Abstract

Information Technology (IT) has become a critical element in all aspects of business, especially in the current digital era. To ensure continuity and operational effectiveness, companies must maintain their IT systems' security, availability and integrity. Success in managing IT innovation impacts operational efficiency and directly influences the company's overall performance and sustainability. Therefore, implementing effective IT innovation governance is crucial to reducing risks and maximizing benefits from IT investments. This research focuses on using the COBIT framework as the primary tool in managing IT innovation. COBIT, especially the COBIT 2019 version, is the dominant choice in innovation governance practices in the industrial and digital sectors. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research identified and analyzed 30 related articles that provide in-depth insight into the application of COBIT in various industrial contexts. The research results highlight several challenges faced in implementing COBIT, including a need for a more in-depth understanding of this framework, a lack of proper documentation of work processes, and the need for clear operational standards to manage IT innovation effectively. Thus, this research not only provides practical guidance for practitioners in the field but also contributes a deeper understanding of the importance of integrated IT innovation governance with broader business strategy.

Abstract

In the context of the globalization of the halal industry, the Halal Inspection Institute (LPH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta faces challenges in improving halal certification services. This research develops a web-based information system with the integration of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's SiHalal using the REST API and Prototype model. The main goal is to increase LPH credibility, integrate the LPH system with SiHalal, and improve LPH operational management performance. The system development method used is the Prototype Model, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study to understand user needs. The first stage focuses on communication to understand needs, followed by rapid planning and prototype design. System implementation using JavaScript, NodeJs, and ReactJs. After a series of tests, the system resulted in effective integration with SiHalal and more efficient operational management. The research results include three prototypes. The first prototype focused on building an LPH profile website to increase credibility and access to information. The second prototype successfully integrated the LPH system with SiHalal, ensuring the efficiency and validity of audit reports. The third prototype adds report management, income/expenditure recording, and information updates, increasing LPH's operational efficiency.

Abstract

The library information system is a computerized process for integrated data management. This research was conducted in the library located at SMAN 12 Bandung, Jl. Sekejati No. 36, Sukapura. The importance of performance measurement. The validity of implementation from the perspective of effectiveness and efficiency of web-based libraries is the main thing in the aim of managing library digitalization. This research was carried out using the Whitebox and Blackbox Testing integration method. The purpose of the research is to conduct an Information Technology Audit with the validity of measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of application functions. The research results show that the technical analysis of FlowGraph Whitebox is based on source code and flowcharts running on Cyclomatic Complexity which counts the number of nodes and edges in FlowGraph. Research implications support the assessment of the concrete validity of the method used. This can be seen from the research results that the performance of the Web-based Widyantara Library application at SMAN 12 Bandung is considered satisfactory with a good level of validity, this is proven by the test results using the white box testing method. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the black box testing method on application functionality, the test results are said to be good with a validity percentage reaching 100%. Validity according to application design is proven by testing 10 application scenarios.
