarily manual. The time it takes for the sales administrator to get sales data from each shop and the frequent occurrence of missing or damaged papers are two common problems. An information system is required by RO Bakery & Cake to generate online papers and sales reports to streamline the company's operations and ensure timely delivery to the administrative staff at headquarters. The research was carried out using a waterfall model, which consists of the following stages: (1) data collection (through observation, interviews, and literature reviews); (2) data analysis; (3) system design based on analysis results; (4) system development (using PHP and an object-oriented programming paradigm) and (5) black box testing to ensure the system is functional. The result of this research is a web-based bread sales information system that has 2 users, namely admin and spg outlet. Each user has different access rights according to their respective job duties and responsibilities. The benefits of this research are expected to reduce the risk of delays and damage during the product request process because documents are received by the admin through the system in real time. In addition, the admin can view and present sales data in the form of tables and graphs as support in deciding.

Abstract

This study uses a mixed-methods approach to examine the perspectives of snake owners in Indonesia regarding snakes, venomous species, and snakebite management. A survey was distributed to 1,109 respondents, with 109 participants) forming the core group for analysis. The research aims to assess snake owners’ knowledge about venomous snakes, handling snakebites, and myths surrounding these reptiles. Findings indicate that while the public generally fears snakes, many reptile enthusiasts in Indonesia keep snakes as pets for reasons such as hobby, conservation, and education. However, a significant gap in knowledge exists regarding the identification of venomous versus non-venomous snakes, with some respondents unable to distinguish between them accurately. Additionally, while most respondents recognized the importance of immobilization following a snake bite, some still believed in outdated and dangerous practices, such as suctioning or cutting the wound. The study also uncovered that while most participants view snakes as ordinary creatures, a small portion still holds superstitions, such as believing snakes are evil spirits. This perpetuates fear and misunderstanding of snakes. In conclusion, the research highlights the need for better education on snake identification, proper bite management, and debunking myths to improve the safety of snake keeping in Indonesia. Increased public awareness and accurate information can help mitigate the risks of keeping snakes as pets and foster a more informed and responsible approach to reptile care.

Abstract

Hospital X is one of the hospitals in Lampung that has implemented management information systems for  pharmacy since 2016, has not yet been evaluated, and there are several obstacles, such as the absence of warnings for out-of-stock drugs and drug procurement planning is still calculated manually. This research was a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach to the management information system of pharmaceutical inventory control. This research data comes from the distribution of the DeLone and McLean questionnaires and the results of structured interviews to support system development. Based on calculations used a predetermined formula, it is said that the level of respondents' satisfaction with management information systems drug inventory control is in the medium category, but is still very far from the high satisfaction category, so further interviews are needed. After developing a pharmaceutical inventory control management information systems, there were 18 participants from pharmacy participated in training and self-testing for eight days. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the level of the respondent's satisfaction category has increased its variables, the satisfaction variable has a perception of satisfaction in the medium category of 100% and the high category of 0%, but after developing a pharmaceutical inventory control system, the satisfaction level of respondents in the high category has increased was 27.78%, so the development of a control management information system needs to be done.

Abstract

Widas Subwatershed in Nganjuk Regency is a tributary of the Brantas Subwatershed that often experiences flooding during the rainy season. The data on flooding is still in the form of numbers and tables so it needs to be mapped. The presentation of data in the form of a map is needed so that readers can analyse its distribution and help in mitigation planning against flood disasters. The purpose of this research is to analyse the level of flood hazard in the Widas Subwatershed of Nganjuk Regency and present it in the form of a map. The method used was scoring of 6 flood parameters, namely slope, land elevation, soil type, rainfall, land use, and river density, then weighting with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The result of this research is that Widas Sub Watershed of Nganjuk Regency is dominated by flood hazard area of 33,375.95 Ha while the flood hazard area is 3,415.55 Ha. Flood hazard areas are found in 28 villages in Gondang, Loceret, Nganjuk, Pare, Sukomoro, and Tanjunganom sub-districts. The flood-prone areas are caused by 4 main factors: low land elevation, Alluvial soil type, residential land use, and the density of the river is very sparse.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of accounting information system utilization and internal control on the quality of local government financial reports, with accounting comprehension as a moderating variable. The research was conducted in the Provincial Government Offices of Jambi, employing a quantitative approach based on primary data collected through structured questionnaires. The sample consists of employees from 21 government offices, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that the utilization of accounting information systems does not significantly influence the quality of financial reports. In contrast, internal control has a significant positive effect. Furthermore, accounting comprehension strengthens the relationship between both accounting information systems utilization and internal control with the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that enhancing the quality of local government financial reports requires the optimization of internal controls and effective utilization of accounting information systems, supported by sufficient accounting comprehension among personnel. These insights provide valuable contributions to advancing transparency and accountability in local government financial management practices.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the perception of Transmart employees towards zakat. The variable used in this study are the cariables of knowledge,information, and religiosity. This research is a quantitative study, data collected usig google form. The result showed that the variable knowledge did not affect the decision to pay zakat, while information and religiosity affected the decision to pay zakat. The decision of society towards Zakat needs to supported by massive socialization and education. Of course, proper regulation also need to be prepared in order to achieve the goals of zakat.

Abstract

This paper explores the development of a recipe chatbot that leverages regular expressions and the Tasty API to provide users with a seamless and intuitive culinary information retrieval experience. By combining the power of natural language processing techniques with a vast recipe database, the chatbot aims to enhance user interaction and provide accurate and relevant recipe recommendations and cooking instructions. The system employs regular expressions to interpret user queries, enabling flexible and natural language input. Integration with the Tasty API allows the chatbot to access a wide range of recipes and detailed information, including ingredients, instructions, and nutritional values. The chatbot's performance is evaluated based on its accuracy in understanding user requests and providing relevant information. This research highlights the potential of combining regular expressions and APIs in developing intelligent chatbots for specific domains, such as culinary arts.

Abstract

BKKBN focuses on population planning and management in order to achieve a better quality of life for the people of Indonesia. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee performance appraisal information system at the East Jakarta National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN). This system is developed to facilitate the process of employee performance appraisal more efficiently, transparently, and accurately. The main features of this system include managing employee data, performance appraisal forms, processing appraisal results, and reporting and analyzing performance. The system design uses the waterfall software development method, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, to the testing stage. The system is designed to be accessible by management and employees through a user-friendly web interface, thus facilitating the periodic performance evaluation process. The implementation results show that this system succeeds in improving accuracy and efficiency in the performance appraisal process, as well as providing data that is more structured and easily accessible by related parties.

Abstract

PT Fajar Berkat Abadi is a food and beverage supply company, with the flagship product Forestly Indonesia, an instant chocolate powder drink. This research aims to overcome the challenges of manual document management that is prone to human error. The system is designed with a web-based approach to improve efficiency in document handling. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, literature study, design and testing. Then in this study there is also a system modeling with the UML (Unifield Modeling Language) method and PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a database. The results of the research include user interface design (UI) and application prototypes that have been tested, showing a valid success rate. The implementation of this system is expected to improve document management at PT Fajar Berkat Abadi, increase effectiveness, efficiency, and provide significant benefits to the company.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan(sip) telah sangat pesat dan memberikan banyak manfaat, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi pengguna. Salah satu implementasi teknologi informasi di perpustakaan adalah sistem informasi perpustakaan terintegrasi. Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Prabumulih bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan perpustakaan di wilayah tersebut. Saat ini, pencarian buku dilakukan secara manual dengan memeriksa klasifikasi dan lokasi penyimpanan, yang memakan waktu. Selain itu, pencatatan buku baru masih menggunakan metode manual. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis digital. Sistem ini akan dibangun menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terstruktur, dengan setiap tahapan diselesaikan sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya. Metode waterfall dipilih untuk mengurangi potensi kesalahan selama pengembangan dan menjamin kelancaran implementasi. Teknologi yang digunakan mencakup bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta sistem barcode, yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pencarian dan pencatatan buku baru.. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses pencarian buku, memperbaiki akurasi, dan mempermudah akses informasi bagi pengguna. Selain itu, penerapan sistem ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan di Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Prabumulih
